Abstract

This study aimsto determine the effect of the pharmaceutical companies PT. indofarma Tbk year 2011 – 2018 by using financial ratios. The type of research used in this study is descriptive and the research method used is quantitative because there are numbers and calculations using formulas. Data analysis techniques use financial statement analysis, which consist of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios and activity ratios. Based on the analysis of liquidity ratios that effect financial performance measured by the current ratio that does not meet the standard this show the company is not safe in the short term. Solvency ratios that affect financial performance are measured by debt ratios that are above the industry standard and are said to be good, indicating that the company is able to manage assets well and reduce funding by using debt. Profitability ratios that affect financial performance are measured by net profit margins where the ratio does not meet industry standards due to losses experienced by the company in the period 2016 - 2018 caused by competition from similar companies. The ratio of activities that affect financial performance measured by total asset turnover shows the company's revenue from sales is not maximal and does not meet industry standards.

Abstract

Purpose This research was conducted at the Kayuagung Alfamart branch in Jalan Lt. Muchtar Saleh Kayuagung OKI. The objectives to be achieved in this research are: to find out how the influence of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty at Alfamart Kayuagung. Design / methodology is the type of field research research, namely research that comes directly to the field where the research is conducted (Sugiono, 2009: 494). ). Operational Definition of Variables 1. independent variable (x), namely the quality of services provided by Alfamart. 2 dependent variables (y), namely customer loyalty or customer loyalty using Alfamart servicesIn this study using data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire, with the hypothesis:  = There is a significant positive relationship between service quality and consumer loyalty at Alfamart Kayuagung.  = There is a significant influence between service quality and customer loyalty of Alfamart Kayuagung.To simplify the analysis, the SPSS data processing application is usedFindings The findings show that: 1. The influence of service quality on customer loyalty at Alfamart kayuagung is considered quite large, namely 0.468 or 46.8%.2. The factors that influence service quality on customer loyalty based on the results of tabulation of the respondents' questionnaire answers include service quality indicators, namely reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy (empathy), and tangibility. 0% of respondents strongly agree, 48.3% of respondents strongly agree, 17.1% of respondents answered neutral, 31.7% of respondents disagreed and 2.9% of respondents strongly disagreed with service quality affecting customer loyalty of Alfamart Kayuagung

Abstract

Purpose –This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of promotional mix on student decision to choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang (UMP).  Design/methodology –The The type of research was descriptive. The population in this study was 9,781 people using solvin formula obtained 100 samples. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The types of data were primary and secondary data. Data collection methods used Questionnaires and Document Analysis. Data analysis used quantitative qualitative data. Analysis techniques used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Hypothesis Test and T Hypothesis Test, as well as Determination Coefficient. .Findings - The result of this research showed that 1) there was an effect of promotional mix (Advertising, Sales Promotion, Publicity, Face-to-Face Sales, and Public Relations) on student decision to choose UMP, 2) there was an effect of advertising on student decision to choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, 3) there was no effect of sales promotion on student decision to Choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, 4) there was no publicity effect on student decision to choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, 5) there was an effect of face-to-face sales on student decision to choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, 6) there was no effect of public relations on student decisions to choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang.

Abstract

Purpose – In this study entitled "The Effect of Service Quality and Satisfaction on Consumer Loyalty at the Bandar Jaya Community Health Center, Lahat District, Lahat Regency", the authors examined whether there was a positive relationship between service quality and satisfaction with patient loyalty at Puskesmas Bandar Jaya Kacamatan Lahat district.The purpose of this study was to determine: the quality of employee services implemented in the Bandar Jaya Community Health Center, the patient's satisfaction with the loyalty of the Bandar Jaya Lahat Community Health Center, and the influence of service quality and patient satisfaction on consumer loyalty at the Bandar Jaya Lahat Community Health Center.Design/methodology – The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods through a survey approach. The sampling method in this study is the incidental sampling method,  which is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who accidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is considered that the person who happened to be met is suitable as a data source. The number of visitors who will become respondents is calculated using the Slovin formula. The number of respondents in this study with the largest error rate of 5% (confidence level (95%) is 100 respondents.Findings - Based on the results of the calculation of the spearman rank correlation, it was obtained rs of 0.766, meaning that the variable service quality (X1), satisfaction (X2) had a strong relationship with patient loyalty (Y) at the Bandar Jaya Lahat Community Health Center. The calculation of the coefficient of determination in percent yields a result of 58.6%, meaning that the variable service quality (X1) and satisfaction (X2) have an influence on patient loyalty, amounting to 58.6% and the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other factors. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that the value of F count (68,740)> F table (3,232) means that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. Thus, service quality (X1) and satisfaction (X2) have a positive effect on patient loyalty (Y) at Bandar Jaya Lahat Community Health Center.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study was to determine the effect service quality and work dicipline on inpatient satisfaction in Lahat district Hospital Design/methodology –The research design used in this study is a quantitative method with a causal associative research method, namely to determine whether to know the effect between two or more variables. The data analysis methods used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Parsial test (t) and Simultaneus test (f).Findings -Based on the test results, the regression coefficient for the variable service quality (X1) is 0.297, employee work discipline (X2) is 0.296, and the constant value is 13.162, so the regression equation for this study is: Y = 13.162 + 0.297 X1 + 0.296 X2. From the results of the partial test (t test) the variable service quality (X1) t count 2.891> t table 2.002 or and a significant level of 0.05 means that service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y). And from the results of the partial test (t test) variable employee work discipline (X2) t count 2.980> t table 2.002 and a significant level of 0.004 means that employee work discipline has a significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, from the ANOVA test or F test, it is found that F counts 9.143 with a probability of 0.000 (P value < ?), so Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. So, the variables of service quality and work discipline of employees together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Lahat District General Hospital.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of price discounts on purchasing decisions for Indomaret Lahat consumers (2) the effect of packaging on purchasing decisions for Indomaret Lahat customers. (3) the effect of Price Discounts and Packaging on Purchase Decisions for Indomaret Lahat customers. Design/methodology – This research includes associative or relationship research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all consumers who made purchases at Indomaret Lahat. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 80 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, and the data analysis technique used is multiple regression.  Findings – The results showed that (1) there was a positive effect of price discounts on packaging for Indomaret Lahat consumers, (2) there was a positive influence on packaging on purchasing decisions for Indomaret Lahat consumers.

Abstract

Purpose –The purpose of this research is to analyze how much influence partially and simultaneously between service quality and facilities in efforts to increase customer satisfaction at the Muara Siban Lahat gas station based on the background above. Design/methodology – This research uses the Accidental sampling method, namely sampling which is done by chance by distributing questionnaires to Muara Siban gas station customers, Lahat District, Lahat Regency. Data collection is done when the customer is buying fuel at the gas station. The research will be carried out at Muara Siban Lahat SPBU. The research used is a quantitative approach. Through this research, it can be used as input for managers of Muara Siban gas stations.Findings - The result of the multiple linear regression explanation above shows that the regression equation Y = 2.593 + 0.340 + 0.515, with an explanation of the constant value of 2.593 means that if the independent variable does not pay attention, the value of the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) is 2.593. The results of the discussion of multiple linear regression obtained a variable value of Service Quality (X1) of 0.340, which means that if the Service Quality variable (X1) is increased by 0.340 it will increase the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) by 0.340. The results of the discussion of multiple linear regression obtained the Facility variable value (X2) of 0.515 which means that if the Facility variable (X2) is increased by 0.515 it will increase Customer Satisfaction (Y) by 0.515.

Abstract

Purpose – The Influence Of Discipline and The Work Environment On Work Motivation and Its Impact On Employee Performance For Employees Of Youth and Sports In South Sumatera ProvinceDesign/methodology – The infrential analysis used in this study is the path analysis approach. The path analysis model is used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables in order to determine the direct or indirect effect of a set of independent (exogenous) variables on the dependent (endogenous) variable. Findings - The results of this study conclude 1). There is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Work Motivation. 2). There is a significant influence between the Work Environment on Work Motivation. 3). There is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. 4). There is a significant influence between the Work Environment on Employee Performance. 5). There is a significant influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Employees of the Youth and Sports Office of South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Purpose - This research was conducted on students of FKIP IslamicUniversity OKI (UNISKI) Kayuagung. Unicorn students are required totake entrepreneurship courses and almost all attend creativeentrepreneurship training that is regularly held. This research will answerthe question whether the provision of courses and training can increasetheir entrepreneurial interest in the creative economyStock Exchange. Design/methodology - The sample of this study consisted of 100students from Fikip Unsiki who were taken at random. The regressionmodel of this study is: Yi = a + b1X1 + b2X2Where :Yi is interested inbeing a creative entrepreneur. i is an indicator of creativeentrepreneurial interest. Namely: 1. The desire to work independently,2. The desire to obtain challenges, 3. The desire to obtain a fluctuatingincome and not small but stable, and 4. The desire to create somethingnew. Each indicator is given a value on a scale of 5. Findings - The test results show that: 1) Entrepreneurship courses havea positive effect on the creative entrepreneurial interests of IslamicUniversity OKI students. 2) Entrepreneurship training has a positiveeffect on UNISKI students' creative entrepreneurial interests
