Abstract

Indicators of personality competence, teachers must have a high work ethos and responsibility in carrying out their duties. The teacher's high work ethos will indirectly have an impact on students' learning motivation. This research is quantitative correlation research. The data collection method used a questionnaire method which was distributed to 39 respondents and the documentation method. The data analysis method used the percentage formula and product moment correlation with results: 1) The work ethic of the PAI teacher at SMA Ma'arif NU Nurul Huda Pucuk in school year of 2020/2021 was in the high category with a total percentage gain of 67.64%. 2) The learning motivation of class XI students of SMA Ma'arif NU Nurul Huda Pucuk in school year of the 2020/2021 was in the high category with a total percentage gain of 64.7%. 3) PAI Teacher's Work Ethic on Learning Motivation of Class XI Students of SMA Ma'arif NU Nurul Huda Pucuk for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Based on the calculation of the Product Moment Correlation which has been adjusted to the rTable level of 5%. It can be seen that rCount (0.349) > rTable (0.316), which means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, namely that there was an influence of PAI teacher work ethos on the learning motivation of class XI students in school year 2020/2021 with a low interpretation because it is in the coefficient interval 0.20 – 0.399.

Abstract

Learning is a complex process that occurs in everyone throughout his life. The learning process occurs because of the interaction between a person and his environment. One alternative that can be done by teachers so that students can play an active and independent role in developing their knowledge is to use picture modules. Picture modules help teachers and students in implementing the teaching and learning process in schools because the picture media students will be more interested in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the students' understanding of SDN Pulogedang Jombang in understanding corpse material using a picture module. This type of research is development research (R&D). The product developed is in the form of a picture module of corpse material. The instruments used in this study were an assessment questionnaire by two validators, a student questionnaire assessment sheet and pre-test and post-test questions on learning outcomes. Based on the results of the validation sheet, the illustrated module is classified as suitable for use in learning Islamic Religious Education on corpse material. This can be seen from the results of the validation of the first and second material experts of 3.2. Students' understanding of the use of the illustrated module can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test with an average score of 68.45 increasing to 87.06.

Abstract

This Study aims to describe and analyze the values ​​of character education in Imam al-Ghazali's Ayyuhal Walad book, as well as to describe and analyze the relevance of character education in Imam al-Ghazali's Ayyuhal Walad book to education today. The values ​​of character education in the Ayyuhal Walad book are education that prints the character, personality, character, behavior, or morals of a child according to the Ayyuhal Walad book according to Imam al-Ghazali's view. In this case, the researcher will relate the value of character education in the book of Ayyuhal Walad with character education in this millennial era. Based on the research conducted, it was found that: (1)The values ​​of character education in the book of Ayyuhal Walad are religious values, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love for the homeland, appreciate achievements, friendly/communicative, peace-loving, fond of reading, social care, and responsibility. (2) The relevance of character education values ​​in the book of Ayyuhal Walad with character education in this millennial era is very relevant.

Abstract

This research actually aims to see the existence of pesantren in the midst of the pull of modernity and the economic needs of the community. Because along with the development of social life which with the progress of the times and the economic needs of the community will change course. We know that at first, pesantren were used as printers for ulama, but now we see not only that and now they have developed into officials, technocrats, businessmen, and others. Therefore, this research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive analysis with a phenomenological approach. Researchers will see firsthand the phenomena that occur in Islamic boarding schools in Medan City. And based on the results of the study it was found: a) The existence of pesantren is the most important thing in the midst of modern human life, therefore people who are economically capable feel proud of their children studying in pesantren, b) They are proud to study in pesantren because the learning system is modern and can continue their education to higher education. General PT, c) The willingness of parents to send their children to Islamic boarding schools because from an economic point of view it is more profitable, for example, in pesantren, the budget is clear, while if their children are sent to public schools, the financing can be greater, because children are freer to use their money.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Islamic Boarding School in empowering the community's economy so that in the future an ideal system or construction of community economic empowerment can be realized that Islamic boarding schools can do. This research is included in qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, which is a form of research that aims to understand the real social reality as it is. Collecting data by interview, observation, documentation, and focus group discussion (FGD) and using interactive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the role of Islamic boarding schools in the economic empowerment of the surrounding community is very important in improving and improving the economic welfare of the surrounding community in the form of entrepreneurial motivation and management of business units, which exist in Islamic boarding schools, among others: trompa craftsmen, laundry services, shops, canteens, investment, convection, and trade. It does not only involve the students but also the community around the pesantren.

Abstract

This research and development aim to produce products in the form of interactive learning media based on Android with the help of Smart Apps Creator (SAC) software, for valid, practical, and effective Thematic learning for students. The media contains teaching materials about Capital Letters and Punctuation, equipped with audio, illustrated examples, and practice questions. This type of research is Research and Development (RnD) research using the ADDIE development model. The stages/steps of the ADDIE development model, namely 1) Analysis, namely analyzing problems, user needs, and systems for teachers and students; 2) Design, namely the design of the product to be developed; 3) Development, namely product development and manufacture; 4) Implementation, namely the process of testing the validation of experts and their application; and 5) Evaluation, namely conducting an evaluation with the aim of completing the shortcomings and needs so that the product is feasible to apply. This application product was validated by 3 experts, namely material (content) experts, media, design, practicality tests carried out by the homeroom teacher, as well as opinions from students to get responses from the application of this application. Based on the research that has been done, the data obtained and processed resulted in an average score of 4.1 material experts, 4.2 media experts, and 4.4 design experts, which these three experts were included in the valid category; the average score of the practicality assessment of 4.5 is included in the practical category, and the effectiveness assessment score has increased by 0.59 including in the high category and is said to be effective, it can be concluded that android-based interactive learning media is suitable and feasible to be applied as a learning medium. And can help the learning process to be more practical and effective in thematic learning.

Abstract

The holy book of muslims, namely Al-Qura'an Karim, Al-Qura'an for muslims serves as various intructions so that humans can carry out their mandate as caliphs on earth. Al-Qur'an has content that is very useful for humans, to obtain the contents of the content as a tool of guidance for muslims it is necessary to study the contents of the contents of the Al-Qur'an so that humans can more easily understand in complex discussing problems that have been discussed. Or what hasn't happened. All things related to human life, as well as the existence of the universe have been listed in Al-Qur;anul Karim, including the problems carried out by humans to the activities carried out by humans on earth this case regarding the management of islamic education, it has been stated in the Al-Qur'an. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative research which only describes the concept of islamic education management. The data collection technique in this research is liberary research. The results of this study can be concluded that there are four concepts of islamic education management, namely : 1) felxible, 2) efficient and affective, 3) open, and 4) cooperative and participatory, wich are explained thoroughly and linked to explanations in the Al-Qur'an

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the secrets of ESQ-style teaching using the SKI (spiritual, creative and intellectual) method. ESQ-style teaching is a method used by teachers in the teaching and learning process to shape the tough character of students, increase productivity, and create a happy and inspiring life by using the SKI (Spiritual, Creativity, Intellectual) method which combines three human potentials, namely: Intellectual intelligence (IQ), Emotional (EQ), and Spiritual (SQ). The use of the SKI (spiritual, creativity and intellectual) method can foster learning motivation that comes from within the students themselves spiritually (Why), then the student's creativity side (How), namely students can look at new ideas to answer problems and problems with intellectually existing theories (What). So that by teaching ESQ style, you can create 4 E Readiness, namely enjoy the show, earn right, energy and enthusiasm, and explain easily. The research method is a literature review or library research (Library Research) in the form of primary sources using a module that is the object of the research, namely the implementation module of the face-to-face training program Training for Teacher and Lecture licensed by Dr. (H.C) Ary Ginanjar Agustian. Using a qualitative approach by describing and outlining the secrets of ESQ-style teaching using the SKI method (spiritual, creative and intellectual). Data collection is carried out by reviewing and exploring several journals, books, and modules as well as other sources of data or information deemed relevant to the study

Abstract

This paper aims to specifically reveal the signs in the form of educational values contained in the song "Planning is Cool" through a qualitative approach using a descriptive research type of Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis model. The author tries to understand the meanings of reality as well as metaphors in the text of the lyrics of the song "Planning is Cool". Therefore, the subject of this research is the song "Planning is Cool" which is the theme song of the National Family Planning Population Board (BKKBN), and the object of this research is a text document containing the lyrics of the song. The author notes that there are 3 topics of value or educational messages contained in this song, including (1) Self-planning for the future, (2) Self-discipline, (3) Reproductive health for adolescents
