Abstract

Market globalization has implications for MSME actors who have to compete in terms of marketing innovation. The development of technology that is integrated with trade moves so rapidly that it gave birth to the industrial revolution 4.0. There are MSME actors who still rely on conventional methods to run their business. If MSME actors do not want to innovate, there will be an impact that causes business to be disrupted. With the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 until now, the economy in Indonesia has been affected in all fields. With the increase in the number of MSMEs, their competitiveness will also increase, to win market share, various innovations are needed, especially marketing innovations. The purpose of this research is to analyze and prove the influence of innovation on marketing performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey of MSME actors in the culinary field in Palembang City as many as 100 respondents from a population of 45,827 thousand MSME actors. The data in this study were obtained by direct questionnaires to SMEs in the culinary field. Data processing is done by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The data collection technique used the Random Sampling method. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between innovation on marketing performance. The implications of this research can be useful for MSME actors in the city of Palembang so that they can partner to improve their ability to innovate so that MSMEs can advance to class and be able to overcome the various negative impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on MSME marketing performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the public's perception in the form of knowledge, understanding, and legal attitude towards land ownership certificates. This study uses primary data as the main source and secondary data as complementary, determining the purposive sampling technique. The research specifications used descriptive analysis with the type of juridical sociological research (non-doctrinal). The results of the study show that the legal perception of the community in the form of knowledge of the understanding and legal attitude of the community towards land certification is classified as a moderate category so that when administering land certificates, the community uses second parties (family, other people and BPN employees) rather than taking care of it directly from the community the land owner.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the regional income sectors and can improve the welfare of people's lives. Ecotourism with ecological principles and sustainable development theory will provide benefits by paying attention to the factors that affect it and good management is needed to maintain and continue the development and development of tourism. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of development and institutions in the management of the Simarjarunjung ecotourism area in Dolok Pardamean District, Simalungun Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis research, where data interpretation and analysis are carried out with data collection steps through documentation techniques as well as interviews and observations, combining relevant information that can answer problems, and drawing conclusions as answers to problems. The results of the feasibility assessment for the development of the potential of the Simarjarunjung Ecotourism Area show a category worthy of development and a feasibility level with an index of 75.74%. The community plays a direct role in ecotourism management for the development of Simarjarunjung ecotourism. The institutional form of ecotourism management is the Association of Farmer Groups (GAPOKTAN) and Tourism Awareness Groups (POKDARWIS). The management of Bukit Indah Simarjarunjung ecotourism is managed privately and the Pine Hills Forest Nature Tourism is managed by the Setya Tani Forest Farmer Group. The strategies carried out in the development of Simarjarunjung ecotourism are planning, implementing, and utilizing. The norms used are internal norms that prioritize local communities and minimize outside participation in the development of Simarjarunjung ecotourism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the mediating role of satisfaction in the influence of experiential marketing on word of mouth on Islamic bank customers. This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study were 130 customers of BSI KC Palembang Demang using the accidental sampling method. The results show that experiential marketing has a positive impact on satisfaction, satisfaction has a positive impact on word of mouth, and experiential marketing has a positive impact on word of mouth, and satisfaction successfully mediates experiential marketing on word of mouth.

Abstract

This study aims to determineInfluenceQuality of Service, Diversity of Products and Prices on Purchase Decisions at Rizky Stores in Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through an interview approach with a quantitative descriptive type of research by distributing questionnaires to 96 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis tool used in this study uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). Data analysis in this study is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significant test (t test) and simultaneous significant test (F test). The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) it is known thatService qualitypositive and significant effect onBuying decision. Abstract

This article discusses the main provisions of the communicative theory of law by A.V. Polyakov, which defines legal communication as a legal interaction of subjects that arises on the basis of the social interpretation of legal texts that provide them with correlative powers and legal obligations that are implemented in legal behavior. The paper presents a number of critical remarks regarding this theory of law.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price, Promotion and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. Where independent variables consist of Price, Promotion Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction as its dependent variables, this research was conducted at PT. Triguna Karya Nusantara in the city of Bekasi. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely PT. Triguna Karya Nusantara has bought a forklift at least twice. The sampling of 100 respondents in this study used the Purposive Sampling method. The free variable in this study consists of Price, Promotion and Service Quality, while the dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction. The analysis used in this study includes index number analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, which provides for a t-test, F test, and coefficient of Determination (R2). The study's multiple linear regression results show that the price variable has no positive and significant influence on pt. Triguna Karya Nusantara. Second, promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT. Triguna Karya Nusantara. Third, the variable quality of service has a positive and significant impact on the joy of PT. Triguna Karya Nusantara. The analysis results using the F test can be known price, Promotion and service quality to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

An expert testimony provided by the forensic auditor as an expert will affect the Juror's confidence in deciding a case. For this reason, the testimony is needed that can give confidence to the Juror's and can make clear of the case being trial. This study aims to assess the extent to which Technical Competence (Hard Skills), Auditor’s Experience, and Non-Technical Skills (Soft Skills) affect the Auditor's Ability to Provide Expert Testimony in Court. This research is a descriptive quantitative study using primary data through a survey conducted to forensic auditor at the Audit Board of Indonesia. The results show that Technical Competence (Hard Skills), Auditor’s Experience, and Non-Technical Skills (Soft Skills) had a significant effect on the the Auditor's Ability to Provide Expert Testimony in Court.

Abstract

In Development Planning in Dagouto Village, Paniai Timur District, Paniai Regency "The purpose of this study was to determine and find the relationship between variables, namely the Role of the Village Head (independent variable) and Village Development Planning (dependent variable), using descriptive methods. The research subjects were 50 people, namely village officials and community leaders from Dagouto Village. (1) The role of the Village Head with indicators of Motivation, Coordination, and Supervision has not gone well. Leadership, the village head has not been in accordance with what was expected by the Dagouto village community. (2) Village Development Planning with indicators, Meetings/Meetings, Timing and Targeting is also not as expected. These three indicators have not shown a good level of welfare for the people of Dagouto village. The low level of meetings, the low level of punctuality and low targeting shows that the level of the role of the Dagouto village head is still very low.

Abstract

Health facility leaders can be threatened with punishment if there is a refusal emergency patient has been formulated by the Health Act 2009. The Health Act has formulated criminal threats since 2009. is cumulative in the form of imprisonment and fines for the state, which are pretty heavy. As for victims who may experience disability or death, their rights are not clearly stated by Law; although there is room in the Criminal Procedure Code, it is not easy. Efforts to find justice quickly can also be found through the paradigm of restorative justice or the authority of judges with rechtvinding. In the future, there needs to be changes or revisions to the health law regarding the criminal responsibility of leaders so that a sense of justice is obtained for both parties.
