Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the strategic management plan for the Santa Lucia Kindergarten unit in the Medan area, the implementation of the early childhood education management strategy and the results of the strategic management review of early childhood education. In this study used a qualitative descriptive method carried out by field studies. The research was conducted at Santa Lusia Kindergarten in Medan. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the strategic management process begins with strategic planning at Santa Lusia Kindergarten in Medan or Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats analysis. Based on the Accreditation Standards for the Early Years, there are two standards that do not meet the criteria, namely Standard 4, Standards for Educators and Education Personnel. By using a Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats analysis, it is known that the strength of Santa Lusia Kindergarten in the Medan region lies in its dense population, sources of funding, and opportunities to play and learn. The weakness lies in the incomplete teacher qualifications and limited teaching staff. This opportunity lies in the support of parents, central and regional government support, as well as a conducive school environment. Meanwhile, the challenge lies in the number or addition of other educational institutions around schools and the thinking of the community which is still dynamic. Then planning will be carried out by grouping the offerings according to age, involving teachers in seminars and workshops and adding activities for Santa Lusia Kindergarten students in the Medan area. The implementation of the management strategy consists in the fact that trainers participate in seminars and workshops and improve their activities. Evaluation of strategic management results is very important for the recruitment of training personnel.

Abstract

Academic achievement is a change in skills or abilities that can be enhanced through learning situations. However, an issue arises at Yapendak Ajamu Private Junior High School, where student assessments are still manually inputted, resulting in inefficiency when transferring grades to paper, which are later re-entered into the e-Report system. The calculation of student scores is also done manually, and the criteria for determining outstanding students heavily rely on academic grades, while non-academic aspects are only considered as supporting data with unclear weighting. Consequently, the assessment lacks fairness in determining outstanding students. Moreover, the manual nature of the assessment and the fact that it is held solely by the homeroom teachers make it difficult to access. The Naïve Bayes algorithm method applies a classification system that includes academic grades, attitudes, attendance, and extracurricular activities. School is a place where students weigh knowledge for future needs, each school also has its own permissibility, both in terms of the best student creator school and a school that only has a few smart students, but it can be ascertained that every school wants all its students to have high intelligence, but intelligence is also not only created by the school but intelligence is also based on the students, Yapendak Ajamu Private Junior High School is a private school that has smart students Where this make Yapendak Ajamu Private Junior High School known  to many people. These factors can be utilized by the school to determine outstanding students. Out of the 34 data training sessions processed in the Orange application, 30 students were predicted to be outstanding, while the remaining students were classified as not outstanding. The precision for predicting outstanding students is 1.000, while for predicting non-outstanding students, it is 0.104. Therefore, the conclusion drawn is that the grades of outstanding students are higher compared to those of non-outstanding students.

Abstract

The phenomenon of corruption as an extraordinary crime in Indonesia shows the existence of endemic corruption, which is accompanied by the emergence of significant losses to the state's finances. Efforts to enforce the law through the application of corporal punishment (prison) fines or additional punishment in the form of replacement money have not turned out to be maximal in rescuing stolen assets so that the state remains the victim. Asset recovery is one of the goals of new punishment and is one of the strategies of the Corruption Eradication Commission in dealing with criminal acts of corruption, but the implementation of asset recovery is not easy, the perpetrators always have various new and sophisticated modus operandi to hide/obscurate assets resulting from corruption, so that they are not traced. . This article aims to answer research: The research method uses empirical normative juridical research, with a statute approach and a case approach.. Through the application of the Balanced Probability Principle Theory and Non Conviction Based Asset Forfeiture, the mechanism for tracking money and following assets using money laundering and civil lawsuits articles needs to be placed as the main legal remedy besides criminal law enforcement, so that the implementation of asset recovery at the Corruption Eradication Commission can be carried out maximally.
