Abstract

In the face of the current era and the next era, challenges that currently applies is the readiness of human resources in relation to how the progress of this land to the future. Khairu ummah in the language means the best people, in the current context of the generation that capable to manage themselves and able to resolve the matter of life to support life akherat. Conceptually, "superior human resources” is one inside compartment. This paper is a review of the literature based research. Therein will be examined how to build a generation of khairu ummah namely superior human resources, with the planting of the soul entrepreneur from an early age. The purpose of this study is to know the efforts that need to be done in the building of the soul entrepreneur on the early childhood. So if the effort done, it is expected that the children will grow and develop into the quality of human resources as well as the generation of khairu ummah, which is part of the khalifatullah to manage the wealth of natural resources in the earth and promote this nation.

Abstract

The title of this research is efforts to overcome lack of interest in reading reference book of courses in the industrial revolution 4.0 case study on student masters PAI class 2018. This research aims to know efforts by students for overcoming the lack of interest in reading of main reference book at an educational institution that is University. In addition, this study also aims to know the factors that cause lack of interest in reading so that we know how to overcome it. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data were obtained by observing in advance during the learning process in class, then followed by some interviews which is considered to have understanding about the issues that will be investigated, regarding the efforts made to overcome the lack of interest in reading Student of Islamic religious education studies Masters Program FITK class 2018 towards the Lecture Reference Book in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. The results showed that the reasons of low interest in reading are they don't have reference book, the books are too thick, and lack of awareness of the importance of reading reference books. The efforts that students have to do are buying a lot of books, increasing and straightening the intention to read, turning on self awareness that reading reference books as an effort to quickly graduate.

Abstract

The reality of the Indonesian nation experienced an extraordinary moral crisis, marked by the widespread practice of KKN in the institution of the government and the many immoral behavior among the younger generation. This happens because there is no maximum implementation of moral education in schools, so moral values ​​are not realized perfectly. Therefore, there is a need to revitalize the implementation of moral education in schools. This research is a library research (library research) because the entire research process utilizes a variety of libraries that are relevant to the problem under study. The results showed that Lawrence Kohlberg's thoughts were secular, whereas Ahmad Dahlan's thoughts were religious. The concept of moral education both have similarities and differences. Both of their thoughts also have implications for the religious behavior of students, Lawrence Kohlberg shaped religious behavior through exemplary methodology, self-introduction, cognitive stimulation and empathy development as in the concept of moral education. Ahmad Dahlan shapes the religious behavior of students through teaching science and charity. Moral values ​​are taught to students to then be practiced in everyday life.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the role of Indonesian teachers in familiarizing the positive character in MI Al-Ihsan Medi. The methods in this study use qualitative with this type of case study. Data and data sources in this study include basic data and supporting data collection techniques in this study, using interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis technique with data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions (verification). Checking the validity of data using triangulation. The results of the study concluded that the role of Indonesian teachers when familiarizing the behaviour of positive character in the school is, first the teacher domiciled into someone who caused the change. The teaching of a teacher as a figure is being drafted and imitated, because the teacher is a mirror for the development of students ' character education. The two teachers must continue to revive the spirit and ability of the learners. All three teachers are able to unleash the potential of their own learners. The four teachers must be able to teach the learning that contains the character and contain activities on the stage of the deers, reading, writing, and speaking, so that the learners can know the qualities that have themselves.

Abstract

Cases of verbal bullying are still prevalent among students in schools. Therefore, efforts are needed through various approaches to overcome the problem. One of the efforts that can be done is through the habituation of krama language in the school environment. This article aims to analyze the application of krama language as an educational communication ethic in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul in the perspective of Islamic education. The important issue discussed is the purpose and form of application of manners language as educational communication and its impact on the formation of student behavior seen from the perspective of Islamic education. This research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul, Yogyakarta. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data exposure, and inference/verification measures. The results of this study showed: First, the form of educational communication ethics applied in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul is based on the cultural values of krama language carried out during the implementation of the learning process in the classroom and in interactions outside the classroom in the school environment. The application of krama language aims to shape student behavior and participate in preserving the culture of krama language as is done in a pesantren environment. Second, the application of communication ethics using Javanese culture krama in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul is considered to have provided positive benefits and impacts for students. Third, from the perspective of Islamic education, the application of krama language culture in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul is very relevant. Islam is very concerned about the ethical issue of communication. Islam teaches the delivery of information messages to citizens using good language, friendly and polite.

Abstract

Language has a vital role in this aspect of life. Language is a communication tool to convey ideas, ideas, and also one's desires to others. In its development, language has been influenced by several things, including the users of the language itself. At present, the Indonesian language has experienced various significant changes from year to year. Teenagers have a considerable influence on the development of language in a region because they are the main focus of the outside world in measuring the ability of a nation. Various problems began to emerge regarding the Indonesian language problem, which is currently starting to erode and replaced with slang. The purpose of this writing is none other than to know the extent of the development of the Indonesian language and to maintain the position of Indonesian, especially among teenagers today. An apparent influence on teenagers now is their obsession with the use of slang which they believe can make them look cooler and more contemporary. Some adolescents also claimed that they started to be ordinary with the current position of Indonesian. The pride that began to fade in the souls of adolescents must begin to be reinvested given how influential the role of adolescents in facing competition in the industry 4.0 today.

Abstract

This study examines strategies for improving the quality of schools in MIN 1 Jogja. The focus of discussion in this research is what is meant by the quality of education, what is the quality standard of education in Indonesia, and how is the quality improvement strategy in MIN 1 Yogyakarta. This research uses a qualitative research approach, with research methods in the field study. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of improving quality in MIN 1 Yogyakarta as a whole is trying as much as possible to carry out all the process activities in MIN 1 Yogyakarta in accordance with UU No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System in Chapter IX, namely 8 quality standards of education and additional programs in the form of five achievements, wherein the quality improvement will be carried out gradually but continuously

Abstract

Technological progress cannot be hindered because today, education is entering the industrial era 4.0 characterized by education that uses digital technology in the learning process. With the use of this technology, the learning process is not limited to space and time. The terms religious knowledge and general science should not exist. Science is one unit because its source is from the Koran. This study aims to explain technological innovation in the integration and interconnection of science in Islamic higher education. This research is a research library. Therefore, what is done is exploring several data by examining in-depth reference sources from national and international journal articles and reading books relevant to the research. The data collection method that researchers use is by collecting books, articles, journals, and opinions which reveal and study the Interconnection Integration. The study results indicate that the integration and interconnection of knowledge can be achieved if learning refers to the principles of integration between Hadarah an-Nash, Hadarah al-Ilm, and Hadarah al-Falsafah. Technological advances can be used to achieve these goals, such as e-learning, digital learning resources, and teleconferencing.

Abstract

Development is a pattern of change that begins at the time of conception (conception) and berkanjut throughout the life span in the development of children, it must be instilled character teaching in the character teaching is very important, because the ideal society is when the community has a good character and character. Abstract

Education policy is a public policy in the field of education. In the national policy, among others, it is emphasized that the development of the nation's character is a fundamental need in the process of nationhood and statehood. Sometimes students in learning activities do these three learning styles. The research method used is a literature research method whose research object is searched through a variety of literature information (books, scientific journals, newspapers, magazines, documents) and so on with data analysis techniques. Each implementation of education has been regulated based on policies including the implementation of character education. the formation of the character and moral education of learners so that it becomes the next generation of the nation that has a strong foundation of both knowledge, skills, religion, and national values. Therefore, learning activities, classroom organization, learning materials, learning time, learning tools, and assessment methods need to be adjusted to the characteristics of the students. Of all the characteristics possessed by the above students, it is necessary to be noticed by an educator. So an educator must be able to understand every character that the students have so that the learning process can take place smoothly, effectively and efficiently. So that the educational goals that have been envisioned can be achieved.
