Abstract

In an effort to reduce the prevalence of hypertension, hypertension is treated with two types of therapy, namely pharmacological therapy and non-pharmacological therapy (Mulyati et al., 2013). Non-pharmacological therapy is divided into several approaches including: with ingredients (aromatherapy, sinshe), spiritual and supernatural approaches (meditation, yoga, reiki) and with skills (reflection massage) (Wahyuningsih & Astuti, 2013). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and benefits of foot massage with lavender aromatherapy on reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension through a literature study. This literature review writing method uses the PICO formula which then selects the appropriate articles through PubMed, proquest, CINAHL and Google Scholar using keywordsfoot massage,Lavender Aromatherapyeffect Of Foot Massage andLavender Aromatherapy, Blood Pressure, Vital signs, MassageTherapy on Blood Pressurepublished in the last ten years (2012–2022 ).of the six relevant articles based on the results of the analysis usingJBI Critical Appraisal Checklistall of them explained the same thing regarding the occurrence of a decrease or change in blood pressure after being given a foot massage intervention with lavender aromatherapy in patients with cardiovascular system disorders due to hypertension. Giving foot massage with lavender aromatherapy is effective in lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients, therefore it is necessary to have a standard operating procedure (SOP) for therapy in order to get maximum results.

Abstract

Ileus is an occlusion or paralysis of the intestine that prevents the forward passage of intestinal contents, causing accumulation proximal to the site of the blockage. The problem of cost distortion can be avoided by using an activity-focused cost accounting method, namely the ABC (Activity-Based Costing) method. The ABC method uses more cost drivers than traditional cost accounting methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the activity-based costing method as an alternative to laparotomy rates at Mitra Sejati Hospital Medan. The real cost of laparotomy with a diagnosis of obstructive ileus at Mitra Sejati General Hospital Medan is Rp. 26,875,905.00. There is a difference in the cost of a laparotomy with a diagnosis of obstructive ileus with a unit cost using the activity-based costing method and using real cost calculations at Mitra Sejati General Hospital Medan in 2020 with a cost difference of Rp. 2,804,156.3.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate compliance on the implementation of online business taxation, which becomes the responsibility of doing online businesses. A qualitative research method was used in this study thru a case study approach. Data collection was carried out using interview technique with eight interviewees who ran an online business. This study indicates that there is no difference on the tax treatment imposed on online business transactions versus conventional transaction. Income Tax and Value Added Tax are the taxes levied. Online business actors in general are already aware of taxation, such as the purpose of paying taxes, the importance of having a Tax Identification Number (NPWP), the existence of tax penalties if they do not comply with tax regulations, and the tax mechanisms that they must implement when running a business.  The majority of online businesses that qualify as MSMEs in the mobile phone industry are already aware and obedient of their tax obligations that they have to pay. Nevertheless, there are still MSME taxpayers who have not complied in applying taxes on online businesses that are run. This is because tax officials' socialization of MSMEs is still ineffective and unevenly distributed. Furthermore, for online businesses established as entity, most of them are obedient in paying and reporting their taxes, but do not fully understand the mechanism for implementing Value Added Tax and Income Tax to run online businesses. As a result, they continue to rely on consultant services to calculate and report taxes.
