Abstract

Lekra Cafe is one of the cafes in Cianjur, It is known that sales have decreased from time to time. For this reason, researchers are interested in conducting research on Lekra Cafe Marketing Mix Analysis in an Effort to Increase Sales. This study uses the theory of Philip Kotler and Armstrong on the marketing mix parameters and Basu Swastha for the sales parameters. This study uses a qualitative method by using in-depth interview data collection techniques to the manager of the Lekra cafe. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis according to Freddy Rangkuti. In this study, the informants are the managers of the Lekra cafe as the object of interviews and data of sales from time to time and the customers of the Lekra cafe consumers who have purchased as the object of the interview are flexible. The results of the study can be concluded that the Lekra cafe is in the Quadrant I position, meaning that it has an internal strength of 2.96; weakness 2.67; odds 2.02; and has a threat of 2.4. So as to produce a point coordinates x = 0.29; y= 0.7. This shows that the coordinates are in Quadrant I, which supports an aggressive strategy. Where this aggressive strategy shows a very profitable position, that Lekra cafe has opportunities and strengths so that it can optimally take advantage of existing opportunities and is on the right track by continuing to carry out aggressive development strategies that can increase sales. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is Growth Oriented Strategy.

Abstract

In an effort to increase sales volume, several efforts have been made by the company, namely determining a rational price level, providing a good distribution channel and conducting promotions to increase consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, distribution and promotion on the sales volume of Honda Beat motorcycles at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Tulang Bawang Barat.The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. This type of research is quantitative research with the research objects are price, distribution, promotion and sales volume. Population and sample in this study are reports on product prices, promotional costs and distribution costs at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra, Tulang Bawang Barat Regency, 2019-2020. Documentation technique data collection. The analytical tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program.The results showed that partially distribution and promotion had a positive and significant effect on sales volume, while price had no effect on sales volume. Simultaneously price, distribution and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sales volume. Based on the coefficient number and the tcount value, it can be seen that the factor that most influences the sales volume is the distribution factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital on economic profitability at PT BPR Semesta Megadana Cisaat Sukabumi. The research method used in this research is the explanative method, namely research that explains the causal relationship between the variables that affect the hypothesis. The results show that the working capital at PT BPR Semesta Megadana is basically sufficient, it can be seen that the working capital for four years is an average of Rp. 6,257,370,442 this is due to the demands of the company that have been announced by the company. Economic Profitability at PT BPR Semesta Megadana is basically influenced by working capital and the average economic profitability for four years is Rp.0.0555. The effect of working capital on economic profitability at PT BPR Semesta Megadana Cisaat Sukabumi based on calculations we can know is 24.6%.

Abstract

The large population of Indonesia makes Indonesia a market for imported products. Based on data from the Ministry of Trade, of all types of consumption goods, imports of processed food and beverages are the largest among imports of other consumer goods. Some consumer considerations in buying imported products are country of origin and the presence or absence of halal labeling. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of country of origin and halal labeling on purchasing decisions for imported food and beverage products in Metro City. Quantitative research design. The method used is explanatory survey. The object in this study is the country of origin and halal labeling on purchasing decisions. Metro City campus educational area activities. The research population is consumers, especially students with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results of the study show that partial country of origin and halal labeling have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, country of origin and halal labeling also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the composition of stocks forming the optimal portfolio with a single index model on the LQ45 Index stock, so that the stocks that are used as investment choices or form a portfolio are obtained. The population of this study is all the shares of issuers or go public companies that are in the LQ45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period February 2017-January 2021, which are 66 company shares while the sample of this study is 65 company shares which were selected based on non-probability sampling technique with the method purposive sampling. Data collection is done by using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out with the single index model stage, starting with collecting monthly closing price data to obtain the optimal portfolio and then measuring the optimal portfolio performance from the single index model. Based on the analysis results, there are 18 stocks that make up the optimal portfolio including MDKA, ANTM, TKIM, INKP, BRPT, ERAA, ACES, TBIG, CPIN, TPIA, BBCA, INCO, MEDC, MYRX, INDY, TOWR, MIKA, and BBRI stocks with expected returns the portfolio that investors will receive is 3.35% per month with portfolio risk (portfolio variance of 0.26% per month and standard deviation of 5.11% per month). From the results of the measurement of the optimal portfolio performance formed using the Sharpe Index, the optimal portfolio performance is 0.0690 or 6.90%. If using the Treynor Index, the optimal portfolio performance is 0.0130 or 1.30%. Meanwhile, if using the Jensen Index, the optimal portfolio performance is 0.0061 or 0.61%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada kinerja keuangan pada lembaga keuangan mikro. Salah satu lembaga keuangan mikro yang berperan aktif menyelenggarakan bisnis pada keuangan mikro di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat adalah Unit Dana Bergulir Kinali. Dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada Unit Dana Bergulir (UDB) Kinali. Desain penelitian ini dapat digolongkan ke dalam bentuk penelitian yang bersifat asosiatif (hubungan). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif yaitu menggunakan analisis linier berganda untuk menarik kesimpulan sebagai hasil penelitian terhadap metode analisa dan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 9 sebagai alat analisa. Dan didapatkan hasil bahwasanya Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba (Y). Untuk Non Performing Loan (NPL) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba (Y). Sedangkan Pada uji simultan (uji F) Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan Eviews 9 menunjukkan bahwa nilai R-Squared yang diperoleh sebesar 0,343218. Hal ini mengindikasi bahwa kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 34,32% dan sebesar 65,68% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam model pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Urban communities are now spoiled by the presence of various shopping centers. Even the location is sometimes in one area. This condition is very beneficial because people just have to choose which outlets to enter. Retail is an important link in the distribution process of goods and is the last link in a distribution process. Through retail, a product can meet directly with its users. To stimulate the economy, a supporting program is needed, namely the Sampoerna Ritail Community. Data was collected through a survey with a total of 62 SRCs in Soloraya. This research uses purposive sampling. Data analysis used regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that well being and the use of technology have an influence on retail performance while brand and customer protection, supply chain and government policies have no influence on retail performance

Abstract

Today, the e-commerce use is increasingly popular. Especially with the Covid-19 pandemic, which make many consumers start using e-commerce. To deal with it, MSME needs to adopt e-commerce in order to be able to survive during Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze factors that influence the adoption of e-commerce using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model and its effect on the level of sales of MSMEs. The sample in this study were 100 MSME in Surakarta. Data processing using SPSS. The results show that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influences, and facilitating conditions have an influence on e-commerce adoption, but partially only social influences have influence on e-commerce adoption. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, trust to customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia Veteran Surakarta Branch. The sample in this study amounted to 100 customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Veteran Surakarta branch. Bank using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique is a non probability sampling method. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: Service quality, trust have a significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is one of the business units managed by the village community as the spearhead of the welfare of the village community in the field of micro economics, the background of this research is due to almost every village, especially in Karangpapak Village, Cisolok Subdistrict, District Sukabumi, the organizational culture has not yet run both of these are seen in the management of BUMDes which when formed did not provide good performance and was not in accordance with Permendesa Number 4 of 2015 concerning Establishment, Management and Management, and Disbanding of Village-Owned Enterprises, the expected outcome of this research was the creation of the Karangpapak BUMDes Organizational Culture in accordance with what is expected by the village government and in accordance with existing regulations that serve as guidelines for regions and villages in the formation and management of BUMDes, the research method to be conducted is qualitative descriptive based on primary and secondary data consisting of 3 In forman namely Head Of Village, Director of BUMDes and Community Elements.
