Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penundaan keberangkatan calon jamaah haji Indonesia dalam Keputusan Menteri Agama (KMA) Nomor 660 Tahun 2021. Kebijakann tersebut lahir berdasarkan keputusan Pemerintah Arab Saudi yang menutup Visa keberangkatan haji karena wabah Covid-19 yang masih melanda saat itu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang berbasis kepustakaan (library reseach) dan dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kualitattif. Objek yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah regulasi haji terkait Keputusan Menteri Agama (KMA) Nomor 660 Tahun 2021 tentang Pembatalan Keberangkatan Jamaah Haji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa istitha’ah (mampu) yang menjadi salah satu rukun perlu dalam ibadah haji dan umroh memiliki artian yang sangat luas. Istitha’ah tidak hanya sebatas mampu secara fisik, materi dan finansisal semata. Namun kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia dalam hal ini Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia dan Otoritas Saudi Arabia juga masuk ke dalam kategori istitha’ah. Karena walau segala persiapan fisik dan non fisik telah dipenuhi, kebijakan pemerintah juga menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk keberangkatan jamaah haji dan umroh. Dengan demikian, Kebijakan tersebut menjadi kendala terputusnya syarat bahkan rukun haji (istitha’ah). Kebijakan ini lahir demi mewujudkan keselamatan jiwa dan menghadirkan rasa aman dari penyebaran Covid-19. Karena salah satu tujuan syariat adalah menjaga jiwa (hifd an-nafs).

Abstract

Sexual violence in educational settings between 2015-2021 mostly occurred in tertiary institutions. Types of violence recorded were sexual violence 87.91 percent, psychological and discrimination 8.8 percent, and physical violence 1.1 percent. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological study design. Measurement of variables using in-depth interviews with three active students at Islamic universities in Jakarta. The results show that sexual education is very important in the campus environment, it can be used to stop various stigmas and normalize sexual violence. Sending photos with sexual nuances without the recipient's consent is a form of sexual harassment and can have a traumatic impact on the victim's life. Efforts that can be made include increasing awareness and education of sexual violence, conducting training programs for students and campus staff on gender equality and handling cases of sexual violence, establishing resource centers for victims, providing safe facilities, and implementing clear policies on protection against sexual violence.

Abstract

metode atau langkah-langkah dalam proses belajar mengajar merupakan hal yang sangat berperan penting dan perlu mendapat perhatian serta dukungan dari berbagai pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan potensi dari para peserta didik yang diharapkan para peserta didik menjadi lebih disiplin dalam berbagai ilmu serta lebih aktif, mandiri dan berani. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan sebuah metode kualitatif, sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui tehnik observasi kegiatan di kelas, wawancara terhadap kepala sekolah, tenaga pendidik dan juga para peserta didik dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh tentang pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode Inkuiri di Pondok Pesantren Modern Bani Tamim kelas VII dapat dikatakan baik dan berjalan sesuai dengan kriteria metode Inkuiri yang ada. Selain itu penerapan metode Inkuiri terbukti mampu meningkatkan keaktifan dan menambah pemahaman serta kemandirian para peserta didik.

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure are one of several important resources in the progress of an institution. The aim of this study; 1) To describe the implementation of infrastructure management at the Al-Hudz-Dzaq Islamic School Islamic Education Foundation, 2) To describe the process of facilities and infrastructure management at the Al-Hudz-Dzaq Islamic School Islamic Education Foundation. The design of this research is qualitative descriptive research, research whose data is in the form of words originating from interviews, report notes, documents which prioritize description. This research concluded that the implementation of infrastructure management at the Al-Hudz-Dzaq Islamic School Islamic Education Foundation was carried out optimally and the process of management of educational facilities and infrastructure at the Islamic Education Foundation was carried out sequentially, starting from procurement planning, procurement, maintenance, inventory. and deletion so that it is always in a neat, orderly and orderly condition.ABSTRAKSarana dan prasarana pendidikan adalah salah satu dari beberapa sumber daya yang penting dalam kemajuan suatu lembaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan; 1) Untuk mendiskripsikan implementasi manajemen sarana prasarana di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al-Hudz-Dzaq Islamic School, 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan proses manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al-Hudz-Dzaq Islamic School,. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian yang data-datanya berupa kata-kata yang berasal dari wawancara, catatan laporan, dokumen yang didalamnya mengutamakan untuk pendiskripsian. Penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa, implementasi manajemen sarana prasarana di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al-Hudz-Dzaq Islamic School, dilakukan secara optimal dan proses manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam, dilaksanakan secara berurutan, dimulai dari perencanaan pengadaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan, inventarisasi dan penghapusan agar selalu dalam kondisi rapih, tertib dan teratur.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih kurangnya tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Hal ini mengakibatkan siswa belum mampu meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi mereka dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam sehingga siswa belum mampu menerapkan kompetensi yang ada pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Skripsi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dengan kemampuan komunikasi siswa kelas X IPS di SMA Islamic Centre Kota Tangerang Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu untuk mengumpulkan data dari sekumpulan panel atau responden. Diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden dari 174 populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, item pertanyaan yang dinilai dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, dan untuk menjawab hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan diperkuat koefisien korelasi product moment. Analisis ini menggunakan perhitungan rumus dan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dengan kemampuan komunikasi siswa dengan koefisien korelasi product moment sebesar 0,352, dikonsultasikan pada rtabel taraf signifikan 5% = 0,2732 dan hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier sederhana yaitu Y = 21,072 + 0,345 X artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dengan kemampuan komunikasi siswa di SMA Islamic Centre Kota Tangerang. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel independen menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 12,4%, sedangkan 87,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.  Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Kemampuan Komunikasi

Abstract

Education for girls is essential in the era of society 5.0. Because, the character and behavior of women are often eroded by the progress of the times. Not infrequently, physically and morally, women are also victims of crime in this era. Advanced education that talks about character and life skills has been discussed in many studies, but no one has spoken explicitly about the concept and model of a father's education for his daughters. This study aims to explore the concepts and models of father-in-daughter education from the perspective of the Prophet's Hadith that are relevant to be applied in the era of society. Systematic Literature Review is the research method, so this study only requires secondary data. The research results are three hadiths discussing how to reconstruct the concept and ideal model of education of a father and his daughter. The first hadith emphasizes the role of fathers in the form of education and protection of daughters. The second hadith discusses patience in educating and fulfilling the physical and inner needs of one's daughter. The third hadith talks about glorifying girls and giving equal affection to boys. The conclusion that can be drawn from these three hadiths is that a father has a significant role in providing education, protection, and affection to daughters. This research implies that it is hoped that the reconstruction of educational concepts and models can be applied by a father in order to educate girls in this era of society 5.0.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the school's strategy for utilizing digital technology in learning activities at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Husna Tangerang City. This type of research uses qualitative methods. This research was conducted at MTS Al-Husna Tangerang City with the aim of studying the use of digital technology media in learning and the factors that influence the use of digital technology in learning. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are the school's strategy for utilizing digital technology in learning, namely: introducing students to applications such as word and excel gradually and adjusting technology according to the times and market trends so that they are not left behind. Supporting factors in the use of digital technology at MTS Al-Husna. Namely: infocus, wifi, computer lab and students' cellphones. And as for the inhibiting factors in the use of digital technology in learning activities, namely: educators who do not understand technology (technological stuttering), lack of digital technology facilities, intermittent wifi, lack of time, and damage to digital technology tools Keywords: digital technology, school strategy, media

Abstract

This Essay presents the result of research about strategic management modification to achieve the excellences at MIN 02 South Tangerang City. From the rresearhc findings, it is derived information that MIN 02 has already implemented strategic management modification in two ways; model modification and substance modification. In the model modification, MIN 02 add the steps spiritualizing human resource amd developing learning organization. Meanwhile in the substance modification, MIN 02 changes strategic management that is empty from spiritual values into spiritual meaning and learning. Based on the management applied, then, it is found that the strategic management model developed in MIN 02 is Spiritual and Learning based Strategic Management.

Abstract

Makna merupakan bagian integral dari semantik dan selalu melekat pada apa yang kita katakan, ada banyak perbubahan makna dalam bahasan ini. Makna, suatu bentuk bahasa yang harus dianalisis dalam batas-batas unsur kritis dalam situasi di mana penutur mengujarnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Perubahan makna adalah pergeseran makna dari yang pertama ke yang berikutnya, yang perluasan, penyempitan, ameolirasi, penyorasi, sinestesia, asosiasi, penghalusan dan pengasaran. Faktor perubahan makna, perkembangan sosial budaya, tanggapan pertukaran indera, perbedaan bidang pemakaian dan perkembangan dalam ilmu dan teknologi. Perubahan-perubahan itu tidak terjadi dalam waktu yang bersamaan, melainkan jika ada faktor dan penyebabnya maka ia akan ikut berubah dengan cara dan metode tertentu.AbstrackMeaning is an integral part of semantics and is always attached to what we say, there are many changes in meaning in this discussion. Meaning, a form of language that must be analyzed within the limits of critical elements in the situation in which the speaker utters it. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Changes in meaning are shifts in meaning from the first to the next, namely expansion, narrowing, amelioration, saturation, synesthesia, association, refinement and coarsening. Factors of change in meaning, socio-cultural developments, responses to sensory exchanges, differences in areas of use and developments in science and technology. These changes do not occur at the same time, but if there are factors and causes then they will also change in certain ways and methods.

Abstract

Various approaches in Islamic studies have provided extensive knowledge and studies related to the field of Islamic science, but the many approaches do not necessarily close the space for academics to explore more deeply and even criticise the existing approaches, this is because there is always room for argumentation between fellow academics. Therefore, this study is focused on investigating and finding a normative-theological approach to Islamic studies. The focus of the study of this article is the definition of the normative-theological approach, its scope, as well as the scope of problems and areas. Not only exploring the normative-theological aspects (doctrinal and doctrinal), this research also describes the relationship between normative-theological studies in Islamic studies and other sciences (knowledge) so that studies can be enriched, updated, and relevant to the times and beneficial for life and civilization. The method used in this research is qualitative with the type of library research, the data is analyzed with comparative techniques, namely comparing several opinions related to the research content. The results of the analysis can be concluded that a doctrine and teaching will truly function and exist if it continues to dialogue and respond to the dynamics of the times that are constantly moving, changing, even revolutionary. The importance of normative-theological studies in Islamic studies to dialogue and be enriched with existing science and will continue to develop in accordance with the movements and dynamics of the times. This research provides an important contribution that Islamic studies have a normative-theological side that must be maintained, but must also be enriched with other scientific perspectives and dialogue with the movements of the times and the problems of mankind and life so that a religious teaching (in this case Islam) can be useful in history and civilization.
