Abstract

This research comes from the reality in the field, the low achievement of men's basketball athletes in Club Extreme City of Solok. This can be caused by many things, one of which is the Athlete's VO2 Max ability. Then the male basketball athletes of FIK UNP in this study were used as a measure of the above abilities aimed at proving the level of VO2 Max in basketball. This type of research is descriptive. The population of FIK UNP athletes and the Extreme Club of Solok City was 22 samples. Each athlete was taken 11 people per club, research sites at FIK UNP and at SMAN 1 Kota Solok. The research was carried out on 30 November to 30 December 2016. All populations were sampled using the total sampling technique. Instrumentation for data collection through the VO2 Max test using a multi-stage test (Bleep Test). The question posed is how high is the VO2 Max ability of FIK UNP men's basketball athletes, then how high is the VO2 Max ability of the Extreme basketball club athletes in Solok City. Data were analyzed using frequency tabulation. . Judging from the data frequency distribution of VO2Max, FIK UNP athletes who have very good VO2Max are 1 person, both 8 people, while 2 people are less and there are not really enough. being 2 people, less than 8 people and absolutely none

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low dribbling or dribbling skills performed by football players at SD Negeri 11 Pulau Mungkur, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study aims to determine the contribution of eye-foot coordination and agility to the dribbling skills of soccer players at SD Negeri 11 Mungkur Island, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study were all students of SD Negeri 11 Pulau Mungkur, Kuantan Singingi Regency who actively participated in extracurricular activities in the soccer sport, totaling 21 people. The sampling technique used total sampling. Data were collected using measurements of the three variables. the eye-foot coordination variable used the kick test against the target wall, and to measure agility using the 4X10 meter roundtrip test. Meanwhile, the skill of dribbling the ball uses a dodging test. Data were analyzed with product moment correlation and continued with multiple correlation. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the first hypothesis is that there is a contribution of eye-foot coordination to ball dribbling skills of 20.43%. The second hypothesis is that there is a contribution of agility to ball dribbling skills by 23.91%. While the third hypothesis is that there is a joint contribution of eye-foot coordination and agility to soccer dribbling skills at SD Negeri 11 Pulau Mungkur, Kuantan Singingi Regency of 35.28%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of school health unit (UKS) at SDN 17 Sungai Aur, West Pasaman Regency. The implementation of UKS at SDN 17 Sungai Aur is not going well, this is due to lack of student motivation, lack of support from school principals, lack of school health business development, lack of facilities and infrastructure for fostering school health businesses, lack of role of puskesmas, lack of guidance, lack of cooperation with various related parties, the unhealthy condition of the school environment and the lack of health education and health services.The population of this research was all students in grade V SDN 17 Sungai Aur West Pasaman Regency, amounting to 115 consisting of 58 male students and 57 female students. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling technique where the sample in this study was ± 50% of the population, namely 55 people consisting of 28 male students and 27 female students. The data collection technique used a research instrument questionnaire with a Likert scale, with 4 alternative answers. The results of the data analysis were: (1) The level of success of the implementation of health education at SDN 17 Sungai Aur is in the sufficient classification, namely the level of achievement of the respondents' answers reaching 78.18%. (2) The success rate of the implementation of health services at SDN 17 Sungai Aur is in the adequate classification, namely with an achievement level of 70.18%. Abstract

Based on the symptoms of the level of physical fitness of the International Standard School Pilot Project (RSBI), SMPN 8 Padang is better than SMPN 1 Rantau Pandan, Bungo Regency, so the problem is the difference in the level of physical fitness. This study aims to determine the differences in the level of physical fitness of RSBI students at SMPN 8 Padang and SMPN 1 Rantau Pandan, Bungo Regency. This study is an espost facto, to determine differences in the level of physical fitness, the population of this study were 304 students of class VIII RSBI SMPN 8 Padang and SMPN 1 Rantau Pandan, Bungo Regency, with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely the sampling represented by each VIII grade male student school. A as many as 52 people. The tool used for data collection was a physical fitness test, then analyzed by descriptive method. To determine the difference test is done by using the "t" test. The results revealed that there was a difference in the Physical Fitness Level of Students at the RSBI 8 Padang State Senior High School in comparison to the Physical Fitness Level of the Students at SMPN 1 Rantau Pandan in Bungo Regency. This was proven by the results of the research that tcount = 3.31> ttable = 2.20. This means that Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected. Where the Physical Fitness Level of Students at the RSBI SMPN 8 Padang is better than the Physical Fitness Level of Students at SMPN 1 Rantau Pandan, Bungo Regency.

Abstract

This research originated from the fact that in schools there are still many students who are less motivated in participating in the Physical Education and Health (PJOK) learning, due to the lack of ability of PJOK teachers in implementing learning, especially in implementing modification. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) Application of modification of equipment in implementing PJOK learning at SD Negeri 07 Pulau Air, 2) Application of field modification in implementing PJOK learning at SD Negeri 07 Pulau Air, 3) Application of modification of game rules in implementing PJOK learning in SD Negeri 07 Water Island. This research was conducted using descriptive research methods. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 07 Pulau Air, Padang City in April 2011. The population of this study were all students of SD Negeri 07 Pulau Air from grades I - VI, totaling 241 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Based on the research results, it was found that the equipment modification was 57.07% in the sufficient category, the field modification of 50.98% was included in the sufficient category and the modification of the game rules by 61.69% was included in the good category. From these results it can be concluded that the modification of the equipment, field and game regulations at SD Negeri 07 Pulau Air, Padang City is sufficient, but still needs to be improved. For this reason, it is hoped that the physical education teacher at SD Negeri 07 Pulau Air, Padang City can improve their ability in implementing physical education learning, especially in the ability to make modifications.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information as well as describe the motivation of students in scouting activities at the 20 Padang Selatan Middle School for the 2017/2018 academic year, with a sample of 30 students of class VII and VIII who actively participate in scouting activities. The research classification is descriptive using the survey method. Data collected through a questionnaire were analyzed with descriptive statistics of frequency tabulation in the form of percentages. The results of research findings in the field are as follows; (1) Intrinsically, students with very high motivation were found to be 6.67%, high 53.33%, medium 20%, low 13.33%, and very low 6.67%. (2) Extrinsically, students with very high motivation were found to be 16.67%, 66.67% high, 10% moderate, 6.67% low, and very low 0.00%. Thus, the conclusion from the findings of this study is that both intrinsically and extrinsically, students have high motivation in scouting activities. For this reason, it is recommended that the teachers / coaches of scouting activities in Junior High School 20 Padang Selatan be professional in increasing activities so as to give birth to a generation that is accomplished, creative and sporty.

Abstract

This research has a starting point from the lack of Physical Fitness level of students at SMP Negeri 34 Padang. Possible causes include a lack of movement activity among these school students. This study aims to: determine the level of physical fitness of SMP Negeri 34 Padang. This research was conducted at the SMP. This type of research is a descriptive analysis that aims to reveal the level of physical fitness of the students of SMP Negeri 34 Padang. When the study began in August 2017. The population of the study was 110 people. Sampling was done by using the Random Sample Technique, namely: class VII and VIII female students, so the sample consisted of 28 students of SMPN 34 Padang. From the data analysis, the results obtained were as follows: Physical fitness level of 34 Padang State Junior High School Students who were in the moderate classification (64.3%) of students, and poor classification (35.7%). From these findings it can be concluded that: the level of physical fitness of students at SMP Negeri 34 Padang is classified as moderate.Abstract english version, written using Time New Roman-11, italic. Abstract

Based on observations made by the author in the field, physical education teachers have not been effective in evaluating learning in Sports and Health Physical Education (PJOK), so that the assessment of students is not based on the abilities of the students. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of implementation and evaluation results of PJOK learning. The research question posed was how to plan, implement and evaluate the learning outcomes of PJOK subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Anai. This type of research is classified as a descriptive study. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Batang Anai, totaling 412 people. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique (10% of the total population), thus the number of samples was 41 people. The type of data in this research is primary data, data that is directly obtained from respondents by distributing questionnaires to students. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using percentage techniques using the ideal value score. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the evaluation planning variable has an achievement level of 78.36%, is in a good classification, the evaluation implementation variable has an achievement level of 74.88%, is in a good classification and the evaluation result variable has an achievement level of 62.63. % classification 61% - 80% are in good classification. Thus it means that physical education teachers carry out the planning and implementation of evaluations and provide good evaluation results.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the implementation of the UKS TRIAS is not yet optimal in SD Negeri 22 Lubuk Minturun, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of health education, health services, and a healthy school environment in SD Negeri 22 Lubuk Minturun, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. This study used a descriptive type of research, namely to reveal and explain the implementation of UKS in SD Negeri 22 Lubuk Minturun, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. The population in this study were all students in grade IV and V at SD Negeri 22 Lubuk Minturun, Koto Tangah District, Padang City, totaling 62 people. The sample technique used was a total sampling of 62 people. The data collection tool was a questionnaire using the Guttman scale model with the answer categories "yes" and "no". Furthermore, the data were processed and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. Data analysis at SD Negeri 22 Lubuk Minturun, Koto Tangah District, Padang City, among others: (1) 92.9% stated that health education has been implemented and 7.07% of respondents health education has not been implemented. (2) 85.5% of respondents stated that health services had been implemented and 14.5% of respondents stated that health services had not been implemented. Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of environmental sanitation facilities and inadequate school health efforts on student health. This is thought to be caused by many factors, one of which is a study on the management of school environmental sanitation. The objectives of this study were 1) Knowing how the implementation of environmental sanitation at SMP Negeri 34 Padang, 2) Knowing the existence of environmental sanitation facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 34 Padang, and 3) Knowing the quality of environmental facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 34 Padang. This research is descriptive in nature, namely research that aims to explain the management of environmental sanitation and school health efforts. The population in this study were all class VII students totaling 60 people consisting of 27 sons and 33 daughters. Sampling was carried out using the Morandown Sampling technique in which part of the population was sampled. Data obtained by using primary data and secondary data. From the research results obtained the results of the questionnaire where from 20 students with 15 questionnaire questions obtained results 65.67% who answered there was still something related to environmental sanitation. And 34.33% of the 20 students answered none. In connection with these findings, several efforts were suggested to school principals, teachers, administrators, students and those concerned with school environmental sanitation to pay attention to student health.
