This type of research is an analytical survey. The design of this research is cross sectional. The population is elderly people aged 60-69 years. The sampling technique was a random sampling system with 142 respondents. Data were collected using interview methods and questionnaires. Statistical test using chi square technique. The results of the study showed a relationship between salt consumption (p value = 0.000), family history (p value = 0.000), knowledge (p value = 0.000) physical activity (p value = 0.000), obesity (p value = 0.001), and the incidence of Hypertension in the elderly is located in the work area of the Narang Community Health Center, West Satar Mese District, Manggarai Regency and there is no relationship between alcohol consumption and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly (p value = 1,000) located in the Narang Health Center Work Area, West Satar Mese District, Manggarai Regency. Abstract

Stunting is a form of chronic malnutrition which is characterized by an indicator of height according to age.The prevalence of stunting under five in Indonesia reaches 36.4% and the province of NTT is at the top. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Loang Health Center Work Area, Nagawutun District, Lembata Regency. The type of research used is observational analytic research with a cross sectional study design. The sample in this study was 89 toddlers who were taken by means of simple random sampling technique. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square statistical test. The results of this study indicate that the factors associated with the incidence of stunting are the level of energy adequacy (95% CI=5,130-41,692; p=0,000), the level of protein adequacy (95% CI=7,668-74,193; p=0,000), feeding practices (95% CI=1,212-7,117; p=0,028), while the factors that are not related to the incidence of stunting are a history of disease. infection (p=0,342), practice of environmental hygiene and sanitation (p=0,161), care for sick children (p=0,845).From the results of this study, it is hoped that health workers can provide counseling about balanced nutrition to prevent stunting from an early age in mothers of toddlers so that the information obtained during counseling can be remembered and practiced properly.

Abstract

According to data from the Tarus Health Center in 2021, 47 toddlers under five are malnourished, 170 toddlers are malnourished, 57 toddlers are at risk of overnutrition, 20 toddlers are malnourished, and four are obese. This study aims to determine the relationship between food consumption patterns and the nutritional status of children aged 3-5 years at the Tarus Public Health Center, Kupang Regency. An across-sectional research design was used in the form of an analytic observational study. The population in this study were all children aged 3-5 years who were in the Work Area of the Tarus Health Center as many as 419 toddlers. The research sample amounted to 100 people. The sampling technique in this study using the proportional stratification random sampling technique is a sampling process by dividing the population into strata, selecting random samples from each stratum, and combining them to estimate population parameters. A Chi-Square test was performed to analyze the data. The findings showed that the type of food (p = 0.000), energy adequacy (p = 0.034), and protein adequacy (p = 0.011) were all related to the nutritional status of children under five. While the frequency of unhealthy eating is not related to nutritional status (p = 0.090), it is recommended that health workers carry out more nutrition-aware family counseling, especially to parents whose toddlers have low, less, or more nutritional status, so that nutritional status can be managed effectively

The results showed that as many as 247 students experienced CVS disorders with the most complaining symptoms being eye fatigue and the results of the chi-square test for the sex variable p = 0.250 (p>0.05) meaning there was no relationship between gender and the incidence of CVS, distance the use of p = 0.005 (p < 0.05) and the contingency coefficient = 0.165, it means that there is a very low relationship between the distance of smartphone use and the incidence of CVS, rest time p = 0.226 (p> 0.05) it means there is no relationship between rest time and the incidence of CVS, and duration of use p = 0.000 (p <0.05) and the contingency coefficient = 0.233 means that there is a low relationship between duration of use and the incidence of CVS. The conclusion is that the most complained of symptoms are eye fatigue and tension, while the least complaint is the eyes seeing twins and there is a very low relationship between distance of use and CVS, there is a low relationship between duration of use and CVS, while gender and rest time are not associated with CVS
