Abstract

Poverty is a macroeconomic problem faced by all provinces in Indonesia and the Bangka Belitung Islands Province is no exception. Poverty is not only seen from low income but also limited access to basic needs such as education, health, and employment. This condition creates a vicious cycle where the poor have difficulty fulfilling their daily needs, let alone developing their economic potential. In the context of Islamic economics, Zakat comes as a strategic Islamic solution. As an obligation for capable Muslims, zakat distributes wealth fairly to mustahik, including the poor, to fulfill their basic needs while empowering them. In this case, zakat philanthropy has an important role in poverty alleviation with the economic empowerment system of the poor. The purpose of this research is to find out the economic empowerment of the poor in the Province of Bangka Belitung Island based on zakat philanthropy. This research uses qualitative research with an explanatory approach. Data collection uses observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses interactive descriptive, where data obtained from the field are reduced, displayed and verified. The focus of this research is to analyze the usefulness of zakat funds to be used in alleviating poverty by looking at the characteristics of poverty in Bangka Belitung Province so that zakat funds can be optimal in reducing poverty. Kemiskinan merupakan masalah makro ekonomi yang dihadapi semua provinsi di Indoensia tidak terkecuali Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Kemiskinan tidak hanya terlihat dari pendapatan yang rendah namun juga terbatasnya akses terhadap kebutuhan dasar seperti pendidikan, kesehatan, dan lapangan kerja. Kondisi ini menciptakan lingkaran setan di mana masyarakat miskin kesulitan memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, apalagi mengembangkan potensi ekonomi mereka. Dalam konteks ekonomi syariah, Zakat hadir sebagai solusi syariah yang strategis. Sebagai kewajiban bagi Muslim yang mampu, zakat mendistribusikan kekayaan secara adil kepada mustahik, termasuk fakir miskin, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pokok sekaligus memberdayakan mereka. Dalam hal ini Filantropi zakat memiliki peran penting dalam pengentasan kemiskinan dengan sistem pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat miskin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat miskin di Provinsi Kepulaan Bangka Belitung berbasis filantropi zakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif interaktif, di mana data yang didapat dari lapangan di reduksi, display dan verifikasi. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kebermanfaatan dana zakat untuk digunakan dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan dengan melihat karakteristik kemiskinan yang ada di Provinsi Bangka Belitung sehingga dana zakat dapat optimal dalam mengurangi kemiskinan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the economic efficiency of tilapia farming in Kedunglangkap Village, an area with promising aquaculture potential. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies involving farmers, village officials, and related business actors. The results indicate that tilapia farming in this village is predominantly small to medium scale, with most farmers utilizing concrete ponds and relying on water sources from rivers. Factors determining economic efficiency include feed prices, operational costs, marketing networks, as well as risks related to diseases and climate. The majority of farmers expressed that this venture is profitable and feasible for development, especially if supported by good management and improved infrastructure. This study recommends enhancing supporting infrastructure, diversifying feed, providing training for farmers, and developing marketing networks as strategic steps to improve economic efficiency and the sustainability of tilapia farming in Kedunglangkap Village.

Abstract

This paper focuses on formulating development strategies for Kioschebibit using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach alongside a SWOT analysis. The goal is to strengthen its competitive positioning and support long-term sustainability in the increasingly dynamic agribusiness sector. Kioschebibit is a micro-enterprise focused on providing plant seedlings, with strong growth potential driven by rising urban farming trends and increased environmental awareness. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method through a case study, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis reveals that Kioschebibit’s main strengths lie in its product variety, competitive pricing, and use of social media for marketing. However, challenges remain in distribution reach and digital marketing execution. External opportunities such as gardening trends and green initiatives present substantial growth potential, although threats like extreme weather and raw material fluctuations must be addressed. By integrating BMC and SWOT frameworks, this study proposes an adaptive and data-driven entrepreneurship strategy as a foundation for sustainable business development.

Abstract

This study discusses three main problems, namely the role of MSME assistance in increasing the productivity of aid recipients, the process of distributing MSME assistance carried out by the Cooperatives and MSMEs Office, and the obstacles faced in distributing the assistance. This study uses a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study was conducted on 15 business actors who received MSME assistance in Geragai District. The results showed that 80% (13 business actors) experienced business development, while 20% (2 business actors) showed no development. The results of the analysis concluded that the role of MSME assistance was very helpful in increasing income, product quality, production capacity, profit and loss, and business performance of aid recipients. The aid distribution process was carried out according to the rules stated in the Decree (SK), involving the village and sub-district, and collecting aid recipients at the sub-district office. The main obstacle faced was inactive NIK data, so cooperation with the Dukcapil Office was needed to activate the data online. In addition, village and sub-district officials are expected to be more careful in sending data so that all aid recipients can be contacted properly.

Abstract

As time goes by, human integrity is increasing and becoming more varied. One of the needs is electronic goods. However, to get this, of course there is an exchange rate that must be paid to get an item. Price is one of the factors that influences consumer decisions, because price is also sometimes a consideration for many people. It is not uncommon for valuable electronic items to be set at high prices because sometimes they look at the quality and usefulness of the item. This research aims to determine the effect of price on consumer decisions when purchasing electronic goods at the French Jaya Muara Sabak Barat store. This type of research is quantitative, the population is 134 people, the sample was determined using purposive sampling, namely the sample was determined using the Slovin method, the sample size was 100 people. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis using the spps 25 program. The results of this research state that the prices offered by the France Jaya Store have a significant influence on consumer decisions when purchasing electronic goods at the France Jaya Store. The coefficient of determination value which is the result of r square is 0.839. These results show that 83.9% of the influence of the price variable (x) on consumer decisions (y). Meanwhile, the remaining 16.1% of the price value is influenced by other variables that are not yet in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of skills on the wage level of construction workers in Rano Village. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 75 construction workers. The sample determination was carried out using the Purposive Sampling technique, while the number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula, so that 63 respondents were obtained. Data collection was analyzed through a simple linear regression technique using SPSS version 25 software to ensure the validity of the results. The results of the study indicate that skills have a significant effect on the wage level of construction workers. This is indicated by the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.595 or 59.5%, which indicates that skills explain 59.5% of the variation in wage levels. The remaining 40.5% is explained by other factors outside the scope of this study, such as work experience, education level, and labor market conditions. This study provides important insights into the importance of improving skills as an effort to improve the welfare of construction workers. These findings are expected to be a reference for policy makers and related parties in designing more effective training and skills development programs in the region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana strategi peningkatan pelayanan karyawan terhadap perkembangan nasabah dan bagaimana upaya KSPPS BMT Darussalam dalam meningkatkan pelayanan karyawannya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Data yang dikumpulkan peneliti meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Sedangkan sumber data yang diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan Strategi peningkatan pelayanan karyawan KSPPS BMT Darussalam dalam memberikan pelayanan ada dua kategori diantaranya strategi pelayanan yang mendasar meliputi karyawan yang bertugas harus bersikap ramah, komunikatif, name tag yang selalu diperlihatkan. Sedangkan strategi pelayanan utama meliputi kompetensi, percaya dan dipercaya, kontribusi, kejujuran, pelayanan prima, sosial dan peduli lingkungan dan yang terakhir innovasi. Adapun bentuk upaya yang dilakukan oleh karyawanKSPPS BMT Darussalam dalam meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap jumlah nasabah adalah pertama, mengadakan kegian RAT (Rapat Tahunan Anggota) yang dilakukan setahun sekali; kedua, dengan mengutus karyawan mengikuti pelatihan demi meningkatnya sumber daya karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing and company image on purchase intentions for Ms Glow products in Tulang Bawang Regency from an Islamic marketing perspective. With the development of the digital era, social media has become an effective tool in marketing strategies, company image has become a reference for general assessments regarding purchasing intentions for Ms Glow products. In the beauty industry. However, from an Islamic marketing perspective, the principles of ethics, honesty and justice must still be upheld. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to customers of the MS Glow clinic in Tulang Bawang. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method to examine the relationship between social media marketing, company image on purchase intentions, and customer purchasing decisions within the Islamic marketing frame. The research results show that social media marketing has a significant influence on customer purchasing decisions, while company image also has an important role in purchasing intentions and building consumer trust. In an Islamic marketing perspective, transparency in promotions, halal products, and conformity with sharia values ​​are factors that influence customer decisions. Therefore, implementing marketing strategies that are in accordance with Islamic principles can increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Price and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty at The Farrel Nganjuk Hotel. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods used to test the hypothesis after going through validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to 58 respondents using the accidental sampling method. The results showed that Price and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The more competitive the price offered and the better the quality of service provided, the higher the level of customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study discusses the problems in the implementation of the muzara'ah contract, which is a form of agricultural cooperation between land owners (shahibul ardh) and cultivators (amil) based on the principle of profit sharing, which is still widely practiced in rural areas, especially in Rujing Hamlet, Sungai Teluk Village, Sangkapura District. The problems that arise in practice in the field indicate deviations from sharia provisions, including: unclear wording of the contract, profit sharing that is not agreed upon transparently, and poor public understanding of the rights and obligations of each party. In addition, the absence of supervision from religious institutions or village officials exacerbates the inequality in this cooperative relationship. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with the parties involved (land owners, cultivators, community leaders), and supporting documentation. Data analysis was carried out by referring to classical and contemporary muamalah fiqh theories. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the problems of muzara'ah contracts at the study location are related to three main aspects: (1) legal aspects, namely the absence of written recording of contracts and ignoring the principles of clarity and agreement; (2) economic aspects, in the form of inequality in the distribution of results and low profits obtained by cultivators; and (3) socio-religious aspects, in the form of minimal literacy in muamalah fiqh among the actors.
