Abstract

The purposes of this research is to know and to explain that Brand and Advertisement influencepartially and simultaneously to Consumer Behavior at Toiletris Ramayana Kupang. The researchmethod used is Descriptive Quantitative. Data Analysis Technique using Descriptive Statistic,Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Test. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the healthy level of the Credit Cooperative Samamora in TaubnenoDistricts, Soe City, South Central Timor Regency, and its development in 2012-2016 in terms ofSeven Aspects i.e Capital, Assets Quality, Management, Efficiency, Liquidity, Autonomy andGrowth, and Self-Identity. This was an descriptive study, in which the object was the Healthy ofCredit Cooperative Samamora in 2012-2016. The data analysis was case study approach referringto Regulations of the State Minister of Cooperative and Small and Medium Scale Enterprises No.14/Per/M.KUKM/XII//2009 about an evaluation of the healthy level of the cooperative.. Theresult indicated that Credit Cooperative Samamora in 2012-2016 : (1) The aspect of Capital was inthe moderate healthy level. (2) The aspect of Quality of Productive Assets was in the moderatehealthy level. (3) The aspect of Management was in the moderate healthy level. (4) The aspect ofEfficiency was in the moderate healthy level. (5) The aspect of Liquidity which was in the ratherunhealthy level. (6) The aspect of Autonomy and Growth was in the the unhealthy level. (7) Theaspect of Self-Identity was in the moderate healthy category. The progress of healthy level at CreditCooperative Samamora in 2012-2016 experienced fluctuation. In 2012,2013 and 2015 CreditCooperative Samamora was in the moderately healthy and in 2014 and 2016 was in the unhealthylevel, with average score obtained is 60,80 which was moderate healthy category.Keywords : Cooperative, Health Level

Abstract

According to the Minister of National Education Regulation No. 16 of 2007 on AcademicQualification and Teacher Competency Standards, as for the various competencies of teachers thatmust be owned by Teachers include: Pedagogic Competency, Personality Competence, SocialCompetence and Professional Competence. Based on an open questionnaire, some of the studentssaid that with the provisions that have been obtained from STKIP PGRI Tulungagung, they areready to work as educators, but some students say that they feel not ready to be an educator forvarious reasons. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of partially or simultaneouslyInternship Program, Teacher Profession Interest, and Locus Of Internal Control Against ReadinessBecoming Student Educator Economics Study Program STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Who TakingThesis Year 2017/2018. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitativeapproach. The analytical technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results ofthe study concluded that: There is a significant influence partially or simultaneously InternshipProgram, Teacher Profession Interest, and Locus Of Internal Control Against Readiness BecomingStudent Educator. Abstract

This research aim to know the performance of RSUD S. K. Lerik Kota Kupang that measured byBalanced Scorecard approaching. The research method is case study, with analytical techniquereferring to Balanced Scorecard approaching, those are Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective,Internal Business Process Perspective and Learning And Growth Perspective. The results of theanalysis show that Financial Perspective as measured by the Economic Ratio is categorized as"Very Economical", the Efficiency Ratio is categorized as "Not Efficient" and the EffectivenessRatio is categorized as "Very Effective". The Customer Perspective for Patient Satisfaction isincluded in the "Good" category and Customer Acquisition is in the "Good" category. For InternalBusiness Process Perspective, IGD building and bedding improvement (BOR) is categorized as"Good Enough" and TOI is also categorized as "Good". For Learning And Growth Perspective,Employee Satisfaction level is in the "Good" category, and for Productivity, employees of RSUD S.K. Lerik Kota Kupang had not maximized in revenue increasing. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Nonperforming Loans to Liquidity, toSolvability and to Profitability. This research is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis technique isFinancial Ratio Analysis. The results of this study 1) Non Performing Loan (NPL) at BPR ChristaJaya Perdana Kupang in 2013-2016 of 8.27% is ranked 4 with the predicate "Less Good". 2) LDRBPR Christa Jaya Perdana Kupang in 2013-2016 of 87.85% is ranked 3 with the predicate "GoodEnough". 3) CAR BPR Christa Jaya Perdana Kupang in 2013-2016 of 19.27% is ranked 1 withthe title of "Very Good". 4) ROA BPR Christa Jaya Perdana Kupang in 2013-2016 of 2.6% isranked 1 with the predicate "Very Good". 5) Non Performing Loan (NPL) affects the FinancialPerformance of LDR, CAR and ROA. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the Democratic Leadership Style influence onEmployee Performance. To analyze the data analysis technique was used Descriptive Statistics,Inferential Analysis and Hypothesis Testing.The results showed that the Democratic LeadershipStyle applied to the PT. Timor Express Intermedia Kupang consists of four (4) indicators ofDelegation of Responsibility, Activeness, Decision-Making, and The Empathy that have a positiveinfluence on Employee Performance. This is evidenced by tcount > ttable that is equal to 7,433>2.012896, so the hypothesis is accepted and Employee Performance (Y) can be explained by theDemocratic Leadership Style (X) amounted to 54.6% while the remaining 45.4% is explained byother factors. The company needs to maintain and implement Democratic Leadership Style so thatthe performance of employees will be increased and when the performance of employeesincreased, the organization's goals will be achieved.Keywords : Democratic Leadership, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of inflation and interest rates partially andsimultaneously to domestic investment in Indonesia. This research is quantitative descriptive. Thedata used in the research are secondary data on inflation, interest rate and domestic investmentsourced from Bank Indonesia and Central Bureau of Statistics from 2000-2016. Data analysistechnique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on regression analysis, itis known that inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on domestic investment in the period of2000-2016. Meanwhile, interest rates has a negative and significant effect on domestic investment inIndonesia. Abstract

In this developing era of globalization, every organization needs to talk about qualities, service andperformance, especially with the job that producing goods and service. The effort to keep andincrease quality must be based on the organization’s purpose to create inovation of new goods orservice with optimal value added and reduce production with more efficient work system. Thoseeffort will increase earnings of the organization and increase their work performance. The cultureorganization has so many influence to organization’s management quality and their workperformance. One of the way that has used to achieve and upgrade their quality with perfomancetotal quality management in their company. The purpose of this research are to figure out theinfluence of organization culture and total quality management against work performance.Thiskind of research is quantity research with a descriptive approach.Sample determination byinsidental method. Insidental sampling method form a sample determination technique by accidentor insidentally match with researcher that could use as as sample. This research’s result showingthat H1 has no significant effect (tcount = 0,254 < ttable = 2,034) because the employee hard to put adifference between the organization culture and total quality management, H2(tcount = 4,367 > ttable= 2,034) and Y has a significant effect(Fcount= 10.938 > Ftable= 3,28).The conclusion of this researchare the culture organization has no significant effect on work performance, total qualitymanagement has a positive significant effect on work performance, and culture organization andtotal quality management simultanously has a positive significant effect on work performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the raw materials management of Jati board in theproduction of furniture on Pesona Furniture Atambua. The aim in this research is to analyze rawmaterials supply management in the production of furniture. Data was analized using several toolsi.e Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Re-Order Point (ROP) and Divination Suppliesof Raw Materials. The research suggests precise information about the number of raw materialsprocurement using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Company requires to monitor the SafetyStock of raw materials and also need to determine the best time to order the raw material using themethod of Re-Order Point (ROP analysis).
