Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose - The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, organizational climate and employee motivation on the performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII (PTPN VII) Betung.Design/methodology - Primary data is needed as the basis of analysis, while the data collection technique is a questionnaire. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression. Simultaneous hypothesis test (F) and partial (t).Findings - The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there is a positive influence of leadership, organizational climate and work motivation and significant effect on the performance of PTPN VII Betung. The results of partial analysis show that there is a positive influence of leadership, organizational climate and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PTPN VII Betung.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPurpose - This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, service quaIity and product quaIity on purchasing decisions at PT Saf Mitra Abadi in Batam City and using simpIe random sampIing techniques.Design/methodology - The number of sampIes used in this study were 196 respondents. The instrument used to coIIect data was a questionnaire. By using a vaIidity test and a reIiabiIity test to test data quality and using Iinear anaIysis and the coefficient of determination to conduct a cIassic assumption and infIuence. SPSS version 25 is a program used by author to process data obtained from respondents.Findings - The resuIts of the coefficient of determination indicate that promotion, service quaIity and product quaIity simuItaneousIy infIuence 39,90% on purchasing decisions. WhiIe the resuIts of muItipIe Iinear regression test indicate that promotion partiaIIy infIuence 24,20%, service quaIity partiaIIy infIuence 16,00% and product quaIity partiaIIy infIuence 42,50% on purchasing decisions. The concIusions obtained from the resuIts of this study indicate that promotion, service quaIity and product quaIity partiaIIy and simuItaneousIy have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords :Product QuaIity, Promotion, Purchase Decision, Service QuaIity.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of Division of Employment on Employee Effectiveness On Employment Agency and Human Resource Development Pagar Alam Regency, the influence of Supervision on Employee Effectiveness On Employment Agency and Human Resource Development Lahat Regency, and the influence of Division of Work and Supervision on Employee Effectiveness On Employment Agency and Human Resource Development Pagar Alam District.Design/methodology - The sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents who distributed to Personnel Agency and Human Resource Development Pagar Alam District. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis by using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis and average difference test.Findings - Results Division of Labor has a positive and significant effect on Employee Effectiveness. It can be seen from t count> t table (3,692> 2,015). And the value of Supervision have a positive and significant effect on Employee Effectiveness. This can be seen from the value of t arithmetic> t table (2.456> 2.018). And Division of Labor and Supervision simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Effectiveness. It can be seen from the value of F arithmetic> F table (189,490> 3,23) and significance value <0,05 (0,000 <0,05) significance level (?).

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose - Regarding marketing, brand image is a meaningful part so that it has a lot of impact on customers so they can buy because customer direction takes precedence on branded and achieved goods. But the brand image, product quality also gives a part thatinfluences the desire of the customer to buy when running a product, not  just looking  at  value  in the aspect of quality, or  the brand and quality still influences with the brand image that is closely related to a particular product. This study uses the influence of brand image and product quality on customer purchasing decisions on PT Continental Industry Supply.Design/methodology - Descriptive research design and quantitative approach along with data dissemination is data used by researchers to carry out a way of distributing questionnaires to respondents. Non-probability sampling and saturated sampling techniques are tools used by researchers to examine a sample of 130 respondents on a questionnaire to spread to respondents, To find out the results analyzed and linear regression analysis using research has used SPSS version 25 as a number calculation equipment program.Findings - Regarding the calculation results, it is known that brand image (X1) is partially similar and has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) with a significant value of 0,000<? 0.05. Product quality (X2) is similar to partial and positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 <? 0.05. Brand Image (X1) and Product Quality (X2) simultaneously have positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 <? 0.05.

Abstract

Purpose - This research is intended to find out the influence of Career Development and Motivation, by together to Official Performance, and then Influence of Career Development and Motivation, by partial to Official Performance.  Design/methodology - Population in this research as much 100 people On Public Health Service of Palembang Town. From calculation result by using program of SPSS for Windows Version 16.00, got result that 1) There is influence of Career Development and Motivation which significant by together To Official Performance; 2) There is influence of Career Development which significant by partial To Official Performance; and 3) The is influence of Motivation which significant by partial To Official Performance. Findings – Implementation in this research, can see the theory application and its result, what is used to assist The Public Health Service of Palembang Town; to repairing existing Official Performance.

Abstract

Purpose - The research problem was how fiscal capacity influenced capital expenditure in Bangka Belitung Design/methodology - The analysis period was ten years starting from 2004 to 2013. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression model with Least Squares method.Findings – The results showed that the overall fiscal capacity significantly affected the capital expenditures by the coefficient of determination 83.33 percent. It was due to the fact that regional governments in Bangka Belitung had not been optimally allocating locally-generated revenues to finance regional expenditures, thus providing less stimulus for economic growth and being highly dependent on the transfer of funds from the central government.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect on employee performance spatial planning.Design/methodology - The analysis conducted on four private company covers 30-500 samples are employees of private companies in the city of Palembang. Testing the hypothesis in this study will be conducted using Structural Equation Model (SEM).Findings – The results showed that the performance can be explained by the variable furniture and the preparation of the physical environment. The individual test results showed that there are two variables : the preparation of the furniture and the physical environment positive effect on performance.
