Abstract

Abstrack: In today's era, employee welfare is very important. Because with the welfare of employees, it can improve the quality and quality of the employees themselves in an agency or company. Often we still find problems in the field regarding the welfare of employees, such as temporary employees. There are still many honorary employees who do not feel or enjoy the welfare of their hard work. Especially in areas and in remote areas. Therefore, the central government in order to accommodate the aspirations of honorary employees and civil society, the government created a program for non-PNS ASN (State Civil Apparatus) employees, namely the PPPK Program. It is hoped that this program will be able to improve the welfare of the community and provide a sense of calm in the community for their lives. The Probolinggo City Government is one of the cities in Indonesia that has begun to select and implement the PPPK program in the scope of its personnel. This is reflected, in 2019, the Probolinggo City Government recruited PPPK. The PPPK program is an implementation of the regulation of Law No. 5 of 2014. The PPPK program or also called Government Employees with Work Agreements, every ASN with PPPK status gets the same rights and facilities as civil servants. PPPK has the same obligations and rights as civil servants with civil servant status. It is hoped that this journal will be able to provide broad and specific knowledge of the PPPK program, especially within the Probolinggo City Government. Abstract

This study was a replication of conceptual model of empirical studies aimed to analyze the effect of professional skepticisms, auditor experience, competency, independence and time pressure on the fraud detection of financial statement. The result of this study was expected to be able reducing the gap among the so many empirical studies existing. This study could be categorized as explanatory research. The samples in this study were all the auditors in BPKP Maluku and Papua consisting of 88 auditors. The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis with questionnaire instrument as data collection instrument. The result of this study showed that (1) Professional skepticism and auditors experience hand significant impact on the author ability in detecting fraud on financial statement. (2) Competence and independence of auditors had not significant effect on the auditors ability in detecting fraud. (3) Time pressure affected the auditors ability in detecting fraud but it was not significant.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to test and analyze the impact of reputation, equity and brand competence to the handphone brand loyalty in Ambon city. The Population in this study were all the handphone users in Ambon City. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling which took 75 respondents matched with the criteria. Multiple linier regression was used to analyze the data. The result showed that the variable of reputation, equity, and brand competence had positive and significant impact on the handphone brand loyalty in Ambon City. This can be proven through the regression coefficient of reputation, equity, and brand competence in which if the score of reputation, equity, and brand competence improves, the score of loyalty will also improve. Therefore, it can be said that the improvement of reputation, equity, and brand competence will improve the loyalty of handphone brand in Ambon City.

Abstract

The sports problem seen in Southeast Maluku Regency is that government policies have nottouched the substance of sports development. This writing focuses on coaching athlete achievement. This study aims to evaluate government policies in fostering athlete achievement in Southeast Maluku district. The population in this study were the administrators of the Southeast Maluku Regency KONI and the Southeast Maluku Regency Sports Management Athletic Branch. This research will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study suggest that the Southeast Maluku Regency government and the local KONI Management, as well as the Sports Branch Management are more consistent in coaching athletes and coaches to achieve achievements.

Abstract

This study was almet at learning the view of Nuaulu tribe toward the early marriage of women also to know how women of Nuaulu which is still and education can avoid the early marriage. The result showed that 2 major culture factors influenced the early marriage, are Nuaulu people tend to consider the women in the lowest position in the their tribe also people of nuaulu are not well educated. The influenced their way of the thinking and prompted the early marriage within their tribe. Meanwhile, being kept marginalize by the situation such as when the girl is labled as dowry, it is consider that the girl can produce the money to help her parents by being married. Moreover, after the girl have their first period, they will Pinamoukan. Therefore the solution to this early marriage is the women of Nuaulu must get an education to a high level.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine whether Financial Literacy, Lifestyle, Financial Attitude and Locus of Control have an effect on Financial Management Behavior in Accounting Students at Yapis University, Papua. The population in this study were all active and registered accounting students at Yapis University Papua. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method with a sample size of 50 respondents. The data used in this study were obtained using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that financial literacy and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior in accounting students at Yapis University, Papua. While lifestyle and financial attitudes have no positive and insignificant effect on financial management behavior in accounting students at Yapis University Papua

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the behavior of students of Class XII-IPA SMA Negeri 3 Salahutu about quality of product AYUDES glass packaging size 240ml in related with increasing purchasing decisions. The research was conducted at SMA N 3 Salahutu and in CV. Abadi Tiga Mandiri as a company that production of product AYUDES. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods through data collection techniques with steps in the form of interviews, observation, literature study, internet searching and documentation. After that the researcher performs the analysis by testing the credibility of the data and test the validity of the data. Until the researcher get the conclusion that: student of class XII-IPA SMA N 3 Salahutu have purchasing behavior which is driven by social factor, culture, personal and psychology, product AYUDES size 240ml have good quality, so increase student decision of class XII-IPA SMA N 3 Salahutu to buy product AYUDES size 240ml.Keywords : Consumer behavior, product quality, purchasing decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of henna design, price perception and word of mouth on consumer buying interest in Ve Henna Art Tasikmalaya henna wedding painting services. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with a consumer survey approach with a sample of 80 respondents. The data collected in the form of primary data through a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using the SPSS application. The results showed that the henna design price perception and word of mouth simultaneously had a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Henna design and partial price perception has a significant effect on consumer buying interest, but word of mouth partially has no significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the application of retribution be parking of effect and ilegal parking manajement to against original local government revenue. The determination to take the number of respondents (sample) in this study was carried out using the census technique. Data recovery was carried out to employees from the central district of the Moluccas transportation agency with a population of 40 respondents. The collected data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that implementation retribution be parking of effect to against original local government revenue. The results of testing proved that all hypotheses in this study were accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how Pataheri culture is practiced in the Nuaulu community at Nuanea village, Amahai district, central Maluku region and how the Nuaulu society views Pataheri culture in the present era. Data collection methods included observation, library research and interview. Meanwhile, the elders, the leader of the youth community, the village secretary and the ruler of Nuanea village serve as important informants. Through data reduction, data testing and conclusion, data were studied qualitatively to portray the full occurrence in accordance with reality in the field. The findings demonstrated that pataheri a five stages maturation process for Nuaulu boys in their villages was a sign that their tribe descendant from Patalima cluster in Maluku. Additionaly, the Nuaulu people hold the opinion that modern knowledge and technological advancements are the not the main drivers of changing to Nuaulu society’s customs and culture as a part of one’s own identity is a shared obligation.
