Abstract

The purpose of this literature review is to review and explore the results of previous studies and other literature related to green satisfaction. The research method used is a literature review. Green satisfaction indicates that people are pleased with the environmental conditions around their homes. The results of the previous studies indicate that environmental cleanliness has a significant role in building green satisfaction. To maintain green satisfaction, the community needs to help each other to keep the environment clean. A clean environment also has a good impact on health. If the environment is a slum, the worst possibility that will happen is the relocation of residents by some people towards a better place to live. In this case, green satisfaction will reappear and increase if the new location is healthy and clean. People are even willing to pay more to get the satisfaction of being in a clean environment.

Abstract

Selling a product through an online platform has become a necessity for micro and small businesses as a strategy to respond to social distancing policy in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Good product photos are one of the key successes of those activities. The needs analysis of the “Kartini” business group found that a poor photo technique is a major obstacle as well as a lack of equipment. Empowerment through participation with a peer teaching approach is used as a strategy to overcome those obstacles. The increase in knowledge and skill may lead “Kartini” more confidence to sell their product through an online platform.

Abstract

A common obstacle felt by most villages is related to good and correct financial management. Often the stages of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability are not by the reality on the ground. What has been discussed and agreed upon together, is not followed during its implementation. The condition of village financial management in Jabung Village, Laren District, Lamongan Regency is still not optimal. This problem is due to a lack of legal understanding of village financial management. This lack of understanding is due to the socialization of village financial management laws that have not been carried out by the policy makers optimally. This consideration then strengthens the proposer to develop an android-based village financial management consulting application.

Abstract

The Indonesia Government initiates the SDGs' strengthening focus as realizing the Nawacita notion starting from villages. It aims to develop villages under the principles of sustainability in several sectors, such as Economy, Ecology, and Culture. The fundamental aims of this focus are to support the villages’ welfare and share an equal level of development. In the end, villages will be the threshold of community changes toward the self-governing community ideas. To support this, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration regulate the priority for the village's financial focus in Ministerial Decree No.7 the Year 2021. It also regulates some principles to be obeyed by the village government in designing village regulations or policies regarding the issue of village finances, development plans, and supervisory actions. It is arguable as to whether this regulation has affected the villages to escalate their level of Indeks Desa Membangun (IDM). Applying the legal research methods by using laws as the sources of research, combined with an empirical and conceptual approach, this paper discusses the ideal principles of the financial management system which help the villages to raise their IDM level. Three discussion covers 1. The authority owned by villages in managing its fund sources, 2. The principles of the village financial management, and 3. The experience of Jati Village, Tuban, East Java.

Abstract

Islam recommends that its followers take the middle path, not extreme left or right (tawasuth or moderate). The nature of tawasuth is part of religious moderation that must be instilled in students so that in life they can have a moderate attitude toward the life of the nation and state. Religious moderation is necessary and taught to students to become conciliatory, compassionate, and tolerant human beings in the future. The involvement of the higher education academic community in providing an understanding of the nature of tawasuth for students needs to be developed and echoed. The academic community of higher education needs to guard the understanding of moderation and rationality, mutual affection, mutual love, mutual respect, and mutual assistance in goodness. Because with this understanding, students can implement it in everyday life. This research described the role of universities in guarding religious and national moderation. The Indonesian nation has cultural assets and spiritual assets which are basic social capital (especially in a multicultural society). Institutions such as universities must be able to establish cooperative relationships with the community to realize the expected social transformation. Universities have a strategic role in guarding religious moderation by developing moderate attitudes and culture in students to behave tolerantly, critically, respectfully, and inclusively. This research used the library research method with a descriptive analysis approach.

Abstract

Recently, there was an alleged leak of personal data on the Electronic Health Alert Card (eHAC) application. The eHAC application is an application to verify passengers traveling during the Covid-19 pandemic. A report found experiencing the alleged leak of 1.3 million personal data users of the application. Meanwhile, the leaked data that can be retrieved from the eHAC database includes personal data of application users, including names, ID card numbers, passports, profile photos, and hotel details of users. In addition to personal data, documents on Covid-19 test results can also be accessed. For example, data from hospitals to clinics entered in the eHAC application, hospital details to the coordinates of the hospital location. Seeing this case, the issue of security in the management of big data becomes essential. Moreover, those big data is sensitive and significantly needed in handling the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the issue of who is the most criminally responsible for the leakage of personal and sensitive data also needs to be discussed so that similar cases do not occur in the future. Thus, this research paper aims to understand the legal concept of criminal liability in personal data protection and policy challenges in Indonesia. The research used doctrinal-comparative legal research, which desk study research, and qualitative method. As a result, the research found the possible models of criminal liability in cases of personal data leakage. Yet, the Indonesian government faces several challenges in implementing the concept of a personal data protection policy. Therefore, there is a need to propose how future policies related to personal data protection can be implemented in Indonesia.

Abstract

The university's identity which in this case is intended as "branding" becomes an urgent matter to be formulated as well as possible. The competition of each university in recruiting prospective students is not only in terms of quantity but also guarantees the quality of graduates. UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, which is known as the state defense campus, must formulate the values ??of state defense that will be implemented and become an identity that is not only a formality but can also truly reflect the quality of students who have a view of defending the country. The view of defending the state is the view and attitude that this country needs for every young generation of the nation. This research will try to formulate a model or reconstruct a model of implementing the values ??of defending the country in ideal teaching and learning activities, by comparing it to the Defense University which also applies the spirit of defending the country. This research is also expected to be a form of contribution from UPN "Veteran" East Java to the local community, nation, and state.

Abstract

One of the actual forms of state defense education is through outbound activities. In this context, education is interpreted as a process to humanize humans to become fully human adults. However, the world was shocked by the outbreak of a disease caused by a virus called corona or known as covid-19. Transmission through social contact between humans is difficult to predict and also cannot be avoided so its spread is also very rapid. Therefore, it is necessary to change the outbound state defense education method from conventional activities to offline activities based on the web and automatically computed. The system will replace the conventional process of supervising outbound activities where activities that are usually carried out in groups and simultaneously, will be carried out independently by sending evidence of activities that have been recorded through document files or videos. The results of this study are the Outbound State Defense Group Randomization Information System (SIOBEL) using the Linear Congruent Method (LCM) which helps in creating random groups of students and with the Graph Query Language (Graph-QL) system architecture which can facilitate interface and system developers to exchange data.
