Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as religious institutions can be part of a good anti-corruption movement. However, its effectiveness may still be questioned. In Islamic boarding schools, for example, the kiai as the patron of the community can be used as pressure for the bureaucracy to reduce corrupt practices. However, what the kiai do can only be done within the boundaries of a cultural movement. That is, they can make moral appeals so that people avoid corrupt behavior.

Abstract

The “Merdeka Belajar” program, if linked to the Merdeka Learning Program initiated by the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, is a free choice that can be given to students to suit their interest and character. Some teachers apply conservative teaching methods. They provide step-by-step instructions so that both students and students are like being bribed with a spoon. Everyone has a different way of learning. The pandemic has been able to paralyze various sectors. One of those affected is the education sector. The arrival of the corona has caused the world of education to be closed at home. Work from home (WFH) is the best solution so that educational activities can continue.

Abstract

This research is practically useful for teachers to create active and enjoyable learning in class, as well as used by students as a learning tool at home and the usefulness of this research for researchers is to add experience and also channel hobbies into education. While the purpose of this study is to develop video media that is valid, effective and also practical in the subject of Islamic Religious Education on the material of the Theory of the Entry of Islam into Indonesia at SMK Negeri 1 Kartoharjo Magetan Regency. This type of research is R & D (Research and Development), which is research and development. Data collection techniques are divided into 3 namely, validation sheets, questionnaire sheets and also observation sheets. The research subject is class XI at SMK Negeri 1 Kartoharjo Magetan Regency. The data source is primary data. The result of the research is a learning video of Islamic Religious Education subject matter Theory of The theory of the entry of Islam into Indonesia has been validated, tested for effectiveness and practicality. The validity of this research product by media experts and material experts is 86%. The effectiveness of this research product based on post test trials made an increase in student learning outcomes whose scores were completed by 82, 75%. The practicality of the learning video product based on the teacher observation sheet applying it was 96.66%.

Abstract

Understanding philosophy can be reviewed etymologically and terminology. The word philosophy comes from the Greek which is a compound word Philosophia or Philosophos. The word consists of two words namely philos (philein) and Sophia. The word Philos means love (love), while Sophia or sophos means knowledge, truth, wisdom or wisdom (wisdom). So etymologically philosophy means love of knowledge, truth or wisdom. There are 3 (three) foundations in philosophy, namely the ontology basis, the epistemological basis and the axiological basis. Meanwhile, according to Suprapto Wirodiningrat in Surajiyo (2012: 13), there are 3 (three) characteristics of philosophy, namely; Thorough, basic and speculative.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools is one of the oldest educational institutions, it can even be said that Islamic boarding schools are one of the forerunners of education in Indonesia. Its existence is also very familiar in the midst of Indonesian society, not only among Muslims but in general almost all people are familiar with Islamic boarding schools. The role of Islamic boarding schools is very important in human development in the nation and state, especially in terms of maintaining the unity and integrity of this beloved republic of Indonesia. In the implementation of education, Islamic boarding schools prioritize education with good and noble character, both humans and their God, humans and others, even having character with their nation and state. In islamic boarding schools, the students will be prepared and trained in their attitude and character as soon as possible as a perfect Muslim. They will become tough individuals, so that in the future the students can be accepted and even very likely to be examples of figures in the midst of society for their attitudes and character.

Abstract

Abstract A leader is essentially someone who has the ability to influence others in their work by using power. Meanwhile, the principal consists of two words, namely the principal and the school. The word head can be interpreted as the chairman or leader in an organization or an institution and a school is an institution where it is a place to receive and give lessons. Motivation is a factor that encourages a person to perform a certain deed or activity. While work is a number of physical and mental activities to do something work. In order for the implementation of work motivation to be implemented properly, it is necessary to have the leadership of the principal who has the ability to nurture its members to support the teaching and learning process in schools. This study was conducted to examine the Influence of Principal Leadership on the Work Motivation of Teachers of SDN Magetan 1 with the aim of knowing how the Influence of Principal Leadership at SDN Magetan 1, how the Motivation of Teachers' Work at SDN Magetan 1. This type of research uses quantitative research. And the data collection is carried out by the method of questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Then the data is analyzed using statistical formulas, namely: percentage formula and product moment formula and added with regression formula. Keywords : leadership, work motivation

Abstract

Strengthening ethical values ??in the educational process is relevant to overcoming the moral crisis that is happening in society. One of the leaders of Islamic education who made a major contribution to students is Al-Ghazali in the book Bidayatul Hidayah, ethics of students towards teachers according to Al Ghazali in the book Bidayatul Hidayah includes 13 kinds of ethics, namely greeting the teacher first, not speaking much in front of the teacher, not speaking in front of the teacher before being asked, not asking before asking permission, not arguing with the teacher, not blaming the teacher's opinion, not whispering when the teacher is delivering the lesson, not turning to the right and left in front of the teacher, not asking the teacher when the teacher is who are tired, salute when the teacher stands up, don't ask the teacher when the teacher has left the assembly, don't ask the teacher in the middle of the road, don't think badly of the teacher when he sees that his outward actions are not in accordance with the knowledge being studied

Abstract

Islamic religion education is education to prepare students to believe, understand, appreciate, and practice the religion of islam to form personal qualities so as to produce faith and religious spiritualachievements in students. This research includes library research using a descritive approach, the data obtained in the form of supporting literature.method of collecting data with dokumentation, while the documents used are in the form of relevant book. The data validity technique used is theoretical triangulation. Technique with content analysis is a method for making conclusions or research result by identifying specific characteristics objectively and systematically. The role of islamic religious education in making the character of students who are eeligious by habituation of exemplary and rules.

Abstract

Evaluation provides benefits for humans in general, and particulas for individuals, through continuous evaluation, all work or program activities that exist in the world of education will be achieved. In other fields in the organizational scale this evaluation is applied, because in the organitation the evaluation or supervision in the final fungtion of each activity. Individual or several people sometimes ignore this evaluation fuction, so that they unwittingly result in the goals that are the expectations of individuals or organizations cannot be achieved optimally due to lack knowing, understanding and appliying this evaluation function. For evaluation as type of research it is necessary to carry out or move in order to provide changes to society and the world of Islamic education. Through this evaluation, we can provide sugestions and constructive criticism on the activities of the program that we have launched. Good changes starts form ourselses, both as students, teachers, lecturers, society, nation and state. If we can evaluate ourselves, then the changes for the good will always be in us. Evaluations is closely related to research and Islamic education where so that the goals of Islamic education can type of Islamic education research.

Abstract

Bullying in Indonesia is not a new thing, but a case that is very familiar and even continues to increase every year. Cases of bullying occur in various aspects, including in the world of basic education. The age of school children 6-12 years is one of the factors that influence bullying. Behavior Bullying can certainly have a short-term and long-term impact on the victim. This study aims to analyze the description of bullying behavior in elementary age children and strategies for dealing with bullying carried out in elementary age children. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the research are the following forms of bullying: (1) Physical bullying, including hitting, kicking, pushing, (2) Verbal bullying, including: mocking, calling friends by other names or the names of their parents, mocking, and giving bad words. (3) Mental bullying, including: exclusion of other students. The implementation of character strengthening is carried out through three strategies, namely: integrating character values ??in the teaching and learning process, through scouting activities, and through school culture.
