Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Metode Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an yang sangat beragam, tetapi ada metode- metode tertentu yang bisa mempermudah Proses Pembelajaran diantaranya adalah Metode Tartil yang telah memberikan kemudahan dalam Peroses Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an, Membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik menjadikan keniscayaan yang harus di butuhkan, terlebih dalam rangka kaitaannya dengan penguatan hasil belajar dan tentu banyak metode metode yang di terapkan salah satu metodenya adalah metode tartil, penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analistis korelasional deskriptif. Jumlah sampe yang diambil adalah 25 peserta didik, dan metode sampel acak sederhana digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai “rxy” atau “ro” adalah 0,372 berdasarkan uji koefisien moment produk, nilai “rt” pada taraf signifikan 1% adalah 0,515. Dengan demikian, hipotesis noh (Ho) dapat ditolak. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa teknik membaca Al Qur’an memengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

In this research there are two variables consisting of the tahfidz Qur'an program and the Islamic character of students, so the aim of this research is to present an overview of the tahfidz Qur'an program, the Islamic character of students, and the influence between the two. in a correlational relationship. The population in this study were students at MAN 4 Karawang with a sample size of 35 people. Meanwhile, the method used in this research is a correlational method with a quantitative approach. This method was used to identify the influence of the tahfidz Qur'an program on the formation of students' Islamic character at MAN 4 Karawang. The results of this research show that 17% of the tahfidz qur'an program is in the low category, 69% is in the medium category and 14% is in the high category so it can be concluded that the average implementation of the tahfidz qur'an program at MAN 4 Karawang is in the medium category. As for the Islamic character formation of students, 9% are in the low category, 80% are in the medium category and 11% are in the high category, so it can be concluded that the average Islamic character formation of MAN 4 Karawang students is in the medium category. Based on SPSS in the coefficients table, it can be seen that the significance value (sig.) is 0.001 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means "There is an influence of the tahfidz Qur'an program (X) on the formation of students' Islamic character (Y)." And from the analysis it is known that the R Square value = 0.27 so it can be concluded that the influence of the tahfidz Qur'an program (X) on the formation of students' Islamic character (Y) is 27.1% while 72.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in in this research variable.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening (P5) Project Programme activities in each school are mandatory for students to participate in. With this P5 project activity, students can hone their psychomotor skills and increase creativity in learning. The purpose of the study is to understand the effectiveness of the P5 strategy on the creativity of Pelita Tiga Jakarta High School students. The research method uses quantitative correlation method. Simple random selection was used to draw a sample of 34 students. Data were obtained through interviews and observations and evaluated using product moment correlation technique. The results obtained 0.677 > 0.344 / 0.442 (sig level 5% or 1%). So it is concluded that the effectiveness of the Pancasila student profile project programme (P5) has an influence or impact to increase student creativity at SMA Pelita Tiga Jakarta

Abstract

The Indonesian government is trying to improve the standard of education that has so far lagged behind. To realize the quality of education in better school-based management, local support is needed in directing, checking and assisting schools in administration and educational experience. Elementary school education is a level of education that is part of the basic education level and is the foundation of knowledge and helps children grow and develop optimally through teacher-guided learning, so that it becomes the main tool in improving the quality of human resources. The main task of education is to develop the potential of human resources (HR) through various organizations, both governmental and non-governmental. One way of regulating it is through School-Based Management (SBM), which functions as a tool to manage the essence of teaching. Internal and external services provided by the school are directly supervised. This is in accordance with the philosophy of decentralization, which provides benefits to the community and school members by allowing principals, students, parents, and teachers to be involved in decision-making in a transparent, accountable and participatory manner. School-Based Management aims to improve the quality of education by involving cooperation from various parties, including principals, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders, as well as paying attention to facilities and infrastructure, motivation, self-concept, interests, and learning independence. In implementing the essence of education, schools seek their arrangements by implementing school-based administration. The purpose of this study was to determine how effective school-based management or MBS is in overcoming problems in schools and improving the quality of education in elementary schools. Qualitative descriptive methods are one of those used in this study. The diversity of information is generated through significant web-based writing and journals.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Researchers conducted research based on the results of research data conducted on students at Daarul Uluum Vocational School, Jakarta. The problem in this research is what is competence Teachers have a significant influence on students learning motivation at Daarul Uluum Vocational School, Jakarta. The ai m of this research is to find out the influence of teacher competence on students learning motivation. Teacher competency must be owned and applied by teachers This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this research was 31 students, analyzed using the product moment correlation technique. The results of this research show that Teacher Competence has an influence on Student Learning Motivation. Based on the results of product moment analysis calculations, it is obtained that "rxy" or "ro" is 0.616, while "rt" in the table is significant at 5% = 0.361 and the 1% significance level is 0.463. In this way it can be known that "ro" > "rt" at both 5% and 1% significance. Based on these results the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) was accept?ed and the Null Hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of teacher competency on student learning motivation at Daarul Uluum Vocational School, Jakarta. Keywords: Teacher Competence, Student Learning Motivation ABSTRAK Peneliti melakukan penelitian di latar belakangi oleh hasil data penelitian yang di lakukan terhadap peserta didik di SMK Daarul Uluum Jakarta, Permasalahan yang ada di dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kompetensi guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Daarul Uluum Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Kompetensi guru harus dimiliki dan di terapkan oleh guru . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 31 orang, dianalisis dengan menggunakan Teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi Guru berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis product moment diperoleh “rxy” atau “ro” sebesar 0,616 seda?ngkan “rt” pada table signifikan 5% = 0,361 dan taraf signifikan 1% adalah 0,463. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa “ro” > “rt” baik pada signifikan 5% maupun 1%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut Hipotesis Altern?atif (Ha) diterima dan Hipotesis Nihil (Ho) ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa di SMK Daarul Uluum Jakarta.

Abstract

Performance is a core aspect for the birth of the goals and functions of education or learning in schools. Meanwhile, teacher performance is strongly influenced by several components or factors, including: independent curriculum, self-efficacy and professional competence and job satisfaction. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the independent curriculum, job satisfaction and professional competence with self-efficacy as an intervening variable. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. This research approach uses quantitative survey research, and data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature. The results of this research show that: Hypothesis 1 is accepted, the independent curriculum has an effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis 2 is accepted, self-efficacy influences job satisfaction. Hypothesis 3 is accepted, professional competence influences job satisfaction. Hypothesis 4 is accepted, the independent curriculum influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 5 is accepted, self-efficacy influences teacher performance, Hypothesis 6 is accepted, professional competence influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 7 is accepted, job satisfaction influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 8 is accepted, the independent curriculum indirectly influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 9 is accepted, self-efficacy indirectly influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 10 is accepted, professional competence indirectly influences teacher performance.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the importance of education in forming a superior generation based on the values ​​of the Koran and Hadith. Education has a vital role in developing knowledge and human potential. Through education, individuals can explore and optimize their abilities to face life's challenges and contribute positively to society. This research uses qualitative methods with a library research research approach, and examines various interpretations of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith as well as the opinions of Muslim scholars regarding the goals of education. The results of this research show that education must be based on faith and piety, developing humans to become obedient servants of Allah and responsible caliphs on earth. Education in Islam not only emphasizes cognitive development, but also strengthening character and commendable morals. Education based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith has a role in forming a generation that is strong, has morals, and is able to carry out its role as a trustworthy and responsible leader. This research underlines that education must have clear and directed goals, and be supported by appropriate strategies to produce individuals who are academically and character competent. With a comprehensive approach, Islamic education can develop superior human beings and can have a positive impact on the people and the country.

Abstract

The independent curriculum gives freedom and authority to madrasas to develop madrasah operational curricula in accordance with the potential and resources in managing education to improve the quality and competitiveness of madrasas to create independent and high-achieving madrasas. Apart from that, it also provides freedom in forming character, fostering critical, creative and courage. innovative for students which is colored by religious values, namely the value of rahmatan lil a'alamin. freedom of management and character formation. MA PERSIS 297 has a program that is typical of Madrasah Aliyah PERSIS, namely the Khidmah Jamiyyah Training Program (PLKJ). This program is an integrated program between academic abilities and social skills which aims to gain real experience in serving in the community in a directed and measurable way. apply the knowledge gained during education. The approach in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research type of research with data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. The agenda of the PLKJ research results is teaching practice, Majlis taklim, Friday sermons, Tabligh akbar, Rihlah Motivation, social service, activities according to local needs, there is an internalization of the values ​​of Rahmatan Lil Alamin's student profile which is integrated into the Pancasila student profile. Strengthening the Pancasila student profile and the Rahmatan Lil Alamin student profile is an optimal means of encouraging students to become lifelong learners who are competent, have character and behave in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila, and Rahmatan Lil Alamin Islam.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of digital-based learning in increasing student creativity at SMP Islam Parlaungan Waru Sidoarjo, Sidoarjo. This research is qualitative research, while data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show that PAI teachers in delivering lesson material in the classroom use digital media such as PowerPoint, learning videos, and use smartphones as learning aids. By using digital media in the teaching and learning process, it can be concluded that, one of the teacher's methods is to enliven the class atmosphere so that discussions occur between students, making it easier for teachers to convey the material and students easily understanding the material. PAI subject teachers use digital media in their learning by displaying PowerPoint slides and interesting learning videos. By using digital media, the teaching and learning process becomes more effective and efficient. The use of PPT and learning videos can help students understand the material better and spark creative ideas, while smartphones facilitate wider access to information and interaction. Thus, implementing digital-based learning at SMP Islam Parlaungan Waru Sidoarjo can be an effective strategy for increasing student creativity, which can support more active and innovative learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Imam Al-Ghazali said that the most important thing as an essential capital to worship Allah is a deep understanding of religion. In fact, such understanding is a pillar of religion. The series of tawhid, faith, and sharia are reflected in civilized humans in this mortal life. Mistakes in understanding the study of monotheism are influenced by the process of getting information very quickly in modern times, which must be balanced with the ability to filter information and the correct sources of knowledge. The thoughts of previous scholars who were qualified in their knowledge are things that still continue and need to be studied and used as the main reference in the right of monotheism. Sheikh Muhammad Muhajirin wrote his thoughts based on his knowledge, which he got from teachers with a chain of transmission that was connected to the Prophet; the book of Matan Jauharoh is a work of tawhid from the famous scholar Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Laqoni, whose book has been studied and used as a reference in studying the science of tawhid. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, with the Critical Discourse Analysis method; according to Fairclough, AWK focuses discourse attention on language, using discourse points to the use of language as a social practice more than individual activities or to reflect something. It aims to find out Sheikh Muhammad Muhajirin's thoughts on the study of tawhid, which he expressed in Syarh Ala Matn Jauharoh, in relation to discourse, practice, and his role in the study of tawhid. The results showed that Sheikh Muhammad Muhajirin's thoughts on the study of monotheism can be seen from the detailed explanation of each stanza he quoted, which he then reflected in the daily education process he carried out both to his students and the surrounding community.
