Abstract

ABSTRACTReading the Qur'an is an obligation for Muslims and Muslim women to be studied because the Qur'an is the foundation in understanding Islamic teachings. The most basic thing for students is to be able to read the Koran properly and correctly in accordance with the legal rules of reading the Koran such as recitation and makhorijul letters. However, there are still students who have difficulty reading the Qur'an. Factors that cause students' low ability to read the Qur'an are internal factors from students who are lazy to recite the Koran because they mostly play gadgets and external factors are motivation from weak parents. This study aims to analyze the factors that hinder the ability to read the Koran in grade VII in one of the junior high schools in Garut city. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by using the Koran reading test as the research instrument. the test results of the ability to read the Qur'an from 40 students who are included in the low category as many as 4 people. Therefore, the role of educators, parents, and the environment will greatly affect the motivation of students in reading the Qur'an.Keyword: Reading the Quran, students, inhibiting factor

Abstract

         ABSTRACTIn daily existence, people can't be isolated from the impact of their current circumstance. In the climate can be tracked down cases like moral debauchery, murder, burglary, polishing off liquor or medications, assault, free sex, robbery and, surprisingly, additional astonishing instances of packs of looters. Obviously this will influence the advancement of human profound quality. Accordingly, the job of guardians in working on the nature of ethics, particularly the ethics of syaja'ah and 'adalah vital to do. This study means to decide the job of guardians in working on the ethical nature of syaja'ah and youngsters. This examination utilizes spellbinding subjective strategy with writing survey. The outcomes showed that working on the ethical nature of syaja'ah and 'adalah through the job of guardians according to an ethical viewpoint as indicated by Al-Ghazali and Ibn Miskawaih should be possible by teaching, giving inspiration and offices, giving help and oversight to kids. Abstract

ABSRACTSelf management means putting everything on a regular basis in life, in the use of time, choice, interests, activities, as well as in the physical and mental balance. It also means pushing self to get ahead, arrange all the elements of the personal, controlling potential willingness to accomplish good things, and develop various aspects of private life to make it more perfect. The first requirement for all students to achieve their education goals is self-motivation. Secondly, self organization is setting up as well as possible against the thought, effort, time, places, objects and all other resources in one's life so that students achieved personal efficiency. So that his dual role as students and workers can go hand in hand. From recognition of the informant about the students apply learning strategies in regards to qualify themselves indicate that there are a number of students who are aware of a good self management will bring a profit for them. Among them, the Division of time between lectures and other activities are not interrupted, his schedule became organized, as students and other activities are not disrupted, could set out the lesson, as well as being able to tackle the problems facing it. Abstract

Pesantren and the kitab kuning are two inseparable sides of Islamic education in Indonesia. Since its early history, pesantren could not be separated from the literature of the book of thoughts of the salaf scholars which began around the 9th century. It could be said that without the existence and teaching of the yellow book, an educational institution would not legally be called a pesantren. Those are the facts that surfaced in the field. Contextual learning is a holistic educational process and aims to motivate students to understand the meaning of the subject matter they are learning by linking the material to the context of their daily life (personal, social, and cultural context) so that students have knowledge or skills that can be flexibly applied from one problem to another. The most basic idea of this model is that students need to get used to solving problems, find something useful for themselves, and wrestle with the ideas they get from the learning material.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe that The National Zakat Board -BAZNAS as an Amil Zakat Institution, one of its duties and functions is for community empowerment. The issue of delinquent fee in educational institutions is a main concerns in this research. “Bekasi Cerdas”; as educational program from BAZNAS is helping the poor and needy so they would be able to continue their education. The research method used in this study is qualitative. The data in this study was obtained from 28 respondens of Baznas beneficiaries. The results can be concluded that there is a require for synergy between Baznas and the government in overcome educational problems in an effort to empower community in particular the poor. Keywords: BAZNAS, Bekasi City, Empowermwnt, Community.

Abstract

Manusia pada hakikatnya merupakan makhluk sosial yang selalu menggunakan komunikasi untuk melakukan interaksi. Setiap hari kita melakukan komunikasi dengan teman, keluarga, sahabat, guru, dan masyarakat lainnya. Sebelum membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komunikasi sebaiknya kita mengetahui apa arti komunikasi. Komunikasi adalah penolong seseorang dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan interpersonal jika merasa sedih atau gelisah, maka membutuhkan sebuah percakapan dengan orang lain untuk memberikan sebuah kenyamanan, persahabatan dan bahkan kehangatan.Dalam perspektif Islam, potensi berkomunikasi pada manusia merupakan pemberian Allah yang sudah otomatis ada sejak dia diciptakan. Allah berfirman : “Tuhan Yang Maha Pemurah, Yang telah mengajarkan Alquran, Dia menciptakan manusia, mengajarkan pandai berbicara”. (QS. Al-Rahmān : 1-4). Setelah unsur jasad dan ruh berpadu dalam dirinya di hari ke-120, Dalam sebuah hadis disebutkan : “Sesungguhnya kalian diciptakan di perut ibunya empat puluh hari fase ‘nutfah’, kemudian fase ‘alaqah’ juga 40 hari, kemudian fase ‘mudghah’ 40 hari, dan setelah itulah ruh diciptakan…” (HR.Bukhari, no.2969, dan Muslim no.4781). Manusia harus berkomunikasi secara sehat dan berkualitas dngan tujuan untuk menghindari rusaknya suasana karmonisasi  antar manusia bahkan terhadap Allah SWT

Abstract

AbstractTeachers play a very strategic role for the progress of a school institution. The teacher's role is multidimensional and graded according to education level, namely as: educator, teacher, leader, servant, mentor, motivator, and researcher. Therefore, the behavior of Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) should be owned by educators, especially teachers. Individual behavior in the organization is distinguished into behavior that is in accordance with the role (intra-role behavior) and behavior outside or beyond the role (extra-role behavior). Extra role itself has many terms, one of which is Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a positive work behavior, outside of the tasks imposed by the organization carried out by a teacher. This study uses quantitative research methods, with the number of research subjects totaling 94 teachers of Madrasah Istiqlal Jakarta (MIJ), both teachers with permanent foundation teachers (GTY) and non-permanent Foundation teachers (GTTY). The research instrument used is the OCB scale. The scale is compiled using Likert scale modeling. The results showed that based on the OCB frequency distribution of permanent teachers at the Jakarta Istiqlal Madrasah Foundation above, the research subject data showed that there were 6 teachers or 11.11% who had a very high OCB level, 31 teachers or 57.41% had a very high OCB. high, 13 teachers or 24.07 low OCB levels, and 4 teachers or 7.41. While the OCB frequency distribution for non-permanent foundation teachers is 8 teachers or 20% have very high OCB levels, 24 teachers or 60% high OCB levels, 5 teachers or 12.50% low OCB levels, and 3 teachers or 7.50%.Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Teacher, Employee Status

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe background of this research is that learning is essentially related to the interaction between the teacher and students. A good interaction of data is illustrated by a situation where the teacher can make students able to make students learn easily and are encouraged to learn what are the competencies determined by the school. Extracurricular is a psychomotor learning system that can help subject matter with nuances of innovation that are processed by the trainer.This research was conducted with a qualitative type. Research site at Raudhah Barmawiyah Junior High School. The subjects in this study were the principal, deputy headmaster, PAI teacher, and female students. While the data collection techniques used are observations, interviews, and documentation, data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and verification / drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate, that Sirah Nabawiyah is religious education material that can be complemented by marawis accompaniment, extracurricular marawis supports Islamic religious education because its poetry is related to Islamic religious subject matter, Sirah Nabawiyah lessons in Islamic religious education can be easily absorbed by students with singing songs in the marawis activities, students look energetic and energetic every time they want to do exercises, this has a positive impact on students on their motor development to be ready to learn in high spirits, students who take the extracurricular are more achievers especially in educational subjects Islamic religion (PAI) is evidenced by the large number of interested students participating, the results obtained in extracurricular activities related to Islamic religious education are very satisfying, it can be seen from the significant student report cards so that they provide a sense of confidence yes.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis paper aims to examine and analyze the problems education of Islamic moderation from the viewpoint of Wahbah al-Zuhaili's Tafsir al-Munir and al-Fiqh al-Islamiy wa Adillatuhu science. The focus of the study in this paper is to analyze the moderate thoughts of Wahbah al-Zuhaili in understanding Islam through Tafsir al-Munir. Wahbah al-Zuhaili as a Muslim intellectual who mastered various scientific disciplines and had a moderate perspective. Wahbah al-Zuhaili's thoughts on moderation in Islamic law through his work al-Fiqh al-Islamiy wa Adilatuhu. Abstract

This research is motivated, among others, by the work motivation of the aqidah akhlak teacher who has not met the expectations of all parties, the teacher is still limited in the ability to master the subject matter in the field of aqidah morals and the teacher's performance is still not optimal in the learning process for students.This study aims to determine, analyze and formulate the correlation between work motivation and the ability to master the material together with the performance of teachers in the field of study aqidah morals. The location of this research is at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Pandeglang, Banten.This study used a survey method with correlational data analysis. The research sample consisted of 35 teachers, while data collection used observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests.The findings of this study are that there is a positive and significant correlation between work motivation and the ability to master the material together with teacher performance with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.882. This means that work motivation and mastery of material have provided positive and significant support to teacher performance.The conclusion is that the higher the work motivation which includes; responsibility, achievement, self-development and independence and the ability to master the material which includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor, the higher the teacher's performance which includes; planning in teaching, classroom management, learning and evaluation. Keywords: Work Motivation, Material Mastery Ability, Teacher Performance
