Abstract

Learning motivation is a student's encouragement or interest in learning so that student learning outcomes are achieved in accordance with educational goals. Perspective comes from Latin, namely Prespicere, which means image, seeing and view. So, in terms of terminology, perspective is a point of view for understanding or interpreting a problem. Meanwhile, in the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI), perspective is a human point of view in choosing opinions and beliefs about something. Apart from that, perspective can also be said to be a balance of something. Islamic Education Philosophy is a concept of thinking about education that is based on the teachings of the Islamic religion, about the nature of human abilities so that they can be nurtured, developed and guided to become Muslim humans whose entire personality is imbued with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Something that happens to humans is that God's will is true, but every human being also has his own will. So that in education, students can change learning outcomes by continuing to learn and make a change that will run in harmony and straight with God's will and decision. The study aims to analyze the impact of the beliefs of God's will and provisions on the behaviour of students. This research is qualitative in nature and uses the literature study method. The analysis results show that the will and provisions of Allah make humans more obedient to Allah with more optimism and can understand the wisdom of destiny itself. The implication of qada' and qadar beliefs on Islamic religious education is the inclusion of righteous deeds in students. Based on these results, it can be concluded that belief in qada’ and qadar Allah in students has a very positive impact, one of which is doing good deeds in their daily behaviour which can also be called al-Akhlaq al-Karimah or al-Akhlaq al- Mahmudah.

Abstract

A leader is essentially someone who has the ability to influence others in their work by using power. Meanwhile, the principal consists of two words, namely the principal and the school. The word head can be interpreted as the chairman or leader in an organization or an institution and a school is an institution where it is a place to receive and give lessons. Motivation is a factor that encourages a person to perform a certain deed or activity. While work is a number of physical and mental activities to do something work. In order for the implementation of work motivation to be implemented properly, it is necessary to have the leadership of the principal who has the ability to nurture its members to support the teaching and learning process in schools. This study was conducted to examine the Influence of Principal Leadership on the Work Motivation of Teachers of SDN Magetan 1 with the aim of knowing how the Influence of Principal Leadership at SDN Magetan 1, how the Motivation of Teachers' Work at SDN Magetan 1. This type of research uses quantitative research. And the data collection is carried out by the method of questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Then the data is analyzed using statistical formulas, namely: percentage formula and product moment formula and added with regression formula.

Abstract

In developing the self-potential of students, educators are expected to have methods or methods, educators must be creative in choosing methods that are appropriate to the learning material. Based on the observations of researchers in the field, it shows that there are problems faced by students of class VI C MIN 15 Magetan in studying the History of Islamic Culture. They are less motivated, even bored during the learning process. Starting from these problems the researchers tried to use a new learning method in conveying the material of Islamic Cultural History, namely the Mind Mapping learning method. To obtain complete data, this study uses a qualitative approach to retrieve, analyze, and process data and information created to answer problems. The results show that the application of the mind mapping method can increase student learning motivation, increase student activity and increase student creativity.

Abstract

Character is closely related to the morals and morals of a person. Character is the values of human behavior related to God Almighty, one self, fellow human beings, the environment and nationality tat are manifested in thoughts, attitudes, feelings, words and deeds based on religious norms, laws, manners, culture and customs. The development of the nation’s character must be formed from the values instilled in the nation’s generation. Education is one the most appropriate pathways in efforts to builds the character the nation. Character education will grow well if it starts from the embedding of the spirit of diversity in children, therefore PAI is one of the supports for character education. In Islamic religious education, children are not only taught to understand religion, more than that they are educated to live and practice the values of the religious teachings they have mastered in daily life, both as individuals and citizens of the community.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic still has an impact on various fields of people's lives, especially in the field of education. Several educational institutions, such as Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten schools, are still implementing online learning in carrying out teaching and learning activities as an effort to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The online learning system is new and is still in the habituation stage for some people, while early childhood requires sufficient stimulation through direct or face-to-face learning to maximize the stimulation process. However, educators and parents are faced with a period: even though the learning system is implemented online, the target for learning outcomes must also be achieved, one of which is the achievement of the psychomotor development target of early childhood. This study aims to determine the percentage of the effectiveness of online learning on the psychomotor development of early childhood. The research location is in RA Roudhotul Ulum which is located in Baluk Village, Karangrejo District, Magetan Regency. The research was carried out on March 5, 2020 – April 30, 2020. The research approach used was descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques utilizing online questionnaires from Google Forms which were distributed to educators and parents, with a total of 45 respondents. The results of this study are that online learning is considered less effective in achieving psychomotor development in early childhood which is influenced by various factors. Almost all respondents want to immediately implement offline or face-to-face learning, so that the achievement of children's development targets can be realized to the fullest. Abstract

Socio-emotional development is an important aspect that must be stimulated in early childhood. Socio-emotional development in early childhood will be the foundation for children to become responsible, caring and productive adults. The story method is one way to stimulate the socio-emotional development of early childhood. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research to see and understand the subject and object under study. The subjects in this study were housewives in the city of Magetan as many as five people who had early childhood. By using the method of observation, interviews and self-report in the data collection process, as well as using the method of studying literature from various sources of journals, books, and supporting research results. Stimulation of social-emotional aspects of development through the story method has a good impact, although it is not optimal due to several obstacles experienced by parents in applying this story method. Socio-emotional development in early childhood education has several indicators which are divided into three aspects, namely aspects of self-awareness, aspects of a sense of responsibility for oneself and others and aspects of prosocial behavior.

Abstract

The historical context of Islamic education cannot be repeated, but the values ??of every event in history can continue to be carried and preserved at any time. The current practice of Islamic education cannot be separated from the historical foundations that have long been built in the past. In the midst of the swift global currents that carry cultural content between countries, it becomes a separate threat to Islamic education as a moral and social guardian. Western culture is like a prima donna for the younger generation who are still students. Ironically, Islamic education, which in his view is a pride and belief in its truth for Muslim students, is increasingly being abandoned. This anxiety is enough to make the writer feel compelled to offer interesting facts about the past about Islamic education during the Fatimid era in Africa, Egypt. A dynasty that thrived in various fields after the fall of the Abbasids. We can still feel the fact that the Fatimid era contributed to the world of Islamic education today is Al-Azhar University, which used to be a building in the form of a mosque. During the reign of the caliph al-Aziz, the al-Azhar mosque underwent a fundamental change, namely a mosque which has developed into a university that offers a variety of knowledge.

Abstract

A gadget is a tool that is easy to find, also known as a gadget and it used in this modern era, commonly used devices such as cellphones (HP), laptops, notebooks and many others, gawais are commonly used by adults, including children. Device addiction is very dangerous for the growth of early childhood so that the role of the family is needed as a prevention of gadget addiction. Interesting to discuss and become the main thing to be more vigilant in giving objects, especially the use of gadgets that are not adjusted to the portion. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative data analysis was obtained from observations, interviews, field notes, and documentation studies, by organizing synthesizing data, arranging into patterns, choosing which ones were important and which ones to study, and drawing conclusions.

In this regard, the teacher needs to acquire good classroom management ability, so he/she will always be able to guide the students and create an effective and comfortable learning environment which motivates students to learn well and meets the learning goals that have been established.
