Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of environmental disclosure, social disclosure, governance disclosure, and the existence of an independent board of commissioners on company value, by considering the role of audit quality as a moderating variable. The research method used is a quantitative causality approach using secondary data. The research results show that environmental disclosure, social disclosure and governance disclosure have a positive influence on company value. However, no significant influence was found from the existence of an independent board of commissioners on company value in the context of this research. In addition, audit quality is proven to strengthen the influence of environmental disclosure on firm value, but does not strengthen the influence of social disclosure and governance disclosure on firm value. The conclusion is that corporate transparency and accountability have a significant role in determining company value. Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of ESG (environmental, social and governance) practices on company profitability and the moderating role of sustainable leadership in this influence. Data was obtained from 51 different companies with a total of 357 samples using purposive sampling techniques. Analysis was carried out using Eviews 12 and multiple linear regression methods and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis show that ESG practices as a whole have a significant positive impact on company profitability. However, when broken down, sustainability intentions have an insignificant negative impact, while sustainability integration and implementation have an insignificant positive impact on profitability. Additionally, sustainable leadership moderates the impact of ESG practices on profitability, turning the impact into an insignificant negative. In conclusion, the importance of ESG practices and the important role of leadership in strengthening their impact on company profitability. Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of lifestyle, financial literacy and financial inclusion on the financial behavior of generation Z. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive and associative approach with data analysis techniques using multiple regression. The population in this study is Generation Z residents who live in West Java, amounting to 11,886,058 million. The sample was determined using a simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 100 from 16 cities. The results of this research show that partially and simultaneously, lifestyle, financial literacy and financial inclusion have a positive influence on the financial behavior of generation Z. The implications of the results of this research direct that the promotion of a healthy, frugal and planned lifestyle with the support of financial literacy and financial inclusion needs to be carried out intensively use various social media. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Product Quality (Variable X1), Brand Image (Variable X2) and Electronic Word of Mouth (Variable X3) on purchasing decisions for Eiger products. The method used in this research is quantitative methods. The data collection technique used by researchers in this research is using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from data preparation, data tabulation to the testing stage. Based on the results of research calculations, multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) value can be obtained from the variables product quality (X1), brand image (X2) and electronic word of mouth (X3) which influence 77.2% (0.772) of the product decision (Y), the remaining 22.8 % influenced by other factors outside this research. In conclusion, product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while electronic word of mouth has no effect on purchasing decisions Keywords: Brand Image, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Product Quality

Abstract

This research aims to partially analyze the influence of product quality, price perceptions and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions. The research population was Shopee e-commerce users in Semarang City with a sample of 96 respondents who were determined using a purposive sampling technique. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire, then processed with the help of the SPSS 23 program. The research results showed that the research instrument was declared valid and reliable. The coefficient of determination test (R2) was 41.8, which means that simultaneously the ability of the independent variables to influence purchasing decisions was 41.8 percent. The F test results were 23.703 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that this research model is feasible and can be analyzed further. Conclusion, that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce. Keywords: Product Quality, Online Customer Reviews, Price Perception

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the influence of environmental performance and the presence of women on board on company value, with an independent board of commissioners as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative causality with the use of secondary data. The population of this research is industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2020 to 2022. The research sample was 89 companies selected using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using panel data regression analysis using Eviews 9.0 statistical software. The research results show that environmental performance and the presence of women on board do not have a significant influence on company value. However, an independent board of commissioners has been proven to be able to strengthen the influence of environmental performance and women on board on company value. The conclusion is that the existence of an independent board of commissioners plays an important role in optimizing the positive impact of environmental performance and the presence of women on board on company value. Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Information Systems and Verbal Communication has on Adaptive Performance at PT. Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi. The respondents in this study were 36 employees. This research method uses a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. This research carried out multiple correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing partially (T test) and simultaneously using (F test). The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Information Systems on Adaptive Performance. by producing Tcount greater than Ttable, namely (2.069>2.034) with a significance of 0.046>0.05. Verbal communication has a positive and significant effect on adaptive performance, this is proven by the results of Tcount being greater than Ttable, namely (2.063 > 2.034) with a significance of 0.047 > 0.05. The contribution in measuring the influence of the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information systems and verbal communication on adaptive performance is 81.9%, while the remaining 18.1% is the influence of other factors outside this research. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on employee productivity with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. X in Cianjur and PT. Y in Tangerang. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method, with a population of 300 people and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that TQM has a direct influence on employee productivity, job satisfaction also has an influence on employee productivity, and TQM has an indirect positive influence on employee productivity through satisfaction. work as an intervening variable. In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of implementing TQM and increasing job satisfaction as a strategy to increase employee productivity in the shoe industry. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of workload, work stress, and time management on the work-life balance of students working in the DLC class at Stikubank University, Semarang. The sampling method was carried out using a saturated sample method for students from the Faculty of Economics and Business in the DLC Class of 2020. The results of the study showed that workload had a positive and significant influence on work-life balance, while work stress did not have a significant influence on work-life balance. . Apart from that, time management has also been proven to have a positive and significant influence on work-life balance. In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of workload management and time management in achieving balance between work life and personal life for students who work in the DLC classroom environment. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze relationship marketing, switching costs and service quality on customer satisfaction and ultimately forming customer loyalty. The population in this study was 141 customers. The number of samples in this research was 68 customers who used freight forwarding services. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that relationship marketing has a significant effect on switching costs, service quality has a significant effect on switching costs, relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a significant effect on customers loyalty, switching costs have a significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The conclusion is that the important role of relationship marketing and maximized service quality can encourage switching costs, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
