Abstract

One way to produce good employee performance is to have adequate intellectual intelligence. Employee performance is influenced by ability. Ability is not only about knowledge but also skills. Ability in the form of knowledge can be formed through education and experience, while skills are formed from exercises. One of the skills that employees can manage themselves is emotional intelligence. EmotOne way to produce good employee performance is to have adequate intellectual intelligence. One of the skills that employees can manage themselves is emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence can help someone in using their cognitive abilities (knowledge) according to their maximum potential. Emotional intelligence needs to be developed in order to have a positive impact on improving employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were graduates of the Manado State Polytechnic Department of Business Administration which collected 114 respondent. The sampling technique used convenience sampling and data analysis with multiple regression using SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant influence between intellectual intelligence on employee performance and emotional intelligence on employee performance partially. In addition, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence simultaneously affect employee performanceional intelligence can help someone in using their cognitive abilities (knowledge) according to their maximum potential. Abstract

Abstract— This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of labor, human development index and minimum wage on poverty with zakat as a moderating variable. This study uses panel data with a sample of 35 districts/cities and an observation period from 2017 to 2020. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with the Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) test with statistical tools in the form of Eviews 9. The results of this study show that partially the workforce has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty, the human development index has a negative and significant effect on poverty and the minimum wage has a negative and significant effect on poverty. MRA test results show that zakat cannot moderate labor, human development index, and minimum wages on poverty. Keywords—: Manpower; Human Development Index; Minimum Wage; Zakat; Poverty.

Abstract

Amarta BUMDes located in Pandowoharjo Village, Sleman Regency. BUMDes Amarta Pandowoharjo Village was established on June 6 2016 and stipulated in Pandowoharjo Village Regulation Number 04 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Management of BUMDes. BUMDes Amarta has five business units and has collaborated with various partners including Bank BRI, Sampoerna, Indonesian Swimming Association and jeJamuran. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through participating observations. The results of the study show that the strategy used by BUMDes is able to strengthen the economy of Pandowoharjo Village by increasing the village's original income with a profit sharing system between the manager and the village, BUMDes provides 35% of the profits derived from several business results of the Amarta BUMDes unit for PADes.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of review content, product quality, and lifestyle on students' interest in using local products fashion. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Merdeka Madiun University, users of local products fashion. The sample size in this study was 152 people. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results showed that the content review variable partially had a significant effect on students' interest in using local products fashion, product quality variables partially has a significant effect on students' interest in using local products fashion, lifestyle variables partially have a significant effect on students' interest in using local products fashion, and simultaneously the review content variables, product quality, and lifestyle have a significant effect on students' interest in using local products fashion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising, promotion, and discounts on customer interest in making transactions using the EDC merchant machine owned by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Madiun Branch, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are customers of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Madiun Branch. While the sample in this study were 96 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data obtained from questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous influence of advertisements, promos and discounts on customer interest in transacting using the merchant's EDC machine owned by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Madiun Branch. Advertisements, promos and discounts can customer interest for making transactions using EDC merchant machines by 92.1%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the phenomenon of village fund management practices from planning, implementation of administration, and accountability through the meaning of awareness from the village head. The research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach to collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research found that the Musrenbangdes in Mor Songai Village regarding the approval of village fund planning and budgeting only involved 3 BPD representatives. There is no transparency in the management of village funds in Mor Songai Village because the village fund management process is still in the learning stage. The implementation of administration in Mor Songai village did not run properly because administration was not carried out by the village treasurer. There is no accountability of the village head to the community due to weak BPD oversight of the village head's performance. The supervision and supervision carried out by the community in managing village funds did not work well because there was intimidation from the village head towards the community.

Abstract

Related to its very strategic role, the Municipal Waterworks of Ngawi District is required to have the company's performance in meeting the needs of drinking water in the community. One of them is the presence of good employee performance. This study aims to determine the partially and simultaneously influence of leadership style, teamwork and financial compensation on employee performance at the Municipal Waterworks of Ngawi District. The research population is all employees of the Municipal Waterworks of Ngawi District in 2022, totaling 288 people. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 74 employees was obtained which was determined by simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of the study are: 1) Leadership style, teamwork and financial compensation partially influences to the employee performance at the Municipal Waterworks of Ngawi District, 2) Leadership style, teamwork and financial compensation simultaneously influences to the employee performance at the Municipal Waterworks of Ngawi District.
