Abstract

Agama yang bersumber dari Allah Swt, kemudian agama bereaksi menjadi kecerdasan spiritual dalam kehidupan masyarakat, kemudian dihidupkan dalam bentuk ritual ibadah. Selanjutnya ritual ibadah dalam beragama dipahami manusia sebagai salah satu aspek budaya. Dari situlah dimensi kepemimpinan akan terencana melalui pemahaman agama, terlebih bila dikaitkan dengan dunia pendidikan.  Perbedaan agama dan budaya terlihat dari sebuah proses yang berbeda, agama dipahami dari proses vertikal, sedangkan budaya dipahami dari proses horizontal. Agama bersifat spiritual sedangkan budaya bersifat akal, sehingga menurut sistem sosial budaya manusia disebut al-Insan yang memiliki akal pikiran, mampu mengembangkan budaya yang berdampak luas terhadap kehidupan dan lingkungan di permukaan bumi. Kemampuan akal pikiran dapat dinyatakan juga sebagai kemampuan budaya, memiliki makna yang tinggi bagi manusia sebagai makhluk hidup. Aspek-aspek atau komponen-komponen materi seperti ruang, alam semesta, bangunan, pakaian, peralatan dan non-materi semisal pengetahuan, kepercayaan, nilai, sikap, makna, hirarki, agama, peranan, merupakan suatu sistem yang disebut sistem budaya.Sistem budaya merupakan rangkaian hubungan komponen-komponen budaya sebagai ungkapan prilaku, perbuatan, dan tindakan manusia sebagai makhluk budaya. Namun demikian, dalam mekanisme budaya tersebut, tidak terpisahkan dari hubungan antara manusia sebagai makhluk sosial yang menghubungkan antar individu, antara individu dengan kelompok, dan antara kelompok dengan kelompok manusia lainnya. Di sini terbentuk suatu tatanan yang dikonsepkan sebagai sistem sosial. Sistem ini terbentuk, sebagai akibat hubungan sosial antar komponen-komponen.

Abstract

Hadis sebagai suatu second hukum dari al-Quran. Di dalamnya terdapat aspek kehidupan Rasul yang menjadikan rujukan untuk pengikutnya, termasuk dari segi pendidikan. Pendidikan dan pembelajaran Rasul berbeda-beda dari segi metodologi sesuai konteks sosial yang terjadi. Beragam metodologi yang diberikan oleh Rasul, dari metode ceramah sampai peragaan. Dimana metode ini dalam artikel ini dijelaskan dari segi sosoi-historis secara gamblang. Banyak yang diterapkan dalam praktek pendidikan di masa kini yang bersumber dari metodologi pembelajaran Rasul.Dalam proses belajar mengajar, Rasulullah Saw, senantiasa memilih metode-metode yang dinilai efektif dan efisien, mudah dipahami dan dicerna akal, serta mudah diingat sesuai dengan porsi dan kapasitas intelektual peserta didik. Fenomena tersebut dapat kita buktikan ketika mengeksplorasikan beberapa hadits, mulai dari mempelajari teks-teksnya sampai membacanya dengan cermat, tentu akan banyak ditemukan model perkataan (pengajaran) beliau yang sangat variatif.

Abstract

AbstractIn the current era of globalization, competition between countries is getting stronger and is determined by the quality of their human resources. One of the benchmarks is the Human Development and Literacy Index. The better the HDI number, the better the quality of the country's human resources, thus also literacy rate. However, the country of Indonesia, which is so vast and consists of thousands of islands, leaves a serious problem, namely the high inequality of HDI figures and the low numbers literacy of the people.This paper offers a discussion and a solution for increasing the development of Human Resources and Literacy with equilibrium theory in microeconomics, to overcome inequality which is currently a serious problem. This is of course in accordance with the constitutional mandate of "Social Justice for All Indonesian People" as a reference paper based on authoritative literature with social, economic and educational analysis.Key word : Human Development Index, Literacy, Equlibrium Theory

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out disciplined students with the implementation of fingerprint attendance. This study uses a mixed method (a combination of quantitative and qualitative). In this study, data collection was carried out in various ways, such as questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Respondents were asked to fill in several statements related to the application of fingerprint attendance and student discipline. Analysis of the data in this study using simple regression (Simple Linear Regression). The results showed that there was a positive influence between the application of student fingerprint attendance and student discipline as indicated by the value of sig. p-value = 0.000 0.05 then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. When viewed from the model summary student fingerprint attendance affects student discipline by 26.3% and this is included in the low category. Based on the results of the study, only the majority of students used fingerprint attendance at school. therefore the application of student fingerprint attendance must continue to be improved in order to have a significant role in improving student discipline, especially in their attendance at school. Keywords :  Fingerprint, Attendance, Student Discipline.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to describe the disciplinary education development strategy. This research uses qualitative research, as well as a descriptive approach to research. The results of this study indicate that the disciplinary conditions of students at MI Al Karimi Tebuwung Dukun Gresik have been running well. It can be seen that all program activities have been carried out properly and all residents of MI Al Karimi Tebuwung Dukun Gresik are actively involved in implementing them. Many students have implemented discipline without having to be instructed and teacher guidance also has a very big influence on the student discipline process, and this is the key to success in implementing discipline at MI Al Karimi. The supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of disciplinary education at MI Al Karimi Tebuwung Dukun Gresik: a) There is direct control from the head of the madrasah and the teacher council b) There is an active role from the parents of students c) the influence of the bad environment d) the presence of some teachers who are static . As explained by the Deputy Head of Madrasah for Curriculum Sector, the strategy for developing disciplinary education at MI Al Karimi Tebuwung Dukun Gresik is: a) Preparation of vision, mission, motto, and objectives b) Preparation of special activity programs c) Rules d) Socialization e) Approach f) Facilities and Infrastructure g) Evaluation. Keywords: Strategy, Discipline, Education

Abstract

Islamic Shari’ah functioned by God as a deterrent to evil. Jurisprudence of Jinayat in Islamic law recognizes three kinds of punishment for a crime committed by a person; Qishah, hudud and ta’zir. The determination of punishment is not merely a revenge, but rather a goal to create a deterrent effect or shock to create a calm and peaceful society situation as the message contained in the word hayah which means a peaceful life. This paper aims to reveal the concept of punishment in the crime of corruption in the eyewear of Jinayat jurisprudence. Through literature review it can be concluded that the sanction of corruption is ta’zir, which is adjusted with the judge’s decision based on the level of corruption that has been done. Sanctions in the form of ta’zir vary from mild to severe enough to recall corruption with a complex social impact. The ta’zir sanctions that can be given to the perpetrators of corruption are; Imprisonment, defamation, material fines to death penalty.Keywords: Fikh; Criminal Actions; Corruption; Sanctions; Ta’zir

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to prove the effect of the active learning approach and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at Al Muslim Junior High School Tambun. The active learning approach and learning motivation help students understand Islamic Religious Education materials.The approach of this paper is quantitative. The research method used is a survey. This study uses data collection techniques using questionnaires and written tests using multiple regression test data analysis techniques. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires, written tests, and Islamic Religious Education learning activities.The results showed that there was a significant effect of the active learning approach and learning motivation together on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education at SMP al Muslim Tambun in Bekasi Regency. This causal relationship is proven by Sig. = 0.000 0.05 and Fcount = 6.950, there is a significant effect of active learning approach on learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education at Al Muslim Junior High School in Bekasi Regency. This is proven by Sig. = 0.020 0.05 and tcount 2.399, and there is a significant influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education at Al Muslim Middle School Tambun in Bekasi Regency. This is proven by Sig. = 0.028 0.05 and tcount 2.248. Keywords: Active Learning, Learning Motivation, Islamic Religious Education

Abstract

AbstrackReligious education is education that instills religious values with the teachings of their respective religious beliefs. In the view of Islam, humans are born in a state of carrying nature that needs to be developed. Islam views education in the family as the oldest and most important informal religious education institution. In one part of the Three Education Centers, the role of parents or families in education is very significant among schools and communities. Religious education in the family with an Islamic perspective is education that is applied in the family based on Islamic religious guidance to shape individuals into human beings who believe and fear Allah SWT and have noble character and practice religious values in everyday life. The implementation of religious education for children in the family at an early age has a very large influence, the role carried out in formal educational institutions is not able to take over family institutions in inculcating religious moral values. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe spreading of a new corona virus named Covid-19 has caused so many death tolls to almost all countries in the world. Researchers suspect that this virus originated from the traditional market in China's Wuhan City selling a wide variety of fresh wet animals traded for consumption, including bats and pangolins which ultimately transmit the virus to humans. The World Health Organization has confirmed that Covid-19 transmission through droplets or sparks from infected people through talking, sneezing or coughing. With such causes, world governments recommend and even order the citizens to always maintain health and hygiene by washing hands, wearing masks, and covering mouths when sneezing or coughing. While in Islam, there are also procedures for behaving to maintain health and cleanliness. This literature study used qualitative method to examine the relevance of the global pandemic to the Islamic character education. This study then found that the influence of Covid-19 on the application of character education and Islamic education. This conclusion could be seen from the factors that influence the majority of characters carried out during the Covid-19 plague including instincts, habits, wills and conscience.Keywords: Application, Character Education, Covid-19, Islamic Education

Abstract

In line with the development and demands of human culture, parents cannot meet the needs of their children's educators. For that they submit their child's education to others. People who accept the mandate of parents to educate children are called teachers. The teaching profession is a noble profession because in addition to studying one's knowledge, it also demands that someone have noble morals.It seems that the most important factors in the teaching profession today are only scientific and academic qualifications. Meanwhile, other factors such as wisdom and wisdom which are moral attitudes and behaviors are no longer essential. As a result, the moral exemplary of the teachers is no longer so important in the educational process, what is more important is the skills and expertise in teaching science which is their duty.Therefore, everyone who will carry out teacher duties must have a personality that is in accordance with Islamic teachings and is even more required to have a teacher personality. Personality is the most important factor for a teacher.Â
