Abstract

Building maintenance is a very important activity and requires regular or scheduled implementation so that financial budgeting can be prepared and scheduled better. The building maintenance application is managed at the Regional Apparatus Work Unit through the Building Maintenance Section which inputs coding, building name, Final Hand Over (FHO) time, maintenance period, components and types of work, amount, unit cost, and construction cost. Observation data was collected on one hundred schools and government buildings for 5 years. Identify the components and types of work that require maintenance through interviews with the infrastructure division of each building that is surveyed. Observations and interviews are needed as a basis for determining the components and types of work that often occur in damage to each building after FHO. After the data is inputted, to prove the actual damage conditions to the buildings being reviewed, verification is required by the infrastructure division in each building. Verification consists of: building name, FHO time, maintenance period, components and types of work, quantity. The infrastructure division cannot see and change unit costs and development costs. Decision making on the implementation of building maintenance from the existing output is carried out by the Head of the Regional Apparatus Work Unit. Decisions taken by the Head of the Regional Apparatus Work Unit are expected to represent the priority scale of building maintenance that must be carried out by the Regional Apparatus Work Unit. In this building maintenance application, the total maintenance costs for each building and each month can be generated every year, and the total maintenance costs for the entire building and every month for each year, and the level of damage can be generated for each maintenance carried out on each building, and can the components and types of work to be carried out each month are known.

Abstract

The current study intends to look at how organizational performance is influenced by the strategy orientation aspects of learning (LO), market orientation (MO), and entrepreneurial orientation (EO) in Indonesian travel agency companies. This study is a descriptive study in terms of the data collection methodology, an applied research study in terms of the intended audience, and a correlation study in terms of the data analysis. All 75 companies that operated in Indonesia's travel industry were included in the research statistical population. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. To test the hypotheses, the partial least square approach was employed. Analysis results indicated that MO mediates the relationship between performance and EO, EO also has a large direct impact on organizational performance, and EO mediates the implication of LO on performance.

Abstract

The evolution of data develops from homogeneous data to heterogeneous data, resulting in the emergence of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. The current trend in research methods is not only based on qualitative methods but is shifting towards quantitative with the spread of social media data which can be analyzed using Big Data technology. Explore Big Data ideas and research requires supporting software to collect bibliography data and literature review. Therefore, the research implements bibliometric analysis and literature review in Big Data fields using Publish or Perish to collect bibliography data and using VOSviewer to visualize bibliometric networks. The results of research using keywords containing the term Big Data and Hadoop software produced around 200 titles of scientific articles from the Scopus Journal to produce bibliography data visualizations based on network visualization, overlay visualization, and density visualization. Network visualization displays Big Data research clusters in the fields of data mining, health, education, data security, sentiment analysis, spatial temporal, machine learning, and blockchain. Literature reviews are carried out by identifying problem objects, data samples, methods, and tools, as well as evaluating of the scientific articles collected. In future research, further bibliometric analysis is needed using data from scientific article authors and looking at the author's connection to their research field.

Kampung Adat Segunung, is one of the fostered areas and the partners of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur since 2022. The condition of Kampung Adat Segunung which has become a popular tourism destination in Jombang regency requires that village tourism must also be managed properly. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare adequate tourism infrastructure and superstructure. In this article the author has formulated two main problems, namely 1) the threat of urbanization by Segunung youths, and 1) the existence of a technological gap from the village government and the people of Kampung Adat Segunung with the development of information technology. As one of the community service activities, the author uses two methods, they are a) asset-based community development (ABCD) as a method of social approach to the community and b) virtual tour production with a soft skills approach. The community service activities in the Kampung Adat Segunung produce virtual tour technology that can be used as a medium for disseminating tourism information on the Kampung Adat Segunung to the wider community.

Abstract

Over the past few decades, Surabaya has maintained a reputation as a city with a high level of safety. The capital of East Java Province is devoid of any socio-political upheaval. During the 2000s, some major cities, including Jakarta and Bali, saw a wave of terrorism. However, it is noteworthy that the city under consideration, often called the "city of heroes," did not see comparable tragedies during this period. In the year 2018, Surabaya encountered a terrorist occurrence. The phenomena of radicalism and terrorism are intricate and multifaceted, necessitating the involvement of multiple stakeholders for their resolution. The Surabaya municipal government emphasizes fostering collaboration among various stakeholders to ensure stability. Nevertheless, the provincial capital of Jawa Timur continues to experience many occurrences, such as the recent surge in terrorist apprehensions in Surabaya and the prevailing existence of extremist factions. Evidence suggests the presence of radical movements within the city of Surabaya. The primary objective of this study is to examine the implementation of cross-sectoral collaboration in addressing issues related to radicalism and terrorism within the urban context of Surabaya. This research aims to provide valuable insights for the Surabaya city government and relevant stakeholders regarding the issue of radicalism and terrorism in Surabaya to inform policy decisions. Within the framework of radicalism and terrorism, it is vital to explore how cross-sector collaboration in the urban setting of Surabaya addresses this phenomenon. This study uses the Penthaelix cooperation framework to analyze the dynamics of collaboration among various stakeholders in Surabaya City in their efforts to combat radicalism and terrorism. The researchers successfully identified eight key informants representing each stakeholder cluster. Through conducting research and engaging in interviews, valuable insights were gathered regarding the patterns of cooperation that emerged and the problems encountered.
