Abstract

Parents are first and foremost educators to the educational success of a child, because since the birth of a child into the world, his parents are the first people to interact with a child. The success of a child is in the hands of both his parents. And a child needs of guidance, attention, and affection from their parents, let alone a young child.   Both parents are not just parents who can bear children, but should be good to educate children properly. Both parents help the child becomes a responsible adult, virtuous, and gives the best to the community and to fear God. Parents should always instill religious education for their children starting at an early age, because of the education since taught his children to always accustomes to in everyday life. Many parents assume that their responsibility is only a fulfillment course, if it has been filled with biological needs, such as food and clothing, the obligations as a parents have fnished. Parents are first and foremost educators that are required by a child.

Abstract

Management of education is a major resource for the advancement of a nation, for that education needs to be built and developed to be capable in producing superior human resources, advanced and competitive. The function of education is strategically most important for a nation, especially the people who carry out development should optimalize education system functions to deliver the human resources of high quality as the organizer of development and in order to improve the quality of life of the community, the nation and the state. Management of headmaster in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sibolga must strive to increase the quality of education, including the quality of the performance and management of headmaster, deputy, teachers and committee of Madrasah to provide and support to all stakeholders of education in madrasah as a systematically, integratedly, well-planned and professionally. In order to achieve an effective and efficient organization, management must be enabled fully to every organization including education. The management functions as planning  organizing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

A method has important rule  in educating the children for reaching a goal of education that is hoped by parents. Because of that, the parents must have knowledge and education for choosing the method, the  children grow up in bad condition  if they choice the wrong method.  Based on view of Islam there are some methods in raising children in Islamic, thay are: modelling method, love method, advice method, communication method, action method, telling story method, reward and punishment method and playing method. Modelling method is a parents as modelling especially in religious aspect. Love method  is a method  that use by loving. In advice method a parents can be using the Alqur’an and Sunnah for teaching them. Telling story method is a method when a parents must like telling a good story for building their character. Reward and punishment methods are methods that can be combined and this case the parents must be wise. And the last is playing method, this method brings the parents in comportable gratifying condition. The childreen will be happy and smart. Finally,  The parents can be able to use all the method above based on the condition of their children, which one is compatible for them. Alqur’an and Sunnah Rasululluh Saw support to all the methods.  So there is no doubt for choosing all the methods.

Abstract

Teacher competency is the ability, expertise and skills that should be possessed by teachers in carrying out the learning process that includes lesson plans. Implementation of learning is until the evaluation. In terms of evaluation, a teacher is said to be competent to understand the technique and evaluation procedures, and able to carry out the evaluation in order to get the results. The evaluation is used to improve the teaching and learning process. The evaluation starts from planning evaluation, test item construction, process and analysing the test results to interpret and follow up on the results of the evaluation.

Abstract

Spiritual teacher has two words, namely the person who works the teacher and spirituality. Most experts give a more specific definition, as in a dictionary says that teachers are professional educators in the school with the main task of teaching. The first defenition has more common than the two that has led to formal school teachers. While the first defenition teachers could be outside the formal school, for example, at institutions of non-formal education in the community of origin only he really teaches people so that they know about something in order to be applied or practiced. Spiritual means spirit or spirituality. Spirituality is dipped again at the level of the spiritual sciences Deity in fact much studied by Sufism congregation. The problem, it is necessary spiritual teacher and how its role in improving the understanding of monotheism, especially as a leader in Sufism congregation.

Abstract

For searching a possible children’s development more optimal, we need certain serious concerns and cares in balance among the following important aspects: physic, motoric, intelligence, emotion and social. The children age at the elementary school is also commonly called “pre-skill age”. Their development tasks are learning about the various basic movement skills. Thus, we should facilitate them for approprioate condisitions in order the children are able to learn and do various motoric skills. But, as the matter of fact, some parents somewhat are lack of concerning their children’s motoric development. In this writing, the writer tries to discuss about the importance of the children’s motoric development, motoric development phases, and factor which is influencing them.

Abstract

Education is one aspect of human development index (HDI) developed by the United Nations Development Programs (UNDP). For the entire educational potential should be aimed at achieving the level of progress the development of a solid education, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Education, becomes the standard is used in the printing of human resources (HR) will be superior and competitive by building a professional teacher. Teachers who understand all the meaningfulness known as humanist professional teachers.Humanists professional teachers have a social responsibility, and a sense of togetherness with learners. Humanist professionalism of teachers show the students that the teacher is able to recognize that learners have special missions to develop their potential. Humanists professionalism of teachers provide opportunities for learners in building a profitable learning in order to create learning that reaches the point of togetherness. It is together in achieving the core activities and to examine the material together.Humanists professional teachers state that the learning approach is seen as a private act to fulfill the potential of learners. Through the professional teachers can succeed in the success of the national curriculum. Teacher is the operator of the educational curriculum. The national curriculum being part made in achieving the national curriculum itself through curriculum-based development, and curriculum specificities/conditions in their respective educational institutions.

Abstract

Compounding is the process of morphological form of the coupling of two or more basic forms that results in one word. Characteristics of the compound word is a compound word formed a sense, consist of basic words, high usage frequency. Compound words are formed according to the law endocentric DM (explained-explained). This compound distinguishes endocentric and ecosentrist.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ achievement and learning activities in Islamic education by Enquiry. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is implemented for 2 months with two cycles, in July and August 2016. Data collection tool used is a test and observation. Test is used to measure learning achievement and observation is used to measure students’ learning activities during the implementation cycle I and II. Data analysis is done by qualitative descriptive. The results shows achievement is increased for student learning activities on the subjects of Islamic education on Munakahat materials using the inquiry method. The average percentages before the action is held on 35.25%, after the application of the method of Enquiry, the average percentages of in the first cycle is 61.76%, and after the second cycle is 91, 17%. The average activity of students in the learning process of Islamic education in the first cycle is 62.79% and the second cycle is 86.39%. Based on the results, this study suggests using the inquiry method to increase students’ achievement and learning activities, especially since the Munakahat material directly is related to the various problems facing mankind.

Abstract

Sex in the view of Islam is an instinctive need that must be met. Only resoluting and stricting implementation regulated by religion so strictly can prohibite to do without any clear rules. Anticipation is not the deviation of sex as a way to implement sex education in the community, especially to children under age and adolescents.
