Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of overtime work and organizational commitment on employee performance, with leader-member exchange (LMX) as a moderating variable in the perspective of Human Resource Management. The MSDI approach views humans as intact work subjects, which must be managed by paying attention to spiritual, ethical, and humanitarian aspects. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, and the data is analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that overtime work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational commitment shows a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The findings also show that LMX significantly moderates the effect of overtime work variables on employee performance, where a good superior-subordinate relationship can strengthen the positive impact. LMX moderates with the weakening path of the organizational commitment relationship and has a negative impact on employee performance. These results indicate the importance of humanistic approaches and Islamic values in the management of human resources to improve performance in a sustainable manner

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of tax training on tax awareness among small business entrepreneurs in the working area of KPP Medan Petisah. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to a representative sample of small business taxpayers. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between tax training and tax awareness. The results indicate that tax training has a significant and positive impact on enhancing tax awareness. Specifically, well-structured and contextualized training programs improve taxpayers’ understanding of their rights and obligations, reduce reporting errors, and foster positive perceptions toward the tax system. These findings corroborate previous research highlighting the critical role of tax education in promoting voluntary compliance and building trust in tax authorities. The study suggests that tax offices should regularly conduct tailored training sessions, incorporating practical topics such as tax reporting procedures and e-filing applications, delivered through both face-to-face and online platforms to maximize outreach and effectiveness.

Abstract

The disparity in BPRS financial efficiency between provinces is an academic challenge that requires data-based solutions and in-depth analysis. This study aims to measure the level of BPRS financial efficiency in various provinces in Indonesia in 2021-2024. The type of research applied is quantitative research with the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) approach, which is used to measure the level of BPRS financial efficiency in accumulation per province. Based on the results of the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) analysis with three models (CRS, VRS Output, and VRS Input), there are variations in the level of efficiency among provinces in Indonesia. In the CRS model, 5 provinces have high efficiency, 13 provinces are moderately efficient, 5 provinces are lowly efficient, and 1 province is inefficient. The VRS Output model shows an increase, namely 10 provinces with high efficiency, 10 provinces with moderate efficiency, 4 provinces with low efficiency, and 1 province is inefficient. Meanwhile, the VRS Input model produces 11 provinces with high efficiency, 10 provinces with moderate efficiency, and 4 provinces with low efficiency. Overall, the majority of provinces are in the moderate efficiency category. It was found that the province that consistently showed high efficiency for 4 years was DKI Jakarta. Meanwhile, provinces with low and inefficient efficiency (Bangka Belitung, Banten, Bali, East Kalimantan, Central Sulawesi, and West Sulawesi) require improvements in resource allocation to improve their performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi marketing syariah dalam meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah. Strategi ini diterapkan oleh pimpinan ke seluruh pengelola \ dan apa yang menjadi kendala dalam menerapkan strategi marketing syariah dalam meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah di KSU BMT Al-Iqtishady Mataram. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Data yang dikumpulkan peneliti meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Sedangkan sumber data yang diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, strategi yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah yaitu menggunakan strategi marketing syariah, Shiddiq, mengutamakan keberkahan, memberikan pelayanan hebat serta amanah dalam memberikan layanan pada nasabah yang dioperasionalkan sesuai dengan ketentuan islam. KSU BMT Al-Iqtishady Mataram sudah mengikuti konsep yang diterapkan oleh Rasulullah sebagai tuntunan dalam menjalankan kewajibannya untuk melayani umat. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu: Minimnya kepercayaan Masyarakat, minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat serta kebiasaan masyarakat yang selalu mudah terhasut dengan berita yang tidak benar mengenai operasional KSU BMT Al-Iqtishady Mataram.

Abstract

This article examines the wasathiyah economic system that emphasizes aspects of benefit, justice and adheres to divine. This effort to reconstruct the discourse of wasathiyah economics aims to perfect the study of benefit-based economics in the portrait of moderation. The method used in writing this article is a descriptive analysis qualitative approach. Primary sources are taken from international and national accredited journals, books, and website articles that are credible and accountable. As a result, wasathiyah economy has at least four unique values including: divinely based, integrating science and morals, humanitarian insight, and moderate-based. While the basic principles that are firmly held in wasathiyah economics are the principle of divinity, bringing benefit, voluntariness, justice, and al-hurriyah (freedom) and al-mas'uliyah (responsibility). Another result of the analysis is that the advantages of wasathiyah economics are not the same as the capitalist and socialist economic systems, because these two economic principles do not involve the divine side in running the economy. In the end, this study can be useful theoretically for academics in exploring wasathiyah-based Islamic economic material. While practically it can be a guide for traders, entrepreneurs, economic drivers, government agencies and all people involved in the world of economics to stick to the principles of muamalah in accordance with religious guidance.

Abstract

This study examines pilgrim satisfaction through the Servqual model (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles) at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. A quantitative survey method was applied to 74 randomly selected respondents from a population of 294 prospective pilgrims. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, validated by Aiken’s V (> 0.70) and reliability tested by Cronbach’s α (> 0.80). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that all five Servqual dimensions significantly affect pilgrim satisfaction (F-stat = 12.345; p < 0.05), with a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.65. Partially, reliability (β = 0.38; p < 0.01) and assurance (β = 0.29; p < 0.05) emerged as dominant predictors. These findings reinforce Parasuraman et al.’s (1988) propositions in religious services and highlight the need to enhance staff competencies and supporting facilities to optimize empathy and tangible dimensions. This study provides empirical contributions to the development of Servqual models in public sectors with religious values.

Abstract

,This study investigates the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for order takers and its implications for the efficiency of room attendants in hotel housekeeping operations, with a case study at The Alana Hotel and Convention Center Solo. Within housekeeping services, order takers play a pivotal role as intermediaries between guests and room attendants, ensuring that requests and complaints are effectively communicated. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the SOP for order takers has generally been implemented in accordance with established procedures, yet challenges remain in coordination and the timeliness of information delivery. The implementation of the SOP demonstrates a significant impact on room attendant efficiency, as reflected in improved service punctuality and a reduction in errors when responding to guest needs. The study concludes that optimizing order taker functions through clear SOP guidelines and regular training programs can enhance overall housekeeping performance. Beyond its managerial implications, this research contributes to the hospitality industry by promoting more efficient and professional service delivery. In addition, the results provide educational insights for prospective hotel employees and emphasize the importance of work ethics, teamwork, and operational effectiveness in service industries.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how ego involvement increases the interest of members or customers at KSPPS BMT Nusantara Mojopahit Mojokerto. As an effort to change the negative perspective that appears in society. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that ego involvement carried out by KSPPS BMT Nusantara Mojopahit through product variations, good service quality and in accordance with members' needs and desires plays a role in overcoming the impact of negative views in society. Suitable product variations and affordable margins increase public interest in KSPPS BMT Nusantara Mojopahit. The quality of service maintained by BMT Nusantara Mojopahit creates a positive experience for members and overcomes the community's negative views of cooperatives. Ego involvement built through personal communication, shared identity (NU) with the community, and word of mouth marketing (WOM) succeeded in attracting greater public interest in KSPPS BMT Nusantara Mojopahit.

Abstract

Memaksimalkan profitabilitas perusahaan adalah tujuan utama bagi suatu perusahaan perbankan. Tercapainya profitabilitas yang tinggi juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa kinerja yaitu CAR, FDR, dan NPF. Dengan menyeimbangkan kinerja keuangan penerapan GCG memungkinkan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan GCG sebagai variabel intervening, menguji pengaruh CAR, FDR, dan NPF terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang dipakai yaitu purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampelnya sepuluh Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di OJK periode 2015 hingga 2019. Menggunakan laporan tahunan sebagai sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website OJK. Smart PLS 3 untuk analisis data digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Maka hasilnya membuktikan bahwa CAR meningkatkan profitabilitas secara signifikan. FDR mempunyai dampak menguntungkan yang cukup besar terhadap GCG. FDR mempunyai dampak menguntungkan yang penting terhadap profitabilitas. NPF memiliki dampak menguntungkan terhadap profitabilitas. CAR dan NPF mempunyai dampak positif yang kecil terhadap GCG, dan GCG tidak berdaya untuk memoderasi dampak tidak langsung CAR dan NPF terhadap profitabilitas. Selanjutnya hubungan tidak langsung FDR terhadap profitabilitas dimediasi oleh GCG.

Abstract

Pandemi virus Corona bukan hanya sekedar bencana ke sehatan, virus yang dikenal sebagai Covid-19 ini telah menimbulkan kekacauan di sektor ekonomi. Tidak hanya industri besar, pandemi virus Corona telah membuat pelaku UMKM di Indonesia mulai gelisah. Bawang Goreng Kak Ros merupakan salah satu UMKM bawang goreng yang ada di bagor juga ikut merasakan dampak dari covid 19 ini. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi Pemasaran yang di jalan kan oleh Bawang Goreng Kak Ros agar tetap eksis dan bertahan di masa pandemi covid 19 yang melanda indonesi ini. Metode Penelitian dengan penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu dari UMKM Bawang Goreng Kak Ros, dengan menggunakan dua jenis sumber data, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder yang didapat dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat beli masyarakat terhadap Produk Bawang Goreng Kak Ros sangatlah bagus terlihat dari setiap harinya selalu ada pesanan meskipun tidak sebanyak waktu sebelum pandemi; Untuk Media pemasarannya menggunakan media sosial Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, dan Media Sosial Pribadi; Sedangkan kendala yang dihadapi dalam memasarkan produk diantaranya adalah Cuaca yang tidak stabil, terbatasnya tanaman tajuk akibat dari gagal panen, saluran distribusi yang banyak ditutup, wabah Covid19 .
