Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sanggalangit, Kecamatan Gerokgakdengan tujuan: 1) menganalisis kualitas air pada sumber mata air di PuraTaman Desa Sanggalangit sebagai sumber air minum berbasis metodestoret, 2) mendeskripsikan kelayakan air sebagai sumber air minumberbasis metode storet, 3) membandingkan kualitas air pada tahun 2001dan pada tahun 2019. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, metodepencatatan dokumen, dan metode analisis laboratorium. Data yangdiperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan 1) Ditinjau dari sifat fisik dan kimia memenuhi standar bakumutu air mium sedangkan dari sifat biologi mengalami pencemaranringan. 2) Masih layak untuk dikonsumsi tetapi perlu pengolahan terlebihdahulu dan 3) Perbandingan kualitas air di Pura Taman pada tahun 2001dan pada tahun 2019 ditinjau dari sifat fisik masih sama, dari sifat kimiamengalami perubahan dan dari segi biologi mengalami penurunan.

This study aimed to analyze the process of Ngeuyeuk Seureuh tradition in Sundanese wedding custom and explain the relationship between Ngeuyeuk Seureuh culture and Islam law. This field work built on the study on custom and Islam law in the context of Ngeuyeuk Seureuh tradition in Sundanese custom wedding. Methods of collecting data used were interview and library study. Techniques of analyzing data used were inductive and descriptive data analysis methods. The result of research showed that sundanese wedding custom is the expression of contact between custom and Islam law. Both of them are complementary in each of wedding procession stages, from neundeun omongan, narosan (proposing), seserahan, ngecangkeun aisan, ngaras, siraman, ngerik, to ngeuyeuk seureuh. This study indicated that wedding process related to Islam law in Ngeuyeuk Seureuh tradition is a customary sustainability preserved by Sundanese people from one generation to the next. The wedding organization in Sunda proves that Islam sharia strengthens custom, and vice versa.

UJI KEPEKAAN BAKTERI YANG DIISOLASI DAN DIIDENTIFIKASI DARI SPUTUM PENDERITA BRONKHITIS DI RSUP PROF DR. R. D. KANDOU MANADO TERHADAP ANTIBIOTIK GOLONGAN SEFALOSPORIN (SEFIKSIM), PENISILIN (AMOKSISILIN) DAN TETRASIKLIN (TETRASIKLIN) Muhamad Faisal1), Fatimawali1), Defny Silvia Wewengkang1) 1)Program Studi Farmasi, FMIPA UNSRAT Manado, 95115 ABSTRACT Bronchitis is a respiratory disease caused by viruses and bacteria. Treatment used for bronchitis has been usually antibiotics. This study has aims to determine the level of sensitivity of the bacteria identified and isolated from the sputum of patients with bronchitis to antibiotics cephalosporins (cefixime), penicillin (amoxicillin) and tetracycline (tetracycline). This research was conducted by taking a sample of sputum of patients with bronchitis for isolation, identification of bacteria and sensitivity to antibiotics in accordance with the standards of NCCLS (National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards). These results indicate bacterial isolates were identified from sputum of patients with bronchitis is a species/genus of bacteria Bacillus sp, Klabsiella pneumonia, Bacteroides gracilis, Salmonella and Escherichia coli were resistant to the antibiotic cefixime and amoxicillin. Species/genus Bacillus sp and Escherichia coli to antibiotics tetracycline intermediate, as well a species/genus of bacteria Klabsiella pneumonia, Bacteroides gracilis and Salmonella are sensitive to the antibiotic tetracycline. Tetracycline antibiotics have a high level of sensitivity of the bacteria isolated from the sputum.Â Keywords: bronchitis, antibiotics, bacteria ABSTRAK Bronkhitis merupakan penyakit ISPA yang disebabkan oleh virus dan bakteri. Pengobatan yang digunakan untuk penyakit bronkhitis biasanya adalah antibiotik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat kepekaan bakteri yang diidentifikasi dan diisolasi dari sputum penderita bronkhitis terhadap antibiotikÂ golongan sefalosporin (sefiksim), penisilin (amoksisilin) dan tetrasiklin (tetrasiklin). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel sputum penderita bronkhitis untuk dilakukan isolasi, identifikasi bakteri serta kepekaannya terhadap antibiotik sesuai dengan standar NCCLS (National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bakteri yang teridentifikasi dari isolat sputum penderita bronkhitis adalah jenis/genus bakteri Bacillus sp, Klabsiella pneumonia, Bacteriodes Gracilis, Salmonella dan Escherichia coli telah resisten terhadap antibiotik sefiksim dan amoksisilin. Jenis/genus bakteri Bacillus sp dan Escherichia coli intermediate terhadap antibiotik tetrasiklin, serta jenis/genus bakteri Klabsiella pneumonia, Bacteriodes Gracilis dan Salmonella peka terhadap antibiotik tetrasiklin. Antibiotik tetrasiklin memiliki tingkat kepekaan yang tinggi terhadap bakteri yang diisolasi dari sputum. Kata kunci : Bronkhitis, antibiotik, bakteri

In this study, how to create an SMD resistor application that aims to help mobile phone technicians who experience problems in reading an SMD resistor value whose size is as large as fleas. This is because the SMD resistor has unique codes to determine the value of a component that is not easily memorized for mobile and computer repair technicians, thus influencing the effectiveness and speed of work of mobile phone technicians. For the tools used in making this application include the Indigo Eclipse, Android Windows SD, UML and Flowchart.

Kualitas kerja didefinisikan sebagai ukuran terhadap jumlah pekerjaan yang berhasil diselesaikan dengan efektif. Parameter efektivitas menunjukkan sejauh mana hasil yang dicapai oleh karyawan dapat membantu perusahaan mencapai tujuan dan target yang telah diterapkan sebelumnya. Salah satu cara untuk menilai kedisiplinan karyawan adalah dengan melihat daftar kehadiran karyawan, yang mencangkup hal-hal seperti izin, ketidak hadiran, dan keterlambatan. PT. Cahaya Abadi Ekspres masih menggunakan sistem absensi manual saat ini. Karena sulit untuk memantau kapan karyawan masuk dan keluar, kondisi ini kurang efisien dan memakan waktu yang lama, yang dapat mengganggu proses penggajian. Metode manual juga meningkatkan kemungkinan kesalahan dalam pencatatan data, dan proses pengambilan data menjadi lebih lambat dan dapat menyebabkan data hilang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang system informasi manajemen presensi GPS dan foto karyawan berbasis web yang lebih efektif dengan menggunakan tiga metode : pengumpulan data (observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka), analisis kebutuhan serta perancangan UML (Unified Modeling Language).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan system informasi manajemen presensi GPS dan foto karyawan berbasis web ini dapat memudahkan pendataan,memonitoring presensi kehadiran karyawan secara efisien, serta membantu mengurangi potensi kecurangan serta meningkatkan disiplin karyawan terhadap jam masuk kerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh keterampilan interpersonal, problem solving, dan resiliensi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Gen Z yang aktif dalam organisasi mahasiswa di Universitas Dian Nusantara. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan: Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sampel jenuh pada 99 mahasiswa aktif di ORMAWA. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner online. Analisis mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, regresi berganda, serta uji T dan model. Temuan: Keterampilan interpersonal dan resiliensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, dengan nilai t-hitung masing-masing 4,189 dan 2,725 serta nilai signifikansi 0,000. Sebaliknya, problem solving tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t-hitung 1,060 dan signifikansi 0,292. Koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan 50,6% variasi kesiapan kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel ini. Implikasi: Keterampilan interpersonal dan resiliensi harus lebih diperhatikan dalam pengembangan program organisasi mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja. Orisinalitas/Nilai: Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pentingnya keterampilan interpersonal dan resiliensi dalam kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Gen Z, memberikan panduan baru untuk program pelatihan dan pengembangan di lingkungan akademis.

This paper aims to find out in depth about the implementation of legal protection and the factors that influence the implementation of legal protection for employees who work at night at PT INDOMARCO PRISMATAMA. This type of research is empirical juridical research, which examines problems or facts that occur in the field based on laws and regulations. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. In this case the owner or entrepreneur of PT INDOMARCO PRISMATAMA has been quite effective in implementing the provisions stipulated in the Law of the Republic of IndonesiakNumber 13 ofo2003 but one thing that cannot be implemented is the lack of security for employees who work night shifts. The reality on the ground is that most of the workers themselves object to the lack of safety guarantees when working at night. This research is entitled "Rebuttal to Fatima Mernissi's Thoughts (Critical Study of Hadith Ṣahīh Bukhāri)" This study is based on the justice towards women contained in various religious texts (including hadith) which has begun to be questioned since the presence of the feminist equality movement. Some feminists accuse Islam of being a patriarchal religion that discriminates against and oppresses women. So this study will analyze one of the feminist figures, namely Fatima Mernissi, who conducted a series of criticisms of the authentic hadith of Bukhari. This research is library research, the data sources used in this study are the book of Ṣahīh Bukhāri, and Mernissi's book entitled Woman and Islam: An Historical and Theological Inquiry. Analyzed using the sanad and matan criticism approach so that the results of this study show that, First, Mernissi attacks the personality of Abu Bakrah as one of the narrators in the hadith of female leadership. Abu Bakrah is accused of being a figure who prioritizes political interests in the narration of this hadith, namely being spoken in order to prove it at a critical time. And this is refuted by the hadith in the previous chapter which tells that Abu Bakrah was proven not to side with any side during the civil war not because of political gain. Second, Mernissi gave a series of criticisms of Abu Hurairah. However, scholars agree that the companions were agreed upon for their justice even if the companions were involved in slander/conflict. So that the criticism that was thrown did not invalidate the validity of the companions as transmitters of the hadith. Third, regarding women as bad luck, Mernissi questioned Bukhari why he included the hadith without including the hadith of Aisah as a comparison. Mernissi's question was answered that similar or equivalent hadiths are found in many books. It is even found in Sahih Muslim, so the hadith deserves the predicate muttafaq 'alaih.
