Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of fine motor development at TK Pertiwi 3, Office of the Governor of Padang. This research is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The researcher uses the principal and teacher as informants. Ways to collect data that researchers use are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is done using data triangulation techniques. The results of the fine motor development activities at TK Pertiwi 3 The Office of the Governor of Padang has been carried out well as expected. The implementation of fine motoric development is carried out in the arts center and creativity by way of each class so that children do not feel bored. Every activity of implementing fine motor development is done more emphasized through activities that use hands, fingers through activities that produce a work. The teacher conducts fine motor development by providing simulations with various kinds of activities. The teacher has used a variety of methods in the implementation of the child's fine motor development, namely using, demonstration methods, direct practice methods, and methods of giving assignments.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the effect of Wheel of Fortune Media Modified on the Ability to Know Numbers in the Khaira Ummah Islamic Childhood Park in Padang. This type of research is quantitative with the quasy experiment method. The population of this study was Khaira Ummah Padang Islamic Kindergarten children, with the sampling technique being purposive sampling, namely group B6 for the experimental class and group B7 for the control class, each 12 children each. Data collection techniques using statement sheets, then the data is processed by different tests (t-test). Based on the data analysis, the average test results of the experimental group were 80.72 and SD was 7.84 while the control group was 72.91 and SD was 7.36. In testing the hypothesis obtained tcount of 2.4104 and ttable of 2.07387 at the real level α = 0.05 and dk = 22. Thus it can be concluded Media Wheel of Luck Modification increases in line with expectations in Khaira Islamic Kindergarten 2018/2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to photograph the bullying behavior carried out by children aged 5-6 years in TK Aisyiyah 29 Padang, so that the forms of bullying behavior can be identified and how the teacher attempts to deal with bullying problems at TK Aisyiyah 29 Padang. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study reseach methods. The informants chosen in this study were the teachers and principals who interacted directly with children every day. And for the subjects are childrens and teachers at TK Aisyiyah 29 Padang. Data collection teachniques used are observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. To test the data validity is done using triangulation. The results of the study showed that the number of children’s behaviors did lead to bullying because the frequency was frequent, and efforts to deal with bullying by teachers at TK Aisyiyah 29 Padang improved after being given knowledge and insights on how to deal bullying problems.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the success of parents in shaping the independence of early childhood in Jorong Nagari Gadang Akabiluru Subdistrict. The independence of early childhood is known from the results of interviews with parents and data from the Jorong Nagari Gadang school. Researchers suspect that the reason for the good independence of children in Jorong is because of guidance from parents. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were parents (mothers) who had early childhood totaling 26 people. The sampling technique used was a proportionate stratified random sampling of 21 people. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. While the data collection tool uses a list of statements (questionnaires). The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed parental guidance in shaping the independence of early childhood through (1) Parental support in shaping children's independence is classified very well (2) Exemplary parents in shaping children's independence are classified very well, and (3) Communication of parents in forming the independence of children is classified as very good.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low self-esteem of children in Talang Sari Nagari Kindergarten Lunang II Kecamatan Lunang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. This study aims to describe: (1) parenting parents, (2) children's self-confidence, (3) the relationship between parenting parents and self-confidence in children. This research includes correlational quantitative research. The population in this study was 25 parents of students at Talang Sari Kindergarten. The sample of this study was taken 80% of the population, namely 20 parents of students using the stratified random sampling technique. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use Rank Order. The results showed that: (1) poor parenting parents, (2) children's self-confidence are still low, and (3) there is a significant parent's Talang Sari Kindergarten Nagari Lunang II Kecamatan Lunang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. The suggestion that parents can apply proper parenting to their children so that they can increase children's self-confidence and can be used as reading material about parenting in shaping children's self-confidence.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the success of the Paket C education program in SPNF-SKB Region I Padang city, it seen from the satisfying learning citizen test scores. The researcher suspected that the cause of the success of the Paket C program was because of the tutor’s andragogic competence. The purpose of this research is to describe the tutor’s andragogic competencies which are seen from the ability to motivate the learning population, explain the learning objectives, present the material with relevant methods, use tools, and learning media, create a conducive learning climate and respond to each respondent's learning. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this research were 50 peoples who studied the package C program. Samples were taken in 80% of the population that numbered 30 peoples using cluster random sampling method. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. While the data collection tool uses a list of statements (questionnaires). The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed that the tutor’s andragogic competence in implementation of learning in package C education which included abilities in: (1) motivating learning citizens were categorized very good, (2) explaining learning objectives were categorized good, (3) presenting material with relevant methods categorized very good, (4) using tools and learning media categorized good, (5) creating a conducive learning climate that is categorized very good and (6) responding to each respondent's learning is categorized very good.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high activity of the Cleric of Nurul Ikhlas in Polonia, Air Tawar Timur Village, Padang Utara District, Padang City. The high level of activity of the Majelis Takhlim Nurul Ikhlas is alleged because the approach taken by the board was very good, the mobilization was very good, and the activities carried out went very well. The purpose of this research is to describe the approach used by the management in moving the activities of the Majelis Takhlim Nurul Ikhlas. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were 105 members of Majelis Takhlim Nurul Ikhlas, as well as 40 samples. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire, data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results showed that the management's approach to mobilizing the activities of the Majelis Takhlim was viewed in terms of (a) the approach taken by the management was very well done, (b) the mobilization carried out by the management could run very well, and (c) the activities of Majelis Takhlim went very well.

Abstract

This research is in the background by the lack of enthusiasm for learning foster children in Panti Asuhan Tunas Bangsa, where an inadequate learning environment. This study aims to look at the relationship between the learning environment to foster the spirit of children’s learning in Panti Asuhan Tunas Bangsa Kelurahan Nan Balimo Kota Solok. This type of research is quantitative correlational research. The population in this study were all foster children in Panti Asuhan Tunas Bangsa Kelurahan Nan Balimo Kota Solok, with the number of population of 40 people. Data collection techniques questionnaire with data analysis and calculation of the precentace and product moment to see the connection. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the learning environment to foster the spirit of children’s learning in Panti Asuhan Tunas Bangsa Kelurahan Nan Balimo Kota Solok.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the perception of fishermen families in their children’s education. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive method. The sampling technique in this study is the random sampling method. The population is a family head of 30 people. The sample in this study were 30 family heads. Data collection tools are interviews. The results of the study show that (1) The perception of fishermen’s family in terms of efforts to fulfill the wishes of the child, (2) The perception of fishermen’s family in terms of aspects supporting the child’s achievement.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the efficacy of the package C equality program in the Solok SKB SKNF, this was allegedly due to the effectiveness of the tutor's communication with the learning community. The aim of this research is to see the effectiveness of tutors' communication with the learning citizens of the Solok SKB SKB SPNF program equality seen from the aspect of people's understanding of learning, the enjoyment of learning citizens, the combination of tutors and learning citizens and the learning actions of tutors. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was 37 people who studied the equivalence program package C SPNF SKB Kota Solok. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling of 28 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. While the data collection tool is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed that (1) the effectiveness of the tutor's communication with the learning community on the aspects of categorizing understanding was very effective, (2) the effectiveness of the tutor's communication with the learning aspects of the pleasure aspect was very effective, (3) the tutors' communication with the learning aspects the learning population is very effective, and (4) the effectiveness of the tutor's communication with the learning community on the aspects of learning citizens' actions is categorized as very effective.
