Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence CPO exports, institutions that play a role in CPO export activities, and the problems faced by CPO exporters in North Sumatra province. The research sample was determined purposively, namely PT. Socfindo. PT. Socfindo is one of the CPO exporters in North Sumatra province. The results of the study are as follows. First, the factors that have a partially significant effect on CPO exports in North Sumatra province include domestic CPO prices (X1), the Rupiah exchange rate against US $ (X3), the Rupee exchange rate against US $ (X4), and Indian GDP (X5 ) While the world price of CPO (X2) does not have a partial significant effect on CPO exports in North Sumatra province. Second, the institutions that play a role in CPO export activities in North Sumatra province include the Office of Industry and Trade, the Bank, the Belawan Agricultural Quarantine Center, the Entrepreneurs of Customs Services, the Sea Freight Expedition and the Belawan Port Customs. Third, the problems faced by CPO exporters include the imposition of high export tax, a long and complicated administration system, the timetable for sending CPO to importing countries is sometimes not timely, and the security is not optimal in Belawan Port

Abstract

Di seluruh dunia, terutama di Indonesia, persaingan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi meningkat dengan cepat. Untuk menjaga kelangsungan bisnis atau kelangsungan bisnis, pelaku ekonomi akan melakukan berbagai jenis metode atau strategi. Perusahaan yang memiliki nilai perusahaan tinggi akan menarik investor untuk menanam saham sehingga keuangan perusahaan juga akan meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan Dividen, Profitabilitas dan Keputusan Investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 perusahaan manufaktur sub-sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga ada 6 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 22 dalam mengolah data. Hasil uji F adalah harga saham, dividen dan laba per saham secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil uji T secara parsial, harga saham dan laba per saham berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan dividen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Dengan metode pendekatan-pendekatan yang digunakan yakni: Pendekatan perundang-undangan (statue approach), yakni suatu pendekatan dengan menggunakan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagai bahan hukum primer. Kemudian Pendekatan konsep (conceptual approach), yaitu suatu pendekatan yang beranjak dari pandangan-pandangan dan doktrin-doktrin yang berkembang didalam ilmu hukum. Hasil penelitian adalah pada pokoknya pengaturan POJK Stimulus Dampak COVID-19 dan Kebijakan pemerintah terkait relaksasi pembayaran angsuran kredit ini berlaku kepada debitur selama terbukti terdampak pandemi covid-19. Kredit bermasalah itu bisa disebabkan oleh berbagai macam faktor misalnya ada kesengajaan dari pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam proses kredit, disebabkan oleh faktor lain seperti Pandemi COVID-19. Ada dua metode penyelesaian kredit bermasalah, yaitu: 1. Penyelamatan kredit. bermasalah adalah perundingan kembali antara Bank sebagai kreditur dan Debitur, 2. Penyelesaiakan kredit bermasalah adalah penyelesaian melalui lembaga hukum. dalam hal ini adalah Panitia Piutang Negara PUPN dan Direktorat Jendral Piutang dan Lelang Negara DJPLN, Lembaga Peradilan dan melalui arbitrase atau badan alternatif penyelesaian sengketa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of writing skill of negotiation of class X IPS 5 SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi. The findings of the study on the results of improving the negotiating text writing skills through the CIRC cooperative learning model of X IPS 5 grade students of SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi were carried out well. The percentage of student completeness has increased, namely in the pre-cycle the percentage of completeness as much as 44.5% with an average value of 65.7, in the first cycle after being given treatment to 69.5% with an average value of 76.9, and in the second cycle being 83.4% with an average value of 86.5. Keywords: improvement, negotiation text writing skills, CIRC Cooperative model.

Abstract

Film merupakan media massa yang memiliki fungsi, antara lain sebagai saluran informasi, pendidikan, sarana hiburan dan untuk memengaruhi. Pesan di dalam film tersebut dikemas sedemikian rupa sesuai fungsinya untuk mencapai tujuan yang ingin dicapainya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pesan positif dalam film Hidden Figures yang bertema rasisme di Amerika Serikat pada tahun 1960an. Setting film ini adalah persaingan untuk mengorbitkan astronot ke luar angkasa antara Amerika Serikat (NASA) dengan Rusia atau Uni Soviet. Hasil pembahasan tulisan ini menunjukkan pesan-pesan positif dalam film Hidden Figures, antara lain, semangat pantang menyerah dalam memerjuangan hak yang seharusnya diperoleh, orang yang pintar dan terampil dapat bertahan hidup, dan menghargai perbedaan membawa kebaikan bagi semua pihak.

Abstract

Komunikasi yang baik dan berkualitas dapat membantu meningkatkan hubungan serta mampu mengatasi permasalahan, sedangkan komunikasi yang buruk akan mengganggu hubungan tersebut dan cenderung mengarah pada konflik yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan komunikasi interpersonal antara siswa yang memiliki pacar dengan siswa yang tidak memiliki pacar di MAN 1 Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan komunikasi interpersonal antara siswa yang memiliki pacar dengan siswa yang tidak memiliki pacar di MAN 1 Medan. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 50 orang siswa yang sudah dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang dibutuhkan peneliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala komunikasi interpersonal dengan pemberian angket kepada sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji regresi dengan menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment dan Alpha Cronbach. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Pacaran, Siswa dan Siswi.

Abstract

New students admission (PMB) is a routine activities for education institution. Therefore, it was necessary for the institution to be aware of the mechanism of PMB to produce competent and qualified prospective students. Forecasting of PMB needed to predict the number of students and to prepare the institution infrastucture facilities to welcome the new freshmen. The research discussed the determination of forecasting number of Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika PSDKU Karawang students by using time series forecasting with three different method: moving everage, exponential smoothing and trend analysis. It also compare Mean Absolute Presentage Error (MAPE) calculated by QM for Windows. The result of the research showed that trend analysis was the most effective method which had 41.84 MAD, 2324.28 MAD, 4.99 % of MAPE and 557 students for next forecasting. The conclussion from data analysis processing showed that Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika should provide all of infrastructure facilities for the teaching and learning process with the number of 557 students in 2020.

Abstract

Sektor Perkembangan teknologi jaringan komputer telah banyak seiring dengan kebutuhan perusahaan akan sistem jaringan komputer yang handal, tetapi memiliki struktur sesederhana mungkin. Dalam keseharianya Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan Jakarta menggunakan jaringan komputer sebagai sarana penunjang pekerjaan. BBPK sendiri menggunakan jenis jaringan Local Area Network (LAN). Permasalahan yang ditemui antara lain adalah sering terjadinya looping diperangkat switch sehingga membuat internet menjadi lambat, permasalahan ini dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan metode Spanning Tree Protocol untuk menghentikan loop yang terjadi. Belum adanya batasan akses antar divisi, hal ini memungkinkan user yang tidak dikenal atau tidak diizinkan dapat mengakses data yang ada pada BBPK, dalam hal ini penulis menerapkan VLAN untuk memberikan hak akses pada setiap divisi. Dan permasalahan yang terakhir yang terjadi pada kantor BBPK yaitu masih mudahnya beberapa bagian atau divisi mengakses server dengan bebas, sehingga kebocoran data dapat terjadi, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penulis mengaktifkan fitur Access List yang ada pada perangkat Router agar dapat membatasi bagian mana saja yang boleh mengakses server.

Abstract

Our education has so far emphasized the cognitive domain, informative knowledge, which only uses traditional learning models or in the direction of the learning process. The PAK field of study is one of the areas of research that is based on building and forming individuals, as well as the growth of the faith of students. As educators who are directly related to the teaching and learning process, the teacher will play an essential role in determining the learning outcomes that students will achieve. The selection of the right learning model is a demand and must be fulfilled by an educator so that the process of delivering material or learning material can arouse students' learning interest, the results of which will determine the achievements that students will achieve. The approach of this research is quantitative research with a correlational approach, which is to find out how much influence PAIKEM has on the PAK teaching and learning process on increasing student interest in learning. The results of this study are the magnitude of the influence of the PAIKEM model on student learning interest is 0.998 with a Very Strong interpretation and has a relationship with a value of 0.733. So as an educator who is directly related to the teaching and learning process plays an essential role in determining student learning outcomes, for that the teacher must change the old teaching pattern by using the PAIKEM model to increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of net Income, comprehensive income, other comperhensive Income, SEC (Components from other comprehensive Income with low subjectivity) and N_SEC (Components from other comprehensive Income with high subjectivity) to stock return in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 – 2015.This study uses quantitative data that have been published in the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( BEI ) . The samples used in this study were 164 , including 41 companies that met the study criteria , as this study using purposive sampling method in sample selection . While the method of data analysis using panel data regression techniques with Eviews 9.0 application.The result of tests performed by using chow test and Hausman test choose better random effect model. Results in partial test (t test) obtained that net Income, comprehensive income, and N_SEC (Components from other comprehensive Income with high subjectivity) to stock return, while the other comperhensive Income, and SEC (Components from other comprehensive Income with low subjectivity) has no effect on stock return . While the results of simultaneous ( F test ) obtained net Income, comprehensive income, other comperhensive Income, SEC (Components from other comprehensive Income with low subjectivity) dan N_SEC (Components from other comprehensive Income with high subjectivity) has no simultan effect to stock return . Where the error rate used is 5 % or 0.05 at significant level of 95%
