Abstract

The news about women in some newspapers, still dominated news of violence against women. Gender inequality is also often seen in positioning actors in the Daily Newspaper. Women are always an object in the news and its presence is always displayed by others. The purpose of this research is (1) to describe the position of actor in Pekanbaru Metro Expres Daily (MX), (2) to describe reader position in Pekanbaru Metro Expres (MX) Daily Newspaper. This research type is qualitative research with descriptive method. This study uses instrument in the form of documentation. The results of this study were (1) the victimized woman only as an object in the news, while the perpetrator and the police became the subject who told the chronology of the event, (2) the reader would position himself as a man because the news was written based on information obtained from the perpetrator and Police. Therefore, it can be concluded (1) there has been no concern for gender and feminism, (2) the reader positions itself as a man because the news only tells about the perpetrator.

Abstract

The implementation of Information Gap Activity and Jumbled Sentences Game in Teaching Reading Comprehension at Eight Grade Smp Muhammadiyah 2 Mariyai Sorong Regency Thesis English Education Department faculty of language sosicial and sport education university of pendidikan muhammadiyah sorong,Mey 2023. The objective of this research is to know whether the implementation of information gap Activity and jumble sentence game has impact or not on students’ reading at smp muhammadiyah 2 mariyai sorong regency. The research used pre-experimental quantitative research design with design is one group pretest-posttest. The population of this research was the eight grade students’ at Smp Muhammadiyah 2 Mariyai Sorong Regency. The researcher choose this class because there are some problems on students’ reading. In thecollecting data researcher used multyple choice with 20 questions for the pretest and posttest. To analyzed the data the researcher use SPSS 20 version. The result finding of the research showed that the result of pair sample T test(0,00) the categorized was impact .In addition to result of the pair sample T-test is P value (0.00)<(0,05).it means that HO was rejected and Ha was accept. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) was there is an impact in teaching reading using information gap and jumbled sentence game

Abstract

Web-based inventory applications have become an important role in managing inventory in various companies. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based inventory application that aims to assist companies in managing and monitoring inventory efficiently. This application will utilize website and database technology to provide the features needed by companies in their inventory management. CV Perdana Berkah Sejahtera is a company engaged in general trading in the Bandung area. This company is more likely to be engaged in sales such as Office Stationery, Computers, Laptops, Chemicals, Computer Accessories and others. As for the stock management system, it still uses manual recording through paper media which is carried out by employees, data is easily damaged and lost, and errors often occur in recording inventory. The research method used is the waterfall model software development method, observation, interviews, literature study. The result of this research is the formation of a website-based application that can provide effective and efficient solutions in stock management.

Abstract

The aim of this study was conducted to investigate the reproductive performances of working mare at Praibokul Tanarara Village Sub District Matawai La Pawu Of Sumba Timur Regency. The material used as the acceptors were 78 young female horse. The young female horses were used in the study belonged 50 respondens who lived in the Praibokul Tanarara village. The parameters used to observed the first mating age of young female horses were the service per conception (S/C) and foaling interval (FI). The data collected were analyzed descriptively. It analyzed and described the process of service per conception and foaling interval of the female horses. The result in this research showed that the average value of first mating age of horse female aged 2,5 years of S/C was 3 times and FI was 17 months. In otherwords, the the foaling of interval of young female horses took almost 17 months of their age. The conclucion of this research was that the young female horses at Praibokul Tanarara Village West Matawai La Pawu Of Sumba Timur Regency was generally less than the normal performance ofreproductive of horses in common . The young female horses actually need to have more normal performance in reproduction in this young age

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the factors that affect the productivity of PT. Bank Papua Branch Office Nabire and to determine the factors that most affect the productivity of emplpyees of PT. Bank Papua Branch Office Nabire District Nabire Province Papua.This research was conducted at PT. Bank Papua Branch Office Nabire Province Papua. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Bank Papua Branch Office Nabire District Nabire with population of 105 people. Sampling technique using purposive sampling, so that can be sampling as many as 83 people. Analyzer use multiple regression analysis.The results showed the existence of education and training, mutation and work loyalty significantly affect the productivity of employees PT. Bank Papua Branch Office Nabire District Nabire. The result of regression test simultanne usly with F test shows F count equal to 57,920. These results show the variable used in the model synchron usly or together. This means that the variables of education and training, mutation, and work loyalty able to explain the variables of employee productivity. The R square 0,750 indicates the varian in education and training, mutation, and work loyalty can explain the variation employee productivity by 75 percent, while the cost of 25 percent is caused by other variables that can not be used in the research model.

Abstract

Tourism is a trip planned by someone for a certain time from one place to another, the purpose of which is for entertainment or hobbies so that their wishes are fulfilled. The development of tourism in Indonesia is currently increasing rapidly, however, as is well known, for the last two years people have experienced isolation, restrictions on social activities, bans on traveling and closure of the country from foreign tourists due to the pandemic, which has triggered people to take revenge travel which involves emotional and tend to exaggerate. According to a report from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Indonesia's domestic tourism sector consistently shows recovery in 2022 after being hit by a pandemic in 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Ziara Wisata Nusantara, this study used a quantitative method of analysis with SPSS 26. The number of samples in this study amounted to 170 with the slovin sampling technique. The results of this study obtained that the variable Service Quality (X) has an influence value of 0.60 and the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) has an influence value of 0.60. Then the simultaneous Service Quality is 0.595 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it can be said that the research hypothesis is accepted because the Service Quality Variable has a moderate positive influence on Customer Satisfaction Variables.

Abstract

The aim of this research is arranging human resource performance indicator by learning and growth perspective in balanced scorecard method at 4 Ulu Health Center Palembang City. This research is a qualitative research by using case study approach. The populations are all of workers of 4 Ulu Health Center Palembang City. And the samples are permanent workers in 4 Ulu Health Center Palembang City. And the samples are permanent workers in 4 Ulu Health Center Palembang City. The steps of this research are literature study, internal meeting to key informants, first step of questionnaires spreadsheet, second step of questionnaires spreadsheet and recommendation indicators measurement. As result of this research, the most relevant and important human resource indicator which is used to assess human resource performance in 4 Ulu Health Center Palembang City are work quality of human resources indicator, human resource involvement in decision making indicator, skill indicator, turn over ratio indicator, and worker’s absence indicator.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the character elements instilled by the characters in the novel Universe of Love Zahara. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research using a descriptive method. The data used in this study is a human instrument, namely the research itself. It can be said that this information and research is all written sources obtained from books and documents of research results. Data sources are divided into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. The primary data is the novel book of the universe of love Zahara, while the secondary data is books, scientific journals, and data related to this research. The results of this study show that Zahara is a hardworking and unyielding figure to achieve his goals. Zahara is also grounded, smart, kind and loves his family. The main character is in the form of Zahara's character in helping.
