Abstract

The analysis of masculinity in this movie uses Barthes semiotics theory. The researchers conduct masculinity research because it raises the phenomenon of heinous persecution based on defending his lover. The aim of this research is first to comprehend the characteristics of masculinity in terms of denotative, connotative, and myth of the main character in the movie Tarung Sarung. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a semiotic model. The results of the research conclude that first, there are seven characteristics of the main character's masculinity found in this research, namely Physical; Deni Ruso has a handsome physique and courage, Functional; Deni Ruso helps people around him and his family, Sexual Aggressive; Deni Ruso wants to apologize and express feelings, Emotional; Deni Ruso can control emotions, Intellectual; Deni Ruso is not careless in making decisions, Interpersonal; Deni Ruso being able to become a leader in his environment and Personal Characteristics; Deni Ruso as a man who is financially successful. Semiotics helps analyze the implied meaning of the gradual process of forming masculine characters by supporting the theory of masculinity characteristics applied in this research. So, guidelines are found to form masculine attitudes and characters for every man.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the hadith dha'if jiddan hadith dhâif jiddan in the Book of Hadith Sahih al-Albani (critical analysis of the consistency of al-Albani in the Book of Silsilah al-Sahihah). The research method uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis which is included in the library research category. Library research also utilizes library sources to obtain research data. The results of this research illustrate that in general, Muhammad Nasiruddin al-Albani's use of method of criticizing hadith does not have significant differences from the majority of muhaddisin. Because according to him he is a person who follows in the footsteps of previous scholars. The dhâif jiddan hadith in the book Silsilah al-Ahadis al-Sahihah became a serious polemic which caused al-Albani to be rejected by the muhaddis of his time. Al-Albani's attitude in applying his critical method is classified as inconsistent. Because there are several results of criticism of hadiths that violate it. Thus, the finding can be an important reference for muhaddis in tracing the track record of hadiths which is considered dha'if jiddan in the opinion of the ulama. Therefore, researchers in the same field are asked to be more critical in adhering to the rules for determining hadith based on the decisions of the ulama so that there are no inconsistencies in determining hadith in the future.

Abstract

A This study aims to determine the effect of the Mind Mapping cooperative learning model on the mathematical problem solving abilities of class VII students of MTsN 1 Tapanuli Selatan. The population in this study were all class VII MTsN 1 Tapanuli Selatan which consisted of 4 classes and the total number of students in class VII was 107 students. Sampling in this study was through Cluster Random Sampling where the sampling population did not consist of individuals, but consisted of groups that had the same characteristics (homogeneity). As a research instrument, data were used to test students' mathematical problem solving abilities in the form of an entry test on fractional material, where the questions totaled 10 questions and had been validated by lecturers and mathematics teachers. From the analysis of the score data for tests of students' mathematical problem solving abilities before using the Mind Mapping model, an average of 78.2 was obtained with a standard deviation of 5.56 and after using the Mind Mapping model an average of 82.3 was obtained with a standard deviation of 5.27 . The hypothesis used in this study uses the t test. Based on the results of data processing for the variables obtained by tests of students' mathematical problem solving abilities tcountttable (7.031 1.990847), these results prove that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted in other words. There is an influence of the Mind Mapping Cooperative model on students' mathematical problem solving abilities in MTsN 1 Tapanuli Selatan. The effect of the Mind Mapping learning model on the Mind Mapping type cooperative model on the mathematical problem solving abilities of students at MTsN 1 Tapanuli Selatan is 42.25%

Abstract

This research aims to explore the perceptions of the school and parents regarding the graduation policy which is currently being widely discussed. Graduation at the high school level is often an important moment that marks the end of the study period at the high school level, but policies related to its implementation are still being debated, both from an educational and social perspective. The reason for choosing this topic is because there are many different views regarding the urgency and ideal form of graduation. Researchers used qualitative research with a case study method. The research results show that the school views the graduation policy as an important tradition that appreciates students' efforts and achievements, as well as marking the end of their academic journey and preparation for higher education or the world of work. Parents generally have a positive view, viewing graduation as a reward for their children's hard work. -their children and a historic moment worth celebrating. However, there are also those who think that graduation at the high school level should be simpler. The main obstacles for parents include limited time due to busy work and financial costs. This research concludes that graduation policies need to be designed by considering a balance between symbolic and practical needs and involving active participation from all stakeholders. These results are important for providing a more comprehensive understanding of the implications of graduation policies for school communities and can be a reference in making more inclusive and effective policies in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find answers related to epistemological questions: the relationship of sense, reason, intuition, and revelation in the development of Islamic science. The research method used is library research. The data collection technique used by researchers is a literature study. The library method is research carried out by reading books or magazines with other data sources in the library. The results of this research found that epistemology in seeking knowledge originates from Empiricism, Rationalism, and Intuition-Revelation. Judging from the basic teachings of Islam, the Koran is knowledge obtained through the senses, reason, and heart. The senses, reason, and heart play a role in distinguishing truth from falsehood. Reason is considered a source of thinking and philosophizing with the aim of pursuing truth. Revelation provides an explanation to explore the truth. Reason is considered a tool capable of rationally expressing the truth brought by revelation. In Islamic teachings, the use of reason is not given absolute freedom. The suggestion for the next writer is that it is deemed necessary to develop the range of reason in finding truth based on the kauniyah verses.

Abstract

Education plays a major role in supporting national development which is an effort to improve the quality of life, personal and community quality that lasts a lifetime. Education is an effort to shape individuals to be better and more useful for the future. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of information services to increase student learning independence. Utilization of information services so that students gain broader knowledge is expected to increase student learning independence. The method in this research is the SLR Prisma (Systematic Literature Review) method, this method is used to develop a framework for writing scientific papers. The results of this research indicate that information services can increase student learning independence. In bridging the problem of students' independent learning, guidance from teachers and parents is needed. Guidance is assistance provided to students in self-development and good study habits to master certain knowledge. This research can be used as a solution for teachers, especially those who have a relationship with students.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to discuss the concept of jihad in al-Hadith. This research is a literature review. The researcher collected documents related to the concept of jihad in al-Hadith by analyzing the views of Muhammad Sa'id Ramadân al-Bûti through a study of the book al-Jihâd fil islâm kaifa nafhamuhu wa kaifa numârisuhu using a thematic character and descriptive-analytic approach.  The research results show that jihad has various meanings and is not focused on the meaning of war, even though in verses of the Koran there are meanings that lead to war. However, this is a form of defense, not an attack. It is recommended that future researchers be more selective in choosing the concept and type of jihad that will be studied so as not to give rise to wrong opinions, especially in maintaining the Islamic view of rahmatallilalamin.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a media Diorama of IPS subject content livelihood material based on the landscape in grade IV elementary school. The method used in this study was Research and Development model ADDIE. This research was conducted at SDN Susukan 05 Pagi, class IV as many as 25 people. The data collection methods in this study used validation charts aimed at media experts and material experts, and response charts and learning interests aimed at the students who were the subjects of this study. Media expert validation results came in the "Very Worthy" category with 84.4%, then material expert validation results came in the "Very Worthy" category with 100% percentage. Student response to Diorama media received the "Very Agree" category through a small group trial stage (10 students) with 99.2% and large group (25 students) trials with 87.44%, as well as IPS learning interest before using the Diorama media received 72 %, while after using the Diorama media received 88%, it showed that students' IPS learning interest increased by 16%. The Diorama media that has been developed on IPS content livelihood material based on the landscape can be declared "Very Worthy" to use and can increase IPS students' learning interest.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services using self-control techniques in overcoming students' academic procrastination attitudes. This research uses a one group pre test post design research design using purposive sampling technique. The population in this research numbered 70 and the sample numbered 14 from class VII-C of SMP IT Al-Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang. The data collection tool in this research uses an academic procrastination scale data collection tool that has been approved by experts. The research results showed that academic procrastination attitudes decreased after the posttest compared to the pretest scores, therefore group guidance services were effective in overcoming academic procrastination attitudes of class VII-C students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang. The implementation of group guidance services using self-control techniques is effective in overcoming students' academic procrastination because students create and implement a daily schedule that allows students to know what activities they will carry out in a full day and students are not inclined to just use one activity using this daily schedule. become a program to reduce students' academic procrastination attitudes. This program can also be used as an effort to reduce students' academic procrastination attitudes for schools and future researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to determine the effectiveness of individual counseling services using the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach through self-instruction techniques in reducing learning difficulties at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Medan. Quantitative research is guided by a pre-test plan and a single-group pre-test-post-test plan. On the analyst's learning difficulties scale, 26 of the 28 statement items are used in a test of legitimacy and firm quality. The results are considered substantial if the determined r exceeds the table r value, namely 0.2329 at a 5% level of significance. For the reliability test, Cronbroach alpha data was collected with a Cronbroach Alpha value greater than 0.05 (0.999 0.05). The research population at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Medan includes more than three classes in class X (ten), namely classes X5, X7, and X8. Purposive testing techniques were used to select five students with high levels of learning difficulties from 110 students in each of the three classes. The Wilcoxon Marked Positions Test was used to test the data. The results of this research show that the significance value is asymptotic. Sig(2-follow) values greater than 0.05 or 0.005 It is reasonable to assume that independent, individual tutoring services are effective in overcoming student learning difficulties.
