Abstract

This study was carried out to experimentally assess the impact of default debt, audit quality, and going concern audit opinion on those three variables. Test empirically whether institutional ownership has an impact on the going-concern audit opinion as well as the impact of shopping opinion. Concern. Data is gathered from pertinent data documentation downloaded from the website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (www.idx.com). employing logistic regression analysis, analysed. The findings indicate a correlation between a company's likelihood of receiving a going concern audit opinion and its loan default ratio. When offering audit opinions, both big four and non-big four KAPs often maintain objectivity. The auditor will only issue a going concern audit opinion if they are concerned about the company's long-term viability. Irrespective of the given opinion, businesses frequently choose the same independent auditors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts to empower coconut farmers in increasing people's in the Gale-Gale Administrative Country and the obstacles faced in terms of empowering coconut farmers. The research method uses descriptivemethods using qualitative data types. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method was carried out starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the empowerment efforts carried out by the government or related agencies have not been maximized and the income obtained by farmers from coconut processing is still low. There are several things that become obstacles in empowering coconut farmers, one of which is the lack of awareness of coconut farmers to innovate on processed coconut products so that they can develop not only stop at copra and charcoal containers. This is due to the limited competence possessed by farmers ranging from education, skills, and insight so that development is slow and income is still low.

Abstract

The research entitled the role of service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyalty in PDAM dobo city is based on problems related to customer satisfaction in this case related to the quality of service that is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and emphaty on satisfaction and its impact on the loyalty of PDAM Dobo City service users. The population of this study was all PDAM customers in Dobo city with a sample of 98 respondents. Data collection method with questionnaire method The analysis test tool used is SmartPLS v.3.2.7 with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study show that the servqual dimension has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty and the satisfaction variable has been proven to mediate the relationship between the influence of the servqual dimension on the loyalty of service users in PDAM Dobo city.

Abstract

Marketing communication strategy plays an important role in the sustainability of the company. Through marketing communication strategies, companies can provide information and influence consumers so that purchases can occur, which will bring income to the company. This study aims to describe the marketing communication strategy implemented by CitraLand Tallasa City Makassar in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic based on analysis using the marketing communication mix. Data for this descriptive qualitative study were gathered through interviews with related parties, specifically the designers and implementers of marketing communication strategies at CitraLand Tallasa City Makassar, as well as through observations. The results of the study show that CitraLand Tallasa City Makassar made some adjustments to its marketing communication strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The adjustments focus on carrying out a marketing communication strategy by utilizing digital media.

Abstract

Prostitution is a classic problem that is very complex and full of dynamics. Prostitution is a criminogenic phenomenon that should be taken seriously because it causes a domino effect such as the emergence of criminality in the middle of society. Prostitution has a far-reaching impact on the values of the lives and futures of the younger generation. This study aims to analyze the public policies of the Ambon city government in the context of tackling prostitution in the city of Ambon. For this reason, with normative juridical research methods, the results of our research found that the public policy of the Ambon city government in the Forma Perda is no longer relevant to the social dynamics of society, especially with the dynamics of prostitution which is now shifting from official or direct prostitution (localization) to the era of unofficial online prostitution and more complex problems. While the public policy in the forma of the mayor's decree on the closure of the localization of the red rock cape of Ambon, is limited in nature and does not contain criminal content material so that although it has been officially closed, it still operates clandestinely or covertly. The conclusion is that official prostitution in the city of Ambon has been juridically prohibited.but the elimination of unofficial or illegal prostitution either through direct transactions or online transactions, is not effective and efficient. So we recommend that public policy makers in Ambon city can be serious and immediately make specialist and specific policies to tackle the problem of prostitution effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The service of permits to construct buildings is known as a Building Construction Permit (IMB), which contains various technical and administrative requirements. However, the rapid development of information technology and digital-based services has resulted in licensing applications using the Building Information System (SIMBG) application. During its journey, Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation was issued, which had implications for changing the nomenclature of Building Permits (IMB) to Building Building Approvals (PBG), causing pros and cons in its implementation. This paper examines the impact of this policy change on the implementation of building permits. This study uses a qualitative method. From the results of the study, it is known that the change in arrangement from a Building Construction Permit (IMB) to a Building Construction Approval (PBG), which was initially regulated in Law Number 28 of 2002 concerning Buildings and Government Regulation Number 36 of 2005 regarding Implementation Regulations of Law Number 28 of 2002 concerning Buildings was declared invalid and amended by Government Regulation Number 16 of 2021 concerning Regulations for the Implementation of Law Number 28 of 2002 concerning Buildings which had an impact on delays in licensing in the regions. Policy changes that are expected to be innovative and progressive but in fact are experiencing a relative setback or policy involution..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of the management system to the effectiveness of employee work at the office of the BPM-PD Kabupten Kepulauan Aru. This type of research is classified as explanatory research. The population of this study is all BPM-PD supervisors of Aru Islands Regency and the sampling technique used is a census technique so that the entire population is sampled in this study. Research data collection using questionnaire instruments distributed online via google form to all respondents. The analysis tool used is correlation analysis or product moment. The results prove that management information systems have a low relationship with work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between the components of organizational culture and Lecturer Performance between academics. It is hypothesized that Organizational Learning has a positive mediating role to explain the relationship between organizational culture and lecturer performance. To reveal the relationship between the components of organizational culture perception and lecturer performance, a correlational research design was carried out using SMART PLS 3.2 with a total sample of 35 lecturers. Organizational Learning plays a role in mediating the relationship between Organizational Culture and Lecturer Performance. The study is limited to one private college, the sample size is not represented, so the limited results have not been able to be used as an extensive reference for private universities. Although there have been studies that discuss the relationship between organizational culture and lecturer performance, not many researchers have researched related to learning as mediation. The results of this paper focus on various aspects of organizational learning for the development of private universities and contribute to the needs of human resource development.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to evaluate the implementation of the SAMSAT Keliling service program to the receipt of motor vehicle taxes on UPTD. Pendapatan Daerah Wilayah Kota Kupang. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using primary and secondary data. The primary data in question is an interview conducted to find out more about the collection of motor vehicle taxes through SAMSAT Keliling, while the secondary data in question is the target data and realization of motor vehicle taxes in Kupang City in 2017-2020 obtained from UPTD. Pendapatan Daerah Wilayah Kota Kupang. Data analysis techniques in this study use the analysis of the Effectiveness of MOBILE SAMSAT through interviews and analysis of the effectiveness of PKB acceptance and the contribution of SAMSAT Roving then interpret it in the classification of effectiveness and contribution criteria. The results of this study the effectiveness rate of PKB receipts is effective and the effectiveness of motor vehicle tax collection through THE MOBILE SAMSAT service is effective and the contribution of motor vehicle tax revenue through THE SAMSAT Mobile service is very contributing during the last 4 (four) years i.e. 2017-2020.

Abstract

The implementation of online customer complaint handling at PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya is still not optimal and needs attention considering the importance of public services and PDAM is the only company engaged in the supply of clean water. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of e-government in PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya in terms of public services. The e-government management of PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya still has inaccuracies in handling online services, infrastructure indicators found that there is overlapping complaint data entering the system, and the application still does not have a customer service monitoring feature and the application is only available on Android. on Standard Operasional Prosedure (SOP) policy indicators it is necessary to carry out restandardization which is oriented towards e-government innovation. In terms of infrastructure indicators, it is necessary to evaluate the use of the company's internal system. In addition to application indicators, there is a need for innovation to add monitoring features for customers.
