Abstract

Payakumbuh City makes UKM one of the businesses that support the lives of its people. It is proven that around 97% of the SME sector dominates business activities in Payakumbuh City. One of the factors that support the development of SMEs in Payakumbuh City is the strategic geographical location of the city of Payakumbuh, namely on the crossroad from Riau Province to West Sumatra Province. In recent years, Payakumbuh City tourist destinations have also developed rapidly. The development of tourist sites and the increase in the number of tourists visiting the city of Payakumbuh also impact the number of SMEs in the city of Payakumbuh. However, this threatens old SMEs in Payakumbuh City, especially family business SMEs that have been around for a long time. Many family business SMEs complain of difficulties in maintaining good business performance. A large number of new competitors with almost similar business products and the low ability of SMEs to innovate in the products they offer are suspected to be the substantial cause of the decline in the performance of family business SMEs in Payakumbuh City. The low knowledge and financial management skills of MSME actors exacerbate this phenomenon. Based on the problems faced by family business SMEs in Payakumbuh City, it is necessary to develop an effort to increase competitive advantage through various approaches, namely rising entrepreneurial orientation and financial literacy of family business SMEs in Payakumbuh City.Keyword : SMEs performance, family business, entrepreneurial orientation, financial literacy, competitive advantages

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the 4C (Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creativity, and Communication) problem-based learning model on the results of economic learning in year XI IPS MAN 2 Kota Padang. The quasi-experimental population of the study consists of students in the all-year XI IPS MAN 2 Kota Padang community. Technique used was purposeful sampling. The trial used a nonequivalent control group design.  Prior to using the t-test statistic for hypothesis testing, the normality test and homogeneity test, both having a sig. 5%, were employed as analytical tests. The results of the study showed that the average post-test score for the experimental class, which was 84.50, was higher than the average score for the control class, which was 77.10, according to the study's findings. According to the t-test, tcount = 5,4 and tcount is greater than ttabel.  H0 is disapproved whereas this Ha is accepted. Consequently, it was determined that the Problem-Based Learning model had an impact using 4C (Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication) on student learning outcomes than a conventional model.

Abstract

The influence of human activity on the environment is becoming one of the world's significant problems. This arises because of growing concerns about the influence of each country's economic activity on the global environment. On the other hand, sustainable economic growth and human well-being are recognized as dependent on the benefits derived from the environment. This study aims to analyze the impact of economic growth on environmental quality in Indonesia.  To analyze the impact, regression analysis of polynomial panels was used by using panel data from 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2014 – 2019. The results found that non-linear GDP per capita only had a significant effect on the quality of land cover and water quality in Indonesia, but it did not have a significant effect on air quality. As for provinces in Java and Bali, it was found that non-linear GDP per capita only had a significant effect on air quality and land cover but did not have a significant effect on water quality in the area. Unlike provinces outside Java and Bali, GDP per capita non-linearly has a significant effect on air and water quality, but it does not have a significant effect on land cover quality. These results provide different recommendations for each  regional cluster.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a learning video through the stages of development in Economics for high school students.  Research and development (R&D) with the 4D model was chosen as the type of research developed. The results showed that the development of learning video media using the Kinemaster application has passed the validity test, thus the learning video media using the Kinemaster application is valid. used for learning in class X high school economics subjects.  The results of the validity test on learning media products that have been developed are categorized as valid. This is based on the results of media validity with a percentage of 74% and material validity with a percentage of 84%. so that the media developed can be categorized as valid

Abstract

This research was conducted at one of the Islamic banks in the city of Blitar, namely PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Blitar branch. This study objectives to determine the effect of customer relationship management on loyalty through customer satisfaction at the Blitar branch of Indonesian Islamic banks. This research is  quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all customers of the Blitar branch of the Indonesian Islamic bank. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling through purposive sampling by determining several considerations that have been determined by the researcher. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers of the Blitar branch of the Indonesian Islamic bank. The data analysis method used is calculation using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of the SmartPLS version 3 software program and the Sobel test. The results showed that customer relationship management has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer relationship management affects customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates customer relationship management on customer loyalty. This research is expected to be a source of information and referrals for companies as a strategy to create customer loyalty

Abstract

The E-Learning program is able to make it easy for lecturers and students to continue learning even though they do not meet face to face. And this program is designed with various menus that can provide different colors in the implementation of the learning process. However, this must of course be supported by aspects related to supporting the success of a system, such as human resources, facilities and infrastructure, institutional policies, readiness of various supporting aspects and so on. The evaluation used uses the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process and Product. Based on literature studies and research publications, this model is proven to be able to explain the components of the E-Learning program and provide an overview of the use of the E-Learning program at Padang State University. This research will evaluate the E-Learning program at UNP using the CIPP model. In this research the model CIPP is used in evaluating the E-Learning context, input or input in the E-Learning program. Evaluation of the process of using E-Learning and evaluation of the results of the E-Learning program. This is very important to research considering the high use of E-Learning Programs in learning at the Universitas Negeri Padang. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method, research which aims to explain existing phenomena by using numbers to explain the characteristics of individuals or groups

Abstract

This study to determine the effect between company size, profitability, leverage, and audit report lag (ARL) on the Property and Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. This study uses panel data regression analysis and sampling in this study using purposive sampling method. Based on the predetermined purposive sampling criteria, there are 45 companies in the property and real estate sector that can be sampled. Firm size is measured by total assets, profitability is represented by return on assets (ROA), and leverage is measured by debt-to-assets ratio. The results of the study reveal evidence of a relationship between firm size, profitability, leverage and ARL. First, firm size shows no significant negative correlation with ARL. Second, profitability shows a significant negative relationship with ARL, indicating that firms with higher profitability tend to have more efficient financial reporting procedures, resulting in shorter audit report lag. Finally, leverage shows a significant positive relationship with ARL, which suggests that companies with higher debt-to-asset ratios may experience longer reporting delays due to increased financial risk.

Abstract

Interactive learning media based on Nearpod is a media were developed to make learning processes more interactive. This media will offer a assortment of elements that might be utilized to engage students directly in the educational experience and make it more charming and meaningful. Furthermore, this media will simplify it for understudies to comprehend the idea of realizing, which can move along student learning outcomes.  This exploration is an examination and improvement research with the advancement model utilized utilizes a 4-D model, consisting of four defining, planning, developing, and disseminating.  The consequences of the master approval test demonstrated that this media was practical concerning content, with a typical worth of 80% and for the plausibility of the media it got a typical worth of 83.3% with a truly possible class.  The aftereffects of the assessment master approval test also indicate this media are suitable for use as an evaluation test. The aftereffects of the common sense test showed that this media was very practical for usage in learning, with an average rating of 88.3% for teachers and 89.8% for students. Interactive media based on Nearpod is also efficient for improving student learning outcomes for national income economics lessons.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the correlation between content marketing and product knowledge and its impact on Generation Z's purchase intention towards Indonesian Sharia Banks. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Generation Z students at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This study adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling technique, with a total sample of 100 participants. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale with five response levels. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analyses, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests using SPSS version 26.  The findings demonstrate that content marketing variables exert a significant influence on purchase intention, product knowledge variables have a significant impact on purchase intention, and both content marketing and product knowledge together significantly influence purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand experience on brand trust through brand reputation as a variable between PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Padang. This study used causal research. The population of this study was residents of the city of Padang who used Lion Air airline with 97 samples. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The analysis method used is path analysis with SPSS 15. The results showed that (1) brand experience has a significant and positive effect on brand reputation (2) brand experience has a significant and positive effect on brand trust (3) brand reputation has a significant effect and positive influence on brand trust (4) brand experience has a significant and positive effect on brand trust, if brand reputation as a variable.
