Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth up to the age of six which is carried out through the provision of educational stimuli, as a form of assistance for physical and spiritual growth and development so that children are ready to enter further education. The low expertise and professionalism of teachers, limited infrastructure and learning tools have a negative impact on the learning process. In line with global developments, Islamic schools face quite basic managerial challenges. The hope from various parties that education is managed with a modern education management pattern is one of the developments that have emerged in the current competitive era. This study aims to describe the extent to which the implementation of ICT in PAUD Mustika, Budug Village, Kwadungan District, Ngawi Regency, is related to increasing the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities and administrative activities. The results of this study are: (1) Implementation of ICT-based learning in Mustika PAUD, Budug Village, Kwadungan District, Ngawi Regency, namely: a) Curriculum field, b) Learning strategy area, c) Learning material, d) Assessment. (2) The impact of ICT implementation in increasing the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities and administration includes: a) Competitive advantage strategy; b) Learning is more effective and efficient; c) Simplify the management of school administrative management data; d) Performance productivity increases because the system used is digital based.

Abstract

Learning strategy is a process to achieve learning objectives in subjects. To achieve learning objectives, a long process is required starting with planning, organizing and assessing. To achieve the learning objectives, there are many kinds of information technology that can be used. Information technology as an educational medium is carried out using communication media such as telephone, computer, internet, e-mail, and so on. The problem of learning Islamic religious education (PAI) based on information technology is very urgent for in-depth research to be carried out in accordance with educational institutions in their learning processes that use various technological media in learning in madrasas. From the discussion in this writing, it is related to the concept of learning Islamic religious education based on information technology and applications in madrasas. At the end of writing the article is a closing which is a conclusion and at the same time provides suggestions or recommendations about learning Islamic religious education based on information technology in madrasas both theoretically and applicatively.

Abstract

Based on the results of classroom action research on PAI learning with the SETS vision (Science, Environment, Technology and Society) as an effort to improve the character of students who care about the environment that has been carried out by researchers in class VII B SMP Negeri 1 Kwadungan, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Character of participants environmental care students in PAI learning with SETS vision can increase in cycle I learning the character of students who care about the environment gains an average of 60% in the starting category, after improvements are made in cycle II the character of students cares about the environment increases by 16%, thus obtaining 76% with categories began to develop. Cycle III, the character of students who care about the environment gets 83% in the cultured category. 2) Student activities in PAI learning with SETS vision can increase in cycle I learning, student activities get 71% in the good category, after improvements are made in the second cycle, student activity increases 9%, so that 80% is obtained in good category, after repairs are made again in the third cycle of student activity gained an increase of 9%, so that obtained 89% in the very good category. 3) Research on PAI learning with SETS vision can improve student learning outcomes according to data analysis, it is known that the average value of evaluation increases in Cycle I: 74 Cycle II: 81 to 86 in Cycle III.

Abstract

In this millennial era, technological developments are very rapid, changes in economic civilization have unknowingly increased, which was never imagined in the human mind. The industrial revolution 4.0 is a concrete example of this change in economic civilization. Technological developments are realized in industries that combine technological automation with cyber technology. This is the trend of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technology. This includes cyber-physical systems, cloud computing, and cognitive computing. This is both an opportunity and a challenge for millennials, because this millennial generation is better able to take advantage of this opportunity. The methodology used by the researcher (qualitative methodology with an interpretive and critical approach) has the aim of being able to provide meaning in fostering entrepreneurial character in the millennial Muslim generation by using a transcendental and theological-laden divine values ??approach, the researcher has the aim of being able to contribute thoughts that are beneficial for the millennial generation of Muslims in growing and developing Muslims. The integration and moral decadence that has recently been experienced by many generations today must be resisted by the millennial generation to realize the spirit of entrepreneurship guided by Islamic ethical and moral principles.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as religious institutions can be part of a good anti-corruption movement. However, its effectiveness may still be questioned. In Islamic boarding schools, for example, the kiai as the patron of the community can be used as pressure for the bureaucracy to reduce corrupt practices. However, what the kiai do can only be done within the boundaries of a cultural movement. That is, they can make moral appeals so that people avoid corrupt behavior.Keyword : anti-corruption, Islamic boarding schools, religious.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve teachers' ability to use the school library as a learning resource through discussions in the Teacher Working Group (KKG) at SDN GERIH 1. Teachers can perfect the learning methods applied in schools so as to increase creativity, motivation and student learning outcomes. This research was designed in the form of School Action Research which was planned to be carried out in two cycles, where each cycle was carried out in two to three meetings. The subjects of this study were teachers at SD Negeri GERIH 1 consisting of 9 class teachers.In the first cycle the average value obtained from the attitude of the teacher discussing the discussion was 78.89 in the "enough" category, while in the second cycle the average value obtained was 86.78, the "good" category, the average value obtained from the assessment of the learning scenario in cycle I was 78.33 in the "enough" category while in cycle II the average value obtained was 84.44, the average value obtained from the assessment of the implementation of learning in cycle I was 69.67 in the "enough" category , while in cycle II the average value obtained was 83 in the "good" category. Based on the success mentioned above, it is suggested to teachers at SD Negeri GERIH 1 to further optimize the use of the school library as a source of learning by increasing the variety of learning methods in preparing learning scenarios and in implementing learning.

Abstract

How are the teachers and employees of SDN Magetan 1 performing? How is the implementation of the transformational leadership of the Head of SDN Magetan 1 in improving the performance of teachers and employees? In this regard, in this descriptive qualitative research using the observation method, namely receiving all data obtained from observations and systematic records of the phenomena being investigated, the interview method is receiving data by means of communication with data sources directly, and documentation methods, namely taking data obtained through documents. Meanwhile, in data analysis, researchers use the Trianggulation technique, namely researchers dig up as much data as possible from the research subjects then the data obtained is dug back to other related respondents, so that the data that has been obtained is really valid. Using trianggulation analysis techniques, the results of this study show that the implementation of leadership of the head of SDN Magetan 1 in improving the performance of teachers and employees uses transformational leadership patterns. Namely a leader who has a special character, namely: (1). idealized influence, behavior that produces respect (respect) and self-confidence (trust) from the person he leads. (2). inspirational motivation, reflected in behavior that always provides challenges for the work done by staff and pays attention to the meaning of work for staff. (3). intellectual stimulation, that is, leaders who make innovations. (4). Individualized consideration, the leader reflects on himself as a person who is attentive in listening to and following up on complaints, ideas, expectations, and all inputs provided by staff. This conclusion can be proven through the results of interviews with the principal and related respondents, namely teachers and school employees. Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukan bahwa metode bahtsul masail masih sangat relevan digunakan di era modern karena dalam praktiknya tidak tertinggal dan memiliki kesamaan dengan metode problem based learning. Praktik bahtsul masail di pesantren sudah baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam forum tersebut pada dasarnya memiliki banyak kesamaan dengan metode pemecahan masalah, meskipun terdapat sedikit perbedaan dalam konsep pemecahan masalah. Dalam pemecahan masalah, siswa harus memecahkan masalah dengan menggunakan konsep mereka sendiri yang diperoleh dari pengalaman belajar sebelumnya. Sedangkan dalam bahtsul masail santri memecahkan masalah dengan menggunakan konsep-konsep yang dijelaskan oleh fuqoha' (ahli fikih) dan ushuliyin (ahli ushul fikih) dalam bentuk metode qiyas, ilhaq dll.

Abstract

Sufism is often distinguished and separated from theology and philosophy in studies of Islamic thought, as if the three had no connection. Whereas in the beginning, tasawwuf was almost inseparable from the science of kalam and Islamic philosophy because the three were united. The relationship between tasawwuf and the science of kalam lies in the discussion of truth. In Sufism, the essence of truth is the disclosure (kasyaf) of the True Truth (Allah) through the eyes of the heart. Sufism finds the truth by passing through several roads or stations. While the truth in the Science of Kalam is in the form of knowing the truth of religious teachings through reasoning, which is then referred to the texts of the Qur'an and Hadith. In the science of kalam, we find discussion of faith and its definition, disbelief and its manifestations, as well as hypocrisy and its limits. Meanwhile, in the science of Sufism, there is discussion of practical paths or methods to feel confidence and peace. While the relationship between the science of Sufism and Islamic philosophy lies in the matter of seeking the essence. Sufism is the search for a spiritual path, unity with absolute truth and mystical knowledge according to paths and sunnah. There are 3 epistemologies in Islamic philosophy, namely bayani epistemology, burhani epistemology and irfani epistemology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Information Technology and Communication in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education which consists of aspects of computer technology, multimedia technology, communication technology and technology computer networks, teacher abilities and skills in using technology Information and Communication inside and outside the classroom in the learning process and the extent to which teachers use Information and Communication Technology as a medium and learning resources for Islamic Religious Education. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive research approach by utilizing a questionnaire and then processing it with statistical validity and reliability tests with a significance level of 5%. Next process The analysis uses a technique approach to the frequency of concentration and size measurement deployment. The results of this study indicate that the teacher has implemented Information and Communication Technology in the learning process of Religious Education Islam at SMK N 2 Jiwan is classified as good with an average score of all three aspects is 70.37%.
