Abstract

The involvement of women in the PKK is about how women can be active to achieve family welfare through involvement in the PKK so that the existence of women is recognized by all parties. The results of this empowerment can later be seen from an increase in the quality of family life and an increase in the economy of the family itself. To increase women's participation in the PKK, it is necessary to accelerate the PKK through PKK reform so as to optimize family welfare. The purpose of this research is to analyze demographic factors, approach factors, and social capital factors that affect the intensity of community involvement in the Family Welfare Empowerment Program (PKK) in Aceh Tamiang District. This research method uses mixed methods (combination) with a sequential approach. The size of the sample used the Taroyamane/Slovin formula with a precision of 10%, with a 95% confidence level, so the sample was obtained as many as 88.37 Dasa Wisma PKK groups in Manyak Payed District, Aceh Tamiang Regency which were then rounded up to 90 Dasa Wisma groups. The data collection technique carried out by the researcher used several methods, namely interviews, documentation studies, and a list of questions. Data Analysis Techniques The research technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Test technique, and the hypothesis testing of the Ftest and R2 tests and the partial test (t-test). Research results Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Social Demography, Empowerment Approach and Social Capital on the Intensity of Community Involvement in the Family Welfare Empowerment Program (PKK) with the results of the regression coefficient test is 2,956 and the T test is 2.190 with a significant level of 0.031 (α <0.05). Thus the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

The success of a leader in a business organization is determined by the leader ability to guide and to inspire subordinates to be willing to contribute to organizational goals. In addition, in an organization where the majority of its members are Moslems, a suitable leader is a leader who has Islamic values or commonly known as ihsan achievement-oriented leadership (IAOL). From the IAOL leadership model, it can encourage employees to always be involved in ta’awun behavior which can eventually give impact on HR performance in a business organization. From leadership models that have been studied by researchers, only a few have explored the IAOL and ta’awun leadership models, as well as their outputs on HR performance. The objective of this study was to contribute to the development of research on the IAOL leadership model, ta’awun behavior and HR performance. This study examined the mediating role of ta’awun behavior on the influence of IAOL leadership on HR performance. Data were collected from employees who work in a construction service company with a total sample of 141 people, and this study used a quantitative research paradigm with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. The results of this study indicated that the factor that can improve the performance of human resources is the IAOL leadership model, and its influence can be mediated perfectly by ta’awun behavior. Concisely, ta’awun behavior is able to act as a mediating variable on the influence of IAOL leadership on HR performance.

Abstract

The law is all regulations which contain regulations that must be obeyed by everyone and there are strict sanctions in it for those who violate it. The purpose of this study was to obtain a specific description of one of the phenomena of marriage among the people of Lampung Keratuan Melinting. The interaction discourse between Islamic law and customary law is not a phenomenon that will present numerical data, so it cannot be investigated directly and cannot be summed with simple measuring tools. Thus the quantitative method cannot be used, because it does not pretend to solve the problem. Non-traditional marriages performed among indigenous peoples are substantially not much different from marriages performed by people who are not bound by customary rules. The difference is that in its implementation, non-traditional marriages still have to be approved by the customary balancers.

Abstract

The mountain region of Sipiso-piso is located adjacent to the water catchment area in Lake Toba. The region is known to have a notable uniqueness in plant species diversity from the valley to the ridge of the mountain which is only inhabited by shrubs and less stands. However, near the top of the mountain, it was characterized by a dense forest community and diverse forest vegetation with unknown information. The purpose of this study was to determine the vegetation and species diversity in the Sipiso-piso mountain region. Vegetation observation in the field used a combination method between the line transect and quadratic plots. The study documented a total of 40 plant species, with 20 families and 23 species in the forest region; 9 families and 19 species in shrubland while 2 species were recorded in both plant communities. Based on the importance value index (IVI), the forest community was evenly dominated by certain species that in shrubland. Based on the diversity index, the diversity in the forest community was classified as moderately abundant for each structure, while the shrub community was classified as moderately abundant only in the seedling but lower in the sapling, pole and tree. The evenness in the studied region was categorized as low with a distinct of species similarity among forest and shrub community.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to find out moral development program for foster children at al washliyah binjai women's orphanage. The type of research is a qualitative analysis research. The result of this study shows that moral development for foster children at the Al Washliyah Binjai women's orphanage can be seen in the morals of foster children who have lived in the orphanage for a long time. Those who are more senior in general have been able to have good morals such as being able to istiqamah in obedience to worship, polite, patient and sincere, disciplined, simple, independent, have a sense of ukhuwah Islamiyah, and mujahadah in living life. Moral development for foster children at the Al Washliyah Binjai women's orphanage can be said to have been running as it should. The coaching can be measured by changes and differences in better morals in foster children who have lived for a long time compared to foster children who have just joined. If you look at coaching through activity programs such as congregational prayers, it can be said that it is quite good because even though the administrators or orphanages are not in the dormitory, they still pray together even though some of them pray individually. Schools in madrasas also carry out fostering the morals of foster children because they study in an Islamic environment so that they can be carried away by that environment.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has made technological developments also create new perspectives in society. One of them is games . Currently, games have become one of the competitions. Mobile Legend is the most played game but has a lower rating on the App Store and Play Store than its competitors. According to user reviews, one of them is an application that often exits on its own. This shows that there are difficulties in using the application, if this continues it will affect the satisfaction of Mobile Legend users. According to previous research, it also shows that demographics strengthen satisfaction. This research was conducted to determine the effect of perceived ease of use on the satisfaction of Mobile Legend users in Bandung with demography as a moderating variable. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using SMART PLS software. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with the number of respondents 385 people. The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use had a positive and significant effect on User Satisfaction. With a value of 81.5% as a forming factor for User Satisfaction and the remaining 18.5% is another factor that does not exist in this study. Gender, occupation and income moderate the effect of perceived ease of use on user satisfaction. Meanwhile, gender does not moderate the relationship between perceived ease of use and user satisfaction.
