Abstract

The problem in this research is the low shooting ability of FIK UNP Handball players. While this study aims to determine how much the contribution or contribution of eye-hand coordination (X) to the results of shooting in the handball sport of FIK UNP students (Y). This type of research is a correlation study, namely looking at the relationship between eye-hand coordination on the results of shooting in handball sports of UNP students. The population in this study were 20 people. The sampling technique used in this study was the total sampling technique by making all male student members who took part in the training in the Handball Club of FIK UNP students as samples. The eye-hand coordination data was collected by using the eye-hand coordination test, while the results of the shooting (shooting at the goal) were carried out by a test called the on-target test. The data in this study were analyzed using the Product Moment Correlation formula with a significant level of ? 0.05. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between eye-hand coordination on the results of shooting in FIK UNP Student Handball sport with rcount 0.686> rtabel 0.444 for ? 0.05 and the contribution or contribution between eye-hand coordination variables on shooting results in soccer. the hands of FIK UNP students by 47.1%. Thus eye-hand coordination has a contribution to the results of shooting in the handball sport of FIK UNP students.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the implementation of the UKS TRIAS is not yet optimal in SD Negeri 22 Lubuk Minturun, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of health education, health services, and a healthy school environment in SD Negeri 22 Lubuk Minturun, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. This study used a descriptive type of research, namely to reveal and explain the implementation of UKS in SD Negeri 22 Lubuk Minturun, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. The population in this study were all students in grade IV and V at SD Negeri 22 Lubuk Minturun, Koto Tangah District, Padang City, totaling 62 people. The sample technique used was a total sampling of 62 people. The data collection tool was a questionnaire using the Guttman scale model with the answer categories "yes" and "no". Furthermore, the data were processed and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. Data analysis at SD Negeri 22 Lubuk Minturun, Koto Tangah District, Padang City, among others: (1) 92.9% stated that health education has been implemented and 7.07% of respondents health education has not been implemented. (2) 85.5% of respondents stated that health services had been implemented and 14.5% of respondents stated that health services had not been implemented. Abstract

Untuk menunjang pross belajar mengajar di sekolah perlu adaya dukungan dari orang tua siswa, termasuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, agar kegiatan ini dapat berjalan dengan baik maka perlu adanya partisipasi dari orang tua siswa, tapi hal ini belum terselenggara dengan baik pada SMP Negeri 30 Solok Selatan Kecamatan Sangir Jujuan Kabupaten Solok Selatan, ini dapat dilihat dari kurang berjalannya kegiatan tersebut di sekolah. Hal ini di duga disebabkan oleh kurangnya partisipasi orang tua dalam menunjang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 30 Solok Selatan Kecamatan Sangir Jujuan Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Partisipasi orang tua siswa dalam menunjang kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 30 Solok Selatan Kecamatan Sangir Jujuan Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Melalui penelitian ini akan dapat diketahui apakah orang tua siswa mempunyai partisipasi atau tidak dalam menunjang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler anaknya di sekolah,dan nantinya diharapkan semoga kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler tersebut dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 30 Solok Selatan Kecamatan Sangir Jujuan Kabupaten Solok Selatan tempat penulis bertugas. Metodologi penelitian tergolong Deskriptif, artinya penelitian yang menggambarkan sesuatu keadaan sebagaimana adanya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah orang tua dari siswa SMP Negeri 30 Solok Selatan Kecamatan Sangir Jujuan Kabupaten Solok Selatan, tehnik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai yaitu Tehnik Purpossive Sampling, yaitu orang tua siswa kelas VIII.1. Tehnik pengolahan data adalah dengan tehnik Statistik Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Partisipasi orang tua dalam menunjang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 30 Solok Selatan Kecamatan Sangir Jujuan Kabupaten Solok Selatan, kalau kita lihat sesuai dengan keseluruhan pernyataan angket , ternyata 33,33 % orang tua sangat setuju, 16,67 % setuju, 10,17 % Ragu – ragu, 22,50 % kurang setuju dan 17,33 % orang tua sangat tidak setuju dalam menunjang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 30 Solok Selatan Kecamatan Sangir Jujuan Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Namun kalau kita lihat secara keseluruhan, maka partisipasi orang tua dalam menunjang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah dikategorikan cukup dengan rata-rata prosentase tingkat capaian sebesar 65,23 %.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru PJOK dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, lokakarya. Khalayak sasaran Guru PJOK Sekolah Dasar se Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan yang berjumlah 20 orang. Untuk mengukur pengetahuan digunakan tes pengetahuan yang dikembangkan sesuai kisi-kisi intrumen dan diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Sesuai analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan: (1) Pelatihan meningkatkan kompetensi guru PJOK tentang modifikasi olahraga ke dalam pembelajaran PJOK di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan; (2) Pelatihan meningkatkan keterampilan guru PJOK SD Negeri Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan dalam pembelajaran

Abstract

The risk of injury can occur in all types of sports and is often experienced by athletes. Sports Injury is an injury to the muscular and skeletal system caused by sports activities. First Aid is emergency assistance to accident victims (sick) quickly and precisely at the scene before being evacuated to an expert person. In general, the management of sports injuries uses the principle of RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) which is always applied at the beginning of the injury before further handling. Exercising excessively and ignoring the correct rules of exercise, even bring injury that endangers himself. This wrong activity is due to heating does not meet the requirements, excessive fatigue, especially in the muscles, and wrong in doing sports movements. The most common injury cases, usually too ambitious to complete training targets or want to improve the training phase. A good coach will always pay attention to the state of the athlete from all aspects, one of which is from the physical state of the athlete. This means that the trainer knows how to manage the athlete not to get injured, and if he has an injury quickly know how to help, especially for minor injuries. However, not all coaches understand how the injury and how it helps for athletes. That is why there is a need for training in sports injuries and how to help for coaches who are expected to be used by athletes.

Abstract

UNESCO reports that the implementation of PAUD in Indonesia places great importance on academic content such as writing, arithmetic and reading and provides very little opportunity to actively play physically with children. Research shows that physical activity of children at an early age will greatly trigger the development of cognitive abilities. Based on observations and studies in the field, it was found that almost all teachers and educators in PAUD Sijunjung district did not have the insight and skills in measuring and evaluating the basic movements of children. Based on research, basic motion cannot develop naturally but must be taught correctly and continuously. This community service activity for partners aims to: (a) find out the importance of basic motion, (b) have skills in practicing basic early childhood movements, (c) be able to use instruments to measure basic movement skills in early childhood. The method used uses the principle that every innovation received by PAUD teachers through PIE (Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation). This means that the delivery of innovations to Partners is carried out through the stages of explanation, discussion, practice as well as the evaluation phase with assistance in the learning process. The results of the training obtained by partners as participants can be described as follows: (a) Having insight and understanding of the importance of basic movement skills, (b) having experience in practicing basic motion skills, (c) knowing and having the ability to use basic motion skills test instruments.

Abstract

Based on observations, it was found that almost all teachers and PAUD educators in Pesisir Selatan district did not have the insight and skills in realizing basic motion learning. Permendiknas No. 58 of 2009 is the basis of Early Childhood Education Standards (PAUD) which have been explained in depth all aspects, contents, goals and objectives of the government in PAUD, but the reality is still far from the target. Met the implementation of PAUD in Indonesia, including in the Pesisir Selatan district, prioritizing academic content such as writing, counting and reading, looks poor providing opportunities for active play and physical activity for children. Based on research, basic motion cannot develop naturally but must be taught correctly and continuously. Community service activities for partners aim to: (a) know the importance of basic motion, (b) have skills in practicing basic motion of early childhood, (c) be able to use instruments and know the level of basic motion skills of children. The method used uses the principle that every innovation received by PAUD teachers through PIE (Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation). Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan jump shoot atlet basket Ocean Generation Club (OGC) Padang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh secara langsung dan efek secara tidak langsung daya ledak otot tungkai, daya ledak otot lengan serta keseimbangan dinamis terhadap kemampuan jump shoot. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Populasi adalah atlet basket OGC Padang yang berjumlah 40 orang terdiri dari 30 orang putra dan 10 orang putri. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu anggota sampel dipilih secara khusus berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Berdasarkan observasi yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya yaitu pada tim putra basket OGC Padang maka hal inilah yang menjadi pertimbangan untuk memilih sampel atlet putra berjumlah 30 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan speed spot shooting test,, tes vertical jump, tes two hand medicine ball put test, modified bass test of dynamic balance. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis dengan keseimbangan dinamis sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil penelitian yakni; (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan jump shoot, (2) Terdapat efek langsung daya ledak otot lengan terhadap kemampuan jump shoot, (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung keseimbangan dinamis terhadap kemampuan jump shoot, (4) Terdapat efek tidak langsung daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan jump shoot melalui keseimbangan dinamis, dan (5) Terdapat efek tidak langsung daya ledak otot lengan terhadap kemampuan jump shoot melalui keseimbangan dinamis.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah saat atlet mendapatkan peluang melakukan shooting, bola yang ditendang sering melenceng, mudah ditangkap oleh kiper lawan, bola yang ditendang terlalu lambat dan tidak tepat pada sasaran sehingga sulit medapatkan kesempatan mencetak gol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai, koordinasi mata-kaki dan keseimbangan terhadap akurasi shooting atlet sepak bola SSB PSTS Tabing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet sekolah sepak bola SSB PSTS Tabing berdasarkan kelompok umur U6-U9 tahun, U10-U13 tahun, U14-U17 tahun, dan > 18 tahun berjumlah 120 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel pada kelompok U14-U17 tahun sebanyak 30 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen standing board jumpt test, tes koordinasi mata-kaki, stork stand test, dan tes menembak bola. Teknik analisis data koefisien korelasi dan uji signifikansi. Hasil penelitian ini daya ledak otot tungkai memberikan kontribusi sebesar 34,465%, koordinasi mata-kaki memberikan kontribusi sebesar 29,919%, keseimbangan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 21,767%, serta daya ledak otot tungkai, koordinasi mata-kaki dan keseimbangan secara bersama-sama berkontribusi sebesar 64,047% terhadap akurasi shooting sepak bola. Jadi dapat disimpulkan daya ledak otot tungkai, koordinasi mata-kaki dan keseimbangan sangat berperan penting pada akurasi shooting atlet sepakbola SSB PSTS Tabing.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini rendahnya kualitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK). Hal ini terlihat dalam observasi terhadap guru PJOK ketika mengajar tidak sistematis, tidak ada modifikasi, pembelajaran lebih banyak dikuasai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan pengetahuan guru PJOK tentang pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini guru PJOK SD Negeri se Kecamatan Kuranji yang berjumlah 51 orang. Sampel penelitian ditarik dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling dan didapat sampel penelitian 10 orang guru PJOK. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Alat Penilaian Kemampuan Guru Dalam Melaksanakan Pengajaran (APKG2). Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan rumus prosentase. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Pelaksanakan pembelajaran oleh guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan tergolong cukup.
