Abstract

AbstractThe low quality of human resources is a fundamental problem that hinders the economic development of the country. Statistical data shows that Indonesia's labor force is still dominated by people with basic education. This low level of education is an obstacle to our ability to produce competitive products using the latest technology. The method used in this study uses a literature method or approach. Literature research can be interpreted as a series of activities related to how data in the form of literature is collected, compiled, and analyzed to produce findings. The application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the field of education must be fundamental and sustainable. Educational institutions should adopt TQM as a process and initiative to improve and restore the quality of education in managed school institutions, since the application of TQM principles produces good results in achieving quality. The principles of TQM are likened to pillars that strengthen and support the organizational movement of a school institution to achieve the specified quality.Keywords: Elementary School, Quality, Total Quality Management

Abstract

This paper aims to identify the phenomenon of Phonetic Rhotacism (Cadel) in improving Arabic language skills for children with speech disorders. Phenomenologically, which is related to the learning process, it will greatly affect several factors, one of which is the difficulty of pronouncing some letters properly due to problems with the articulators. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method by trying to trace various works and writings related to the focus of the study, either directly or indirectly. The works are read carefully and then analyzed and interpreted qualitatively according to the research problems that have been determined previously. There are several disorders that hinder their articulation ability, including distortion, where there is a change in language sounds to sounds that cannot be used, or can change the meaning of the whole word or even have no meaning, this is because the sounds are not recognized in the language. his first language, namely Indonesian, such as the sound ? (qof), ?? ( ta), ?? (za) changed to the sound ? (dad) ?????? ?? ??, ? is changed to sound ?, and also ?  (fa) sound is changed to ? (mim) or ? (nun) sound. And all vowel sounds I (kasrah) will be changed to the vowel sound e^. In addition, there is a sound production abnormality called nasality, which is caused by a narrowing or underdevelopment of the nostrils so that air is not expelled properly. Keywords: Phonetic Rhotacism (Cadel), distortion.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the contribution of Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing self-control in students at SMA Dua Mei Ciputat. This type of research is a type of qualitative or non-statistical research. Qualitative research is an intensive search using scientific procedures to produce narrative conclusions both written and oral based on analysis of certain data. Sources of data in research are the subjects from which data can be obtained. The research subject was the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher at SMA Dua Mei. According to Averill in M. Ghufron, self control is called personal control, namely behavior control, cognitive control and decision control. The conclusion of this study is that the teachers of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA Dua Mei Ciputat are sufficient to contribute in developing self-control for students at SMA Dua Mei Ciputat. It can be seen that the PAI teacher has tried to develop every aspect of self-control, namely the cognitive control aspect by providing more information about knowledge about Islam by integrating PAI learning material with the surrounding conditions, then the control aspect. The behavior (behavior control) of Islamic Education teachers provides habituation both to students inside and outside the classroom, such as discipline, accustoming students to praying in congregation, as well as aspects of decision control, where students are given the opportunity to have an opinion during discussions conducted with the guidance of the PAI teacher. PAI teachers also provide guidance and direction to students who violate school regulations. From the various contributions of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, it is certainly very influential on the development of student self-control, this can be seen from the habituation applied by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers can provide positive changes to students, such as students having awareness in worshiping and participating in religious activities without coercion from the PAI teacher, students have self-confidence, and make students more interested in deepening the knowledge of Islam.Keywords: Teacher   Contribution,   Islamic   Education   and   Self-Control

Abstract

This paper aims to critically analyze the succession of da'wah in a community approach and to review the paradigm of scientific development systematically. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method by trying to explore various works and writings related to the focus of the study, either directly or indirectly. The works are read carefully and then analyzed and interpreted qualitatively according to predetermined study problems. This research is a library research. This result is the message of succession in facing big challenges due to the variety of challenges and the intensity of changing times, and considering the multi-dimensional needs of society or human interests now tend to be more critical because of information disclosure, multi-disciplinary da'wah is very much needed. Da'wah will run optimally if the dynamic factors of human life can be projected to an objective approach to resolution and consider socio-historical and cultural aspects. So that the potential of da'wah in this context makes the existing reality a consideration in the planning of the methodology and approach of the da'wah being carried out. The development of modern science is given space for the existence of da'wah in changing conventional approaches to multinational ones. To achieve this, it requires thinking that is oriented towards local aspects to become global. Emphasis on da'wah in moderate or modern societies can be done substantially because current conditions show that society is increasingly critical, so what is needed is preaching that is oriented towards global transformation and which can accept the conditions of the times and sustainable technological advances.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFiqih is one of the essential subjects at the Madrasah Aliyah level because it provides an understanding of Islamic Shari'a law.Law is dynamic, therefore, to understand Islamic law, critical and creative thinking is needed. This is due to the growing era and the ever-changing problems of life. The industrial revolution 4.0 is a 21st century world development that demands changes in competence, which is marked by the use of information and communication technology in all aspects of life, including in the learning process. The ability to think critically, solve problems, and collaborate is an important competency in entering the life of the 21st century, requiring the government to improve human resources. Likewise in the world of education, students must be able to solve problems with their critical thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the critical thinking skills of class XI students in one of the madrasah aliyah in the city of Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using a test as a research instrument. The results of processing and analysis of this study indicate that students' critical thinking skills are in the moderate category with an average score of 73. Therefore, in the learning process, teachers must always improve the quality of education by facilitating students to develop their critical thinking skills and abilities.Keyword: critical thinking skills, Fiqih

Abstract

AbstrackSkilled and successful in educating is not only caused by a lot of knowledge and knowledge. Because educating is a work of art related to learning activities. Especially during the pandemic, when students and teachers cannot meet each other face to face. The art of teaching or the art of education is a factor that determines the success of learning. Among the educators who are successful and influential at the international level is Muhammad Rasulullah. The lessons he conveyed were not only limited to the friends who lived with him, but all Muslims until the end of time were obedient and carried out what the Prophet had taught even though the Educator had long died. This paper aims to examine in more depth the methods used by the Prophet so that they can be skilled and successful in educating. The method used in this research is thematic hadith. Inventory of authentic hadiths that talk about educational methods, select hadiths that focus on the main idea of research, then examine the meaning of hadith and analyze. The Hadith of Muslim history number 4830 describes a method that has succeeded in bringing success to the teaching of the Prophet, namely using the exemplary method. Although not face to face (online) As a religion, Islam wants its people to be role models in all aspects. Abstract

Al-Quran merupakan teks suci dari Tuhan yang selalu menjadi pedoman oleh manusian di setiap tempat dan waktu (kontekstual). Melihat problem dunia dan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks, maka al-Quran setidaknya harus bisa disesuaikan dengan kondisi waktu dan zaman pada masa kini. Interpretasi al-Quran harus mampu menjawab persoalan-persoalan social, ekonomi, budaya, politik, agama, dll. Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd merupakan actor hermeneutic yang mencoba mengkontekstualisasikan al-Quran pada masa modern. Avbu Zayd menginginkan interprestasi al-Quran menggunkan paradigm baruyang didasarkan atas teori sastra modern dan membuat al-Qutran menjadi teks yang terbuka untuk diinterpretasi tanpa adanya otoritas dari golongan ulama tertentu, agar interpretasi terhadap teks al-Quran dapat menyentuh isu yang paling sensitif dikalangan umat islam.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the Education Financing Planning, which is in SMK Binamitra Cikarang. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method. Respondents in this study were school principals, heads of administration, administrative staff, and several parents and guardians of students. The source of funds owned by Binamitra Vocational School comes from the foundation's own funds, funds from student guardians for education funding, funds from the central government (BOS) and funds from the district (BPMU), as well as temporary assistance from several companies. In the economic context, the total short-term cost is the same as the fixed cost plus the variable cost. By looking at the existing financing at Binamitra Vocational School, it is divided into three financing costs, namely investment costs, personal costs and operational costs. All of which are described in the RAPBS of Binamitra Vocational High School. From the results of the research, that for the running of the RAPBS at Binamitra Vocational School through the stages, namely: 1) planning, 2) implementation, and 3) reporting and evaluation. To avoid program errors, there must be an evaluation. Evaluation is usually done two weeks a month. From the results of data analysis, the research findings are as follows: the 100% agreed budget has not been fully realized, there are still changes to be improved.Keywords: Management, Education Financing, SMK Binamitra Cikarang

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to know gross motor skills development of children aged 5-6 years with creative dance activities and to determine the gross motor skills development of children aged 5-6 years can be increased by creative dance activities.The design of this study was classroom action research. The subjects were students of Al Amanah Islamic Kindergarten aged 5-6 years, with the object was gross motor skills development by creative dance activities. This study was conducted in pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection was obtained by observation, interview and documentation studies.The results showed: 1) Creative dance activities were able to develop gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at RA Al Amanah Depok which was shown by an increase in average results on all indicators: balance, agility and flexibility, with the results of 53.43% in the pre-cycle to 68.86% in cycle 1 and in cycle 2 by 88%; 2) Creative dance activities were able to develop gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at RA Al Amanah Depok. This is indicated by the results that have fulfilled the predetermined success criteria. Keywords: development, gross motor, creative dance

Abstract

Hadis sebagai suatu second hukum dari al-Quran. Di dalamnya terdapat aspek kehidupan Rasul yang menjadikan rujukan untuk pengikutnya, termasuk dari segi pendidikan. Pendidikan dan pembelajaran Rasul berbeda-beda dari segi metodologi sesuai konteks sosial yang terjadi. Beragam metodologi yang diberikan oleh Rasul, dari metode ceramah sampai peragaan. Dimana metode ini dalam artikel ini dijelaskan dari segi sosoi-historis secara gamblang. Banyak yang diterapkan dalam praktek pendidikan di masa kini yang bersumber dari metodologi pembelajaran Rasul.Dalam proses belajar mengajar, Rasulullah Saw, senantiasa memilih metode-metode yang dinilai efektif dan efisien, mudah dipahami dan dicerna akal, serta mudah diingat sesuai dengan porsi dan kapasitas intelektual peserta didik. Fenomena tersebut dapat kita buktikan ketika mengeksplorasikan beberapa hadits, mulai dari mempelajari teks-teksnya sampai membacanya dengan cermat, tentu akan banyak ditemukan model perkataan (pengajaran) beliau yang sangat variatif.
