Abstract

This study analyzes the role of business feasibility studies in supporting the expansion of a logistics company’s distribution network in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The research is motivated by the rapid infrastructure development in Indonesia, particularly in the IKN area, which has significantly increased cement demand and created a gap in distribution capacity. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, internal documentation, and literature review. The findings reveal that business feasibility studies function as a strategic instrument that integrates analyses of market, technical-operational, management and human resources, financial, and legal aspects. Market and financial aspects are identified as the dominant factors in determining expansion feasibility, while technical, managerial, and legal aspects serve as supporting factors that ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance. This study contributes to the development of feasibility study literature by emphasizing that in the cement distribution industry, characterized by high logistical complexity, expansion decisions are driven by the rational integration of market opportunities and the company’s financial capacity, thereby providing strategic implications for the sustainability of corporate operations.

Abstract

This study seeks to enhance the collaboration abilities and self-confidence of Group B pupils at TK Kartika IV-17 Madiun, which were identified as being relatively low. This deficiency resulted from the frequent application of the storytelling approach, which was once regarded as effective but, in actuality, depended largely on children's exercises (LKA) and inert listening. Observations indicated that this approach was unsuccessful in promoting collaboration and self-assurance. Therefore, this study was carried out to improve these skills through the use of role-playing techniques. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) comprised two cycles, adhering to the processes of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were gathered via observation and documentation, then analyzed to assess the enhancement in students' cooperation and self-confidence. The findings demonstrated that the role-playing technique significantly enhanced both attributes among students in Group B. Cooperation scores rose from a pre-cycle score of 108 (Poor) to 198 (Good) in Cycle I, and further increased substantially to 273 (Excellent) in Cycle II. Self-confidence scores increased from a pre-cycle score of 105 (Poor) to 213 (Good) during Cycle I, and reached 268 (Excellent) in Cycle II. Thus, the role-playing method has been demonstrated to offer an effective, collaborative, and meaningful learning experience that enhances the cooperation and self-confidence of Group B students at TK Kartika IV-17 Madiun.

Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to analyze theological studies and regulations regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in Islamic education. There has been a rapid change in digitalization and a lack of regulation. The use of AI in Islamic education presents challenges, including the moral interaction between students and technology. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, and the data analysis technique is carried out using descriptive-analytical techniques, namely by critically reviewing the content of the literature to identify patterns of thought and comparing the concepts of theological studies with regulations on the use of artificial intelligence in Islamic education. The results of the study indicate that artificial intelligence can enhance personalized learning, administrative efficiency, and facilitate access to religious resources; however, it also raises theological issues regarding the validity of interpretations generated by algorithms, as well as the need for supervision by scholars in the chain of knowledge. Meanwhile, from the regulatory concept, there appears to be ambiguity in the existing norms; current regulations and circular letters from the ministry only provide limited protection and there are no specific rules for AI in the context of religious education. AI can be used as a tool to support the roles of clerics and teachers, not to replace them, and to provide suggestions. It is recommended that specific regulations, transparency in algorithms, data protection measures, and oversight by teachers be implemented. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Buatan, Pendidikan Islam, Regulasi

Abstract

Abstract

Digital transformation in the management of Islamic educational institutions is a strategic need in the modern era that demands efficiency, transparency, and speed in data management. This study aims to examine the implementation of the web-based Islamic Education Management Information System (SIMPI) at MA Ma'arif 03 Sidomulyo and its impact on service efficiency and institutional governance. This research uses a field qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of SIMPI has had a positive impact in accelerating the administrative process, improving data accuracy, and facilitating access to information, especially in the management of student data, academic grades, and finances. However, the system has not been implemented evenly. Some units such as teacher attendance, letter archiving, and teacher performance evaluation are still running manually. The main challenges faced are the low digital literacy of users, the lack of continuous technical training, the limited supporting infrastructure, and the lack of comprehensive system integration between units. This research recommends strengthening human resources, improving infrastructure, and institutional commitment so that management digitalization can run optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Sarwono Market in Wonosoco Village, Kudus, Central Java as an innovative model of sharia economics with an interdisciplinary approach through the comparison of the transaction system of wooden coins compared to fiat money. It is motivated by the challenges of the post-pandemic village economy from dependence on the primary sector and the erosion of local culture. The Sarwono Market has been managed by BUMDes Wonorekso since December 2022 as a case study that integrates the principles of muamalah and justice (without gharar and riba) in accordance with the sharia economy, the sustainability of the village economy and the preservation of Javanese-Islamic socio-culture. Using an interdisciplinary methodological approach, this study combines the analysis of the Qur'an and Hadith on muamalah, sociological theories to explain mutual cooperation solidarity between citizens and cultural anthropology. Data collection was done through field observation and interviews with BUMDes managers, traders and visitors. The results show that the wooden coin system (Rp2,000 per piece, mandatory exchange at the counter) offers a transparent and stable alternative to fiat money which is prone to inflation so as to realize muamalah justice and turnover redistribution for the people. In addition, the Sarwono market strengthens economic sustainability through the empowerment of local MSMEs and tourism. While preserving culture such as wayang klitik, village specialties and nature-human harmony on the Jati Sewu pedestal of Sarwono village. The Sarwono market proves the potential of the local economy based on Javanese-Islamic wisdom to increase people's income. This research contributes to interdisciplinary Islamic studies in the fields of economics, sociology and cultural anthropology.
