All primer data especially from interview put in to coding  with each informan as formulation regulator (Echelon I), implementor (echelon II) and target group (functional from eselon 3 dan 4), but cause of the covid situation, part of officers work from home, I do less observation but do in deep interviev via  zoom. The result finds that the implementation policy of simplification bureaucracy has not optimize yet in accordance with the goals and objectives or has not brought significant changes especially in increasing performance. Abstract

This study discussed the issue of the existence of women in the political and socio-cultural arena in Indonesia, seen from the context of an Islamic religious perspective, namely a Koran following the guidance of the ulema Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah. We get scientific evidence that supports this problem, sourced from books and publications of academic works in Islamic religious journals that we study under the phenomenological approach, namely getting several scientific pieces of evidence to answer the issues we are studying. In conclusion, we involve coding the data systematically. Carefully interpreting the data and evaluating it in depth, we finally took. Among other things is the conclusion that the existence of women in the political and socio-cultural arena in Indonesia, according to Islam, based on the advice of scholars, is highly expected for the contribution and trust of women. However, it has various requirements and criteria following the needs and the constitution in force in Indonesia. Thus, it is hoped that this study will be helpful for further studies on the existence of women in the political context and as other public figures based on religious guidance and the scholars of Ahlussunnah Waljamaah.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit humanity throughout the world has become a very serious and very scary problem at least in the last two years since the end of 2019. Hospitals as health service institutions are also experiencing difficulties and are overwhelmed by the surge of patients who need treatment as well as health workers who participate exposed to the Covid-19 virus. Hospital management is very unprepared for this tremendous change, both in patient handling, labor management, changes in patient service flow, health insurance and workforce safety as well as the management of a very high spike in medical and non-medical waste. Against this unsettled situation, green leadership offers a solution to the difficulties experienced by the hospital business through effective leadership strategies during this pandemic. This research is a literature review, both from the facts on the ground in Indonesian hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic and the views of experts about the importance of green leadership for hospitals facing the possibility of external extreme turbulence such as the current pandemic while still paying attention to the balance of the ecosystem and its environment. The findings of this study contribute to green leadership strategy in the management of hospital services in the new normal era.

This final project aims to determine the application of a reward strategy in the form of incentives to increase employee motivation at PT. Indonesian Earthworks. Rewards are incentives or motivations to develop the performance achieved by individuals, usually in the form of financial, namely the provision of incentives, allowances, bonuses, and commissions. The study concluded that providing rewards in the form of incentives under the work performance that has been sacrificed could make every employee work well. In other words, there is motivation to work harder, and it will increase profits for the company. The author suggests that companies apply a strategy of giving rewards in the form of incentives to increase employee motivation and personal development (personal growth) to achieve the company's targets.
