Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research was urbanhijab how to improve the profitability and growth fastly of the brand in the eyes of customers and only has one store in Palembang.Design/methodology - To overcome these problems, Urbanhijab Indonesia analyze both external and internal environment. These factors are outlined in the SWOT analysis showed strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for Urbanhijab Indonesia, then formulated into the analysis to EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary), IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) and SFAS (Strategic Factor Analysis Summary). Findings – Based on the results of EFAS and IFAS, which were formulated and then use IE Matrix to show Urbanhijab Indonesia position, which is on the first cell (growing concentration through integration). After that, in order to determine which strategy is most interesting between intensive or integrative analysis, the author is doing The Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The most attractive strategy is the intensive strategy, which consists of market penetration, market development, and product development. Furthermore, Urrbanhijab Indonesia will make a wabsite for market development.

Abstract

Purpose - The problem in this research is how the influence of motivation, supervision and work practices on labor productivity in Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Negara Palembang.Design/methodology - This study belongs to associative research. The location of this study addressed at JL. Jend. Sudirman 16 Palembang. 112 people were selected as sample in this study by using saturated analysis sampling techniques. The data used were primary and secondary data. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used was the qualitative and quantitative analysis by using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test (simultaneous) and T-test (partial).Findings – The results of F–test showed that there was influence of motivation, supervision and work practices on labor productivity in Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Negara Palembang.  For T-test of motivation variable, supervision variable, and work culture variable showed that partially influenced on employee productivity.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research was the factors that influance behavior individual taxpayer in using e-filing. Design/methodology - This research used primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample used were the individual taxpayer in the Tax Office Pratama Palembang Ilir Timur that using e-filing. The amount sample of individual taxpayer in this research were 390, but the amount of questionnaires that can processed is 152. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The  data  analysis  technique  used was the Sturctural Equation Model (SEM) analysis test by using SmartPLS software version 3.0. Findings – The research showed that the complexity of e-filing has a significant positive to perceived usefulness of e-filing, complexity of e-filing has not significant to behavior individual taxpayer in using e-filing, ease of use e-filing has not significant to behavior individual taxpayer in using e-filing, ease of use e-filing has a significant positive to perceived usefulness of e-filing, ease of use e-filing has a significant behavior individual taxpayer in using e-filing, perceived usefulness of e-filing has a significant positive to behavior individual taxpayer in using e-filing.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPurpose - This study is based on research by the author on 30 SMEs in Palembang.Design/methodology - The research was carried out within 6 months, where the study was carried out using SPSS 17. The SME women entrepreneurs studied were 18 women entrepreneurs who opened the business pempek, 8 entrepreneurs songket, and 4 entrepreneurs sumsel handicrafts.Findings – The results showed that Correlation Coefficient Kreeativitas variable (X1) of 0.488 means that if creativity to grow / increase the unit then Performance (Y) increased by 0,488 or 48.88% as well as the regression coefficient of variable capital. If the capital increase satuanmaka the capital variable (X3), an increase of 0.341, and if the variable Gender Equality (X3) experienced increase of 0,292.sehingga can improve SMEs in Palembang Women Kinerjapengusaha by 29.2%. The correlation value (R) of 0.921 means creativity, capital and gender equality possessed a strong, positive relationship. .koefisien determination (R2) equal to 0, 519 = 59.1%. While the remaining 42.1% can be explained by other variables

Abstract

ABSTRACTPurpose - The purpose of this research are to know influence of service quality ( tangibles, reliability, responsiveness,assurance and emphaty) to customer satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Musi in Palembang and also influence customer satisfaction and trust to customer loyalty Bus Rapit Transit (BRT)inj PalembangDesign/methodology - This research is taken 100 passengers BRT- Trans Musi, while data is collected by using questionnaire. Analysis technique use Path Analysis and processed using sofware SPSS 22,0 for windowsFindings – This results shows there are significant correlations between service quality to customer loyalty in the dimensions of service quality is tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The fifth aspect of this dimension of service quality has a positive influence on the level of customer loyalty 81,7 percent, and there is significant correlations between customer satisfactions and trust to customer loyalty 6,56 percent, service quality has a positif influence on customer satisfaction 37,5 percent, In direct, service quality influence customer service trust and customer loyalty 90,8 percent

Abstract

 Purpose - This research is formulated to analyze the use of Altman Z-score Method, Springate and Fulmer to See the Potential of Financial Distress occurrence at pt Central Proteina Prima, Tbk. This research is aimed at figuring out the use of Altman Z-score Method, Springate and Fulmer to See the Potential of Financial Distress Occurrence at PT Central Proteina PrimaDesign/methodology - This research was such a descriptive research in line with the condition of the occurrence of Financial Distress at PT Central Proteina Prima, Tbk. The data used in this research was secondary data. To collect the data, the researcher used documentation technique. This research was such a quantitative analysis Findings – The results of this research showed that the Financial performance of PT Central Proteina Prima, Tbk by using Altman Z-score method was two years classified into the grei area while Springate and Fulmer method of thecompany was classified into annual Financial Distress.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose - This study aims to determine and analyze the understanding of Palembang Muhammadiyah University students towards the Muhammadiyah Association.Design/methodology - This research is a quantitative study, collecting data using a questionnaire. Before the questionnaire was distributed previously carried out trials using validity and reliability. The number of respondents in this study were 234 students. Data analysis using descriptive t test analysis through the help of the SPSS application. Findings - Based on the results of this study, it can be said that in general students of the University of Muhammadiyah Palembang understand about the requirements of Muhammadiyah.
