JURNAL BADATI diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku. KATA BADATI adalah sebuah nama yang berasal dari kosa-kata bahasa daerah Maluku Tengah, tepatnya masyarakat Ambon dan Lease. Badati, secara singkat, adalah suatu suasana yang tumbuh dan terpelihara bergenerasi dalam keseharian aktivitas bersama secara kekeluargaan di mana setiap orang atau keluarga, baik dalam pendekatan orang per orang, keluarga (baik dalam garis lurus atau menyimpang), atau anak negeri/masyarakat dalam satu negeri/desa, menunjukkan kepeduliannya untuk turut menanggung suatu beban (biasanya secara material) bersama yang sebelumnya tidak bisa ditanggung oleh seseorang atau suatu keluarga. Pilihan nama BADATI mengandung makna filosofi, yakni menunjuk pada upaya untuk mencerdaskan dan memberdayakan orang demi kesejahteraannya (individu, kelompok dan masyarakat) melalui pikiran-pikiran dari hasil penelitian kajian teoritik tidak dapat dilakukan secara sendiri-sendiri tanpa bekerja bersama dengan melibatkan pihak lain sebagai sistem sumber (Jejaring). Di dalam prinsip bekerja bersama itu, secara esensial, bertujuan untuk memandirikan orang (individu, kelompok dan masyarakat) sebagai subyek dengan menggali dan memaksimalkan potensi yang dimilikinya secara bermartabat. BADATI memiliki nomor ISSN 1907-5340 (cetak) diterbitkan secara cetak sejak tahun 2007 dan pada tahun 2019 Jurnal Badati diterbitkan secara online sejak Volume 1 no 1 tahun 2019 dengan no ISSN 2722-3248 (online) oleh Fakultas Ilmu Sosial & Ilmu Politik sampai sekarang. Dengan tujuan untuk mempublikasikan hasil kajian ilmiah dan penelitian dalam bidang ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora. BADATI menerima tulisan berbentuk riset kuantitatif maupun kualitatif dari akademisi, praktisi, peneliti yang relevan dengan topik ilmu sosial dan humaniora. Artikel yang dikirimkan haruslah belum pernah atau tidak sedang dalam proses dimuat pada jurnal lainnya. Artikel yang masuk harus sesuai dengan petunjuk penulisan atau format yang telah ditetapkan. Editor akan menolak artikel yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tanpa proses lebih lanjut. Artikel yang telah memenuhi persyaratan akan dinilai kelayakannya oleh reviewer melalui proses blind-review. BADATI terbit dua kali dalam satu tahun, April dan November.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication strategy of the General Election Commission (KPU) of SBT Regency in the regional head election during the COVID-19 pandemic. The researcher uses a qualitative research type with the research subject of SBT Regency KPU, HR Division and community participation. The results showed that the communication strategy of the SBT Regency General Election Commission (KPU) in managing the Regional Head Election (PILKADA) during the Covid-19 Pandemic was in accordance with Walter Shewhart's theory, namely: (1) Plan, in terms of planning to manage Pilkada during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19 SBT Regency KPU is regulated by PKPU Number 5 of 2020 and technical implementation is regulated by PKPU Number 6 of 2020, (2) Do, in the Implementation of Pilkada during the Covid-19 pandemic, the SBT Regency KPU is in accordance with PKPU Number 5 of 2020 which all stages of the Pilkada are carried out using the Covid-19 prevention and spread protocol, (3) Check, after designing and implementing it, the thing that needs to be done to know in depth the problems in the field is to evaluate. The SBT Regency KPU in managing and carrying out the Pilkada during the pandemic also encountered problems at the stages of the Pilkada. One of them is the violation of health protocols at the time of registration for candidates for regent and deputy regent. However, the problem is immediately evaluated so that at the next stage the SBT Regency KPU can fix it, (4) Act, after going through the evaluation process then proceed with the follow-up process, in this process it can be in the form of modifying the problem, revising the process or changing policies.

Abstract

Morale is a person's desire and sincerity to do his job well and be disciplined to achieve maximum work performance. Therefore, every organization must strive in such a way that its employees still have high morale in completing the assigned tasks. However, to achieve the desired work spirit is not easy, because many factors influence it, including organizational culture, work environment and promotions. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizationalculture, job promotion and work environment either partially or simultaneously on work morale. This research uses descriptive-quantitative approach with causal correlational type. The population used in this study were all employees of the Planning and Development Agency of Maluku Province as many as 134 people consisting of 74 ASN and 60 honorary staff. Determination of the number of samples using the Isaac and Michael sample table, where if the population is 134 people, then at the 95% confidence level, the sample is 97 people, which is determined by simple random sampling. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that organizational culture, promotion and work environment had a positive andsignificant effect on work morale, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The main challenge that forms the basis of marketing is to build a brand or brand in the minds of consumers. Many products have low brand equity because of the many variants and substitutes that appear on the market. The box tea is also a favorite drink for students, especially students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Victory University, Sorong. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand equity on the purchasing decision of boxed tea drinks (a case study of Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Victory Sorong University). The research method used is quantitative research methods. The result of the research is that there is an influence of brand equity on the purchasing decision of Teh Kotak for students of the Management Study Program at Victory Sorong University. Based on the results of the calculation of the t-count value of the brand equity variable, it can be seen that the t-count value of 4.814 is smaller than the t-table value of 1.675 and the Sig value of 0.000. Thus the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the brand equity variable has a significant influence on the decision to purchase Teh Kotak for students of the Management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Victory University, Sorong

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of leadership on the performance of millennial employees, (2) the effect of rewards on the performance of millennial employees, (3) the effect of punishment on the performance of millennial employees and (4) the influence of leadership, reward and punishment on the performance of millennial employees. The study was conducted at the BRI Ambon Branch Office for 2 (two) months, from March to April 2022. The population used in this study were all 54 millennial employees of the BRI Ambon Branch Office. Due to the relatively small number of samples (less than 100 people) and easily accessible by researchers, a saturated sample was determined. The results of the study conclude that (1) leadership has no significant effect on the performance of millennial employees, (2) rewards have no significant effect on the performance of millennial employees, (3) punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial employees and (4) Leadership, reward and punishment have an effect on positive and significant impact on the performance of millennial employees of the BRI Ambon Branch Office.

Abstract

Quantitative research can be interpreted as a method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research certain populations or samples, sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. . Included in quantitative methods are experimental and survey methods, therefore the method used in this research is a survey method to obtain data from certain natural (not artificial) places, but researchers carry out treatments in collecting data, for example by distributing questionnaires, tests , structured interviews and so on. Based on the results of the research above with 40 respondent answers and 30 indicators or statements, the researcher obtained results using several tests including a validity test to correct and find out whether from each statement in the questionnaire the number of each variable from the test results was known, that the calculation results are valid. Then the researcher continued with the reliability test, t test (partial), f test (simultaneous), knowing that the independent variables together had a significant effect on the dependent variable, thus from these two data tests the hypothesis was accepted. This means that the Ambon Tribune Online Media has an influence on fast information to the public. Next, the researcher used a simple regression test and coefficient of determination test to calculate the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, so it can be shown that the percentage influence of the Ambon Tribune Online Media is 49.6%, while the remaining 50.4% is influenced by other indicators. Variable Y is fast information to the public with indicators namely; Maluku information can, health information, local eye information choose to have a significant effect on variable X so that the hypothesis results are accepted.

Abstract

Pekerja seks komersial merupakan gejala kemasyarakatan dimana wanita menjual diri melakukan perbuatan-perbuatan seksual sebagai mata pencaharian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Strategi Bertahan Hidup Perempuan Pekerja Seks Komersial di Lokalisasi Kampung Jawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengambil Penelitian Di Lokalisasi Kampung Jawa RT 008/RW 004 Kecamatan Pulau-Pulau Aru Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru. Sumber data adalah pekerja seks komersial, mucikari, dan Ketua RT sebagai informan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan  dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perempuan pekerja seks komersial mampu mempertahakan hidupnya dengan cara bekerja sebagai pekerja seks komersial menggunakan strategi jaringan yang merupakan strategi bertahan hidup yang dilakukan dengan cara menjalani relasi baik formal maupun dengan lingkungan sosial dan lingkungan kelembagaan. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan selain berhubungan seks pekerja seks komersial juga menemani karoke atau minum-minuman keras. Masalah-masalah yang dialami pekerja seks komersial selain faktor ekonomi adapun juga faktor kesehatan. Dari hasil penelitian ini saran yang diberikan bagi Pekerja Seks Komersial harus rutin dalam pemeriksaan kesehatan.

Abstract

In-depth interviews and literature review. The conclusion of this study is that judging from the communication process that occurs, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of a communication pattern used in the Lolotuara Village Office, Southwest Maluku Regency greatly influences the performance results of government staff in the village, this can be seen from the use of secondary communication patterns. , linear and circular which are quite good but the pattern of communication is primarily not implemented properly so that the performance of the staff in the office has not been done optimally. It is hoped that all parties can carry out their duties and responsibilities to the fullest, and the communication patterns that occur within the Lolotauara Village office environment will continue to be even better, so as to create a sense of mutual understanding. Positive feedback and effective communication patterns can also be realized as expected by all parties.

Abstract

Ambonese Malay is one of the regional languages spoken by the people in Maluku Province, and is classified as a family of standard Malay languages spoken in the Maluku Province. As time goes by, it is undeniable that the times have made the new generation lack of understanding of the language that has been handed down by its predecessors, the gap in understanding between the two generations arises due to the non-smooth transfer of group communication from generation to generation. Many young people cannot use Ambonese Malay well and some do not understand the meaning of some Malay words, and they also prefer to use mixed languages. The purpose of this study was to find out how to preserve the Ambonese Malay language in Ambon City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type. From the results of the research, it can be seen that there is still preservation of the Ambonese Malay language in the community. Although there is preservation of the Ambonese Malay language, there are still obstacles found by the community in using Malay as a language to facilitate communication, according to some informants sometimes when used in the communication process the meaning is not understood by children because it is considered a new vocabulary for them. them, besides that, their dialect pronunciation is too fast and some in the surrounding environment no longer use Ambonese Malay so that the communication process is a bit hampered.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the policy of the public service system to achieve the quality of public services and the factors of the gap in the quality of public services in the new normal era at the Klabulu Village Office, Malaimsimsa District, Sorong City. The results of the study concluded that policy changes were carried out for good reasons, took their own steps, the changes were planned and not drastic or sudden, but their implementation was immediately adjusted to the announcement of the Sorong City Government and/or the Sorong City Covid-19 Task Force regarding the allowed working hours for agencies. government. All service officers/employees affected by the change are involved in planning the change. The Klabulu Village Government, Malaimsimsa District, Sorong City, in adapting to pandemic conditions, has made adjustments to the work system by carrying out health protocols in daily activities and carrying out official duties in the office (work from office / WFO) with the support of human resources. Performance of Government Agencies (Lkjip), tiered internal supervision and performance evaluation of implementers, and service employees are disciplined; infrastructure support with the availability of facilities and infrastructure for adjusting health protocols.
