Spesifikasi kajian ditujukan untuk mengeksplorasi, mengembangkan, dan menjelaskan pengetahuan tentang sejarah, filosofi, prinsip-prinsip, kebijakan, desain, dan teknologi yang digunakan dan dikembangkan dalam kajian pendidikan. JFACE: Journal of Family, Adult, and Early Childhood Education berperan dan berpartisipasi dalam upaya mendukung kelestarian tradisi ilmiah yang bersumber dari telaah teoritis para peneliti dan pengalaman praksis para praktisi pendidikan.

This research was written based on the existence of weaving activities in the community which aims to empower the community through skills activities so as to increase family income, improve welfare, create jobs reduce the level of urbanization. Indirectly can also preserve and maintain the Minangkabau culture to the next generation so that it does not become extinct. This is seen from the process of implementing community empowerment efforts through weaving training in Kampung Tenun. This study aims to illustrate how the effort of community empowerment through weaving training in the Batenggang Dibanang Nan Sahalai group that is being built in the village of Weaving Lintau. Community empowerment efforts start from the awareness process, mentoring process, evaluation process and follow-up process and its impacts. This type of research is research through a qualitative approach with the case study method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentary. Analysis of qualitative data used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The researcher findings relate to the object of research while the results of the study relate to research subjects related to planning training activities, implementing weaving training activities and evaluating as well as follow-up activities.

This research is motivated by the good learning outcomes of the KBIH pilgrimage of the pilgrimage to Nur Zikrillah Kota Padang, allegedly because the Hajj rituals are carried out using the simulation method. This study aims to see the implementation of the simulation method of Hajj guidance in KBIH Nurzikrillah Kota Padang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of the study was KBIH Nur Zikrillah pilgrimage worshipers in 2019 totaling 235 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. Samples were taken from 30% of the population, 70 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, a data collection tool using a questionnaire that contained a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use percentages. The results showed that: (1) the preparation of the Hajj guidance simulation was carried out well, (2) the Hajj guidance simulation process was carried out well, (3) the closing of the Hajj guidance simulation was carried out well. Can be seen from most of the congregation always giving statements. Research suggestions are in carrying out simulations, simulations have been prepared in full, the simulation process is followed closely, and reflection activities are held at the end of the simulation.

This research was motivated by the learning outcomes of students in English Language training at Kampung Inggris Sungkai City of Padang. This is evidenced by the interest and participation of students in following the learning process, significant improvement in students abilities, the existence of quality resources and achievments, a high level of student success in participating in this training. Researchers suspect the cause of good learning outcomes from students because of the learning strategies implemented in English Language training in Kampung Inggris Sungkai City of Padang. The purpose of this research is to look at learning methods, learning media, learning resources, dan learning techniques on English Language training ini Kampung Inggris Sungkai City of Padang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Population in this study were students in English Language training in Kampung Inggris Sungkai City of Padang, amounting to 20 people . The sampling technique used is Saturated Sample. Samples were taken as much as 100% of the population because the population less than 30 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Questionnaire in the form of a list of questions. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula. The results showed that the learning strategy in English Language training in Kampung Inggris Sungkai City of Padang are (a) learning strategies on aspect of learning method is very good (b) learning strategies on aspect of learning media is very good. (c) learning strategies on aspect learning resource is very good. (d) learning strategies on aspect learning technique is very good. It is evidenced by the percentage of student answers which reached 83, 90%. Based on the results of this study it is recommended that the institute continue to maintain the learning strategies applied to English Language training in Kampung Inggris Sungkai City of Padang.

This research was motivated by the high learning outcomes in training PKH Regional BBPPKS 1 Sumatra. This was evidenced by the learning outcomes of participants who are above average or reach the graduation target of 7.0 which is set by the BBPPKS institution. The researcher suspects that the cause of the learning outcomes of the participants was high because Widyaiswara and the participants were able to use online learning media well. This study aims to look at the use of online learning media in the Family Hope Training Program (PKH) at BBPPKS Regional 1 Sumatra. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study is the training participants PKH of 40 people. The sampling technique used was Cluster Random Sampling. Samples taken as much as 65% of the total population of 24 people. The technique of collecting data uses the questionnaire. While the data collection tool is a list of statements. The data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results showed that the use of online learning media in PKH training in BBPPKS Regional 1 Sumatra was (a) the use of online learning media from the aspect of material relevance that the material provided was relevant to the needs of participants (b) the use of online learning media from the aspect of Widyaiswara's ability that Widyaiswara able to provide material well (c) the use of online learning media from the aspect of ease of use for participants that participants are able to use learning media well (d) use of online learning media from the aspect of material availability that the material provided to participants is well provided (e) the use of online learning media from the aspect of program usefulness that the program implemented is beneficial for participants. This is evidenced by the majority of training participants always giving statements. Based on the results of the study it is recommended for institutions, managers and Widyaiswara to continue to improve and maintain the use of online learning media in PKH training in BBPPKS Regional 1 Sumatra.

This research is motivated by the high activity of sewing creativity trainees in UKM Padang, West Sumatra. This is allegedly due to the use of the learning methods used by the instructor in the training. This study aims to: describe the form of preparation, implementation and evaluation of the sewing creativity training process in UKM City of Padang, West Sumatra, using Demonstration learning methods. This research is a correlational quantitative study. The population in this study were all sewing creativity training participants in UKM Kota Padang, West Sumatra. The sampling technique is cluster random sapling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, while the data collection tool used a questionnaire in the form of a list of questions distributed to trainees. Data analysis techniques use percentages. The results of this study indicate that based on aspects such as preparation, implementation, evaluation in the use of demonstration methods in sewing creativity training in SMEs in Padang, West Sumatra. This is evidenced by the large number of trainees choosing alternative answers SR (Frequently) and SL (Always) in each of these aspects. Suggestions in this study are: it is expected that the use of learning methods in training is interesting and not tedious and can increase the activity and participation of students in the learning process, so that the process of acceptance of learning can be conveyed properly. And it is hoped that the use of demonstration learning methods by instructors can be maintained in every training that is carriedout.

This research was motivated by the high participation of graphic design training participants carried out by the Padang Data Training and Prima Institute. This was allegedly due to the interest of the trainees themselves. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all graphic design training participants in the Padang Prima Data Course and Training Institute, totaling 30 people. Samples were taken 75%, namely 22 people using cluster random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The tool in data collection is a list of written statements. Data analysis techniques use percentage calculations. The results of the study found that (1) the trainners had a very high feeling of participating in the neural design training (2) the trainees had a very high interest in attending the neural design training, and (3) the trainees had a very high awareness in participating in the training neural design. It is recommended to (1) trainees, in order to maintain interest in learning in graphic design training at Padang Data Prima Training and Course Institute; (2) instructor, in order to create a conducive social atmosphere in the learning process in graphic design training at Padang Data Prima Training Course and Institute.

This research is motivated by the high learning outcomes of learning citizens in learning IPS Package C program at PKBM Farilla Ilmi Tabing Padang City. This is suspected because the Tutor uses a good learning strategy in learning activities. This study aims to illustrate: (1) the learning strategy used by the tutor from the aspect of the learning method, (2) the learning strategy used by the tutor from the aspect of instructional media, (3) the learning strategy used by the tutor from the aspect of the learning approach, (4) the learning strategy the Tutor uses from aspects and learning resources. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were residents learning Package C Program 2018/2019 at Farilla Ilmi PKBM totaling 48 people. The sampling technique uses the stratified sampling method. Samples were taken as many as 33 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire.While the data collection tool is a questionnaire.Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results showed that (1) learning strategies on the learning method aspects were categorized very well, (2) learning strategies on the learning media aspects were categorized very well, (3) learning strategies on the learning approach aspects were categorized very well, (4) learning strategies on aspects learning resources are categorized as good.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pola rendahnya orang tua yang mana menyebabkan kedisiplinan remaja rendah di Kelurahan Lapai Kecamatan Nanggalo Kota Padang. Diduga salah satu faktornya disebabkan oleh bentu pola asuh yang diberikan oleh orang tua yang mana menyebabkan kedisiplinan diri remaja yang rendah. 1) bentuk pola asuh orang tua, 2) kedisiplinan diri remaja, 3) hubungan pola asuh orang tua menurut remaja dengan kedisiplinan pribadi di Kelurahan Lapai Kecamatan Nanggalo Kota Padang. Pelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian membantah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah remaja-remaja di SMP Negeri 12 Padang yang menyaksikan 144 orang remaja. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini 25%. Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 36 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan clusterrandomsampling. Teknik mengumpulkan data menggunakan angket, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan daftar setuju. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan produk momen. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa (1) Pola asuh orang tua menurut remaja kurangbaik, (2) Kedisiplinan diri remaja kurangbaik, (3) Hubungan anatara pola asuh orang tua menurut remaja yang rendah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pola asuh orang tua remaja masih rendah di Kelurahan Lapai Kecamatan Nanggalo Kota Padang. Saran untuk orang tua agar dapat memperhatikan remaja serta membimbing mereka agar lebih baik lagi.

This background reseaarch is the participation of mothers has motivated to follow the BKB’s activity. The aim of the research is to see how the instructor influence on Bina Keluarga Balita(BKB) at Bangau Putih region Padang city. The influence of the instructor on BKB activity as a facilitator, motivator, and educator. This type of research is quantitative research which population is BKB members that are 50 persons and 33 of them become samples. The technique of collecting data is using questioner and the technique analysis is percentage. The research finding are 1) the research shows the instructor influence on BKB program at Bangau Putih region Padang city is well. 2) The research shows the instructor influence as a motivator on BKB program at Bangau Putih region Padang city categorize well. 3) The research shows the instructor influence as an educator on BKB program at Bangau Putih region Padang city categorize well. suggestion 1) the research suggests the instructors of BKB program at Bangau Putih region Padang city to keep their role as facilitator motivator and educator in the good program. 2) for DP3AP2KB to keep increasing program policies that will create the good program. 3) for the next researcher hopefully can be discussed this study deeper with different variable.

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh keberhasilan pada program pelatihan house keeping di BLK Padang. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil belajar peserta didik saat mengikuti pelatihan. Penelitian menduga penyebab keberhasilan peserta didik mengikuti pelatihan adalah motivasi ekstrinsik, dan di dalam motivasi ekstrinsik terdapat dua aspek yang mendukung yaitu: a) aspek keluarga dan 2) aspek lingkungan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota peserta pelatihan house keeping yang berjumlah 32 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, yang mana sampel diambil sebanyak 65% dari populasi yaitu 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data daftar pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasli penelitian menunjukkan menurut peserta didik bahwa a) gambaran motivasi ekstrinsik peserta didik pada pogram pelatihan house keeping di BLK Padang dalam aspek keluarga terlaksana dengan baik. b) gambaran motivasi ekstrinsik peserta didik pada pogram pelatihan house keeping di BLK Padang dalam aspek lingkungan masyarakat terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini bisa dibuktikan dengan sebagian besar peserta didik memberikan pernyataan selalu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka disarankan. Kepada keluarga dan lingkungan masyarakat agar tetap meningkatkan motivasi, serta dorongan kepada peseta didik dalam mempertahankan kedisipilinan supaya hasil belajar peserta didik baik.
