Abstract

This study aims to determine the physical fitness of extracurricular football participants in SMPN 2 Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang. During training and competition, the participants easily feel tired and their concentration decreases. Consequently, training becomes less effective. Even the extracurricular participant who have good techniques still have poor physical fitness. From this problem, the researchers conducted an experiment to improve the physical fitness of football extracurricular participants in SMPN 2 Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang. Experimental research using a one-group pretest-posttest design was used in this study. This study used purposive sampling with a sample of 20 participants. The result of this study using a small-side game exercise model revealed that there was a significant effect on the physical fitness of football extracurricular participants. It can significantly see from the result obtained in the calculation of tcount (9.47)> ttable (2.09). This calculation means that the hypothesis (Ho) was rejected at the significance level ɑ = 0.0. Thus, the small-side game exercise method affected on physical fitness of extracurricular football participants in SMPN 2 Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang. Abstract

The purpose of making this thesis is to find out, analyze, and identify the significant effect of the jigsaw learning model on the baskt dribbling skills at State High School 1 Rengasdengklok. There are three stages in this study, namely: pretest, treatment, and posttest. Pretest is done in both classes to find out the initial ability of basketball skills before getting treatment After being given treatment, the researchers then conducted a post-test in both classes to find out whether there was an effect of the jigsaw learning model in the experimental class. The results showed that the jigsaw learning model had a greater influence on the dribbling skills of Class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok with a T-count result of 0.133 and compared to a T-table of 0.148 with a significance (<0.05) of 0.00

Abstract

The study aims to determine the students’ interest in the Volleyball learning towards VIII grade of SMPN 7 Karawang in Academic 2018/2019. For answer the research problem that have been formulated, the author used a quantitative descriptive approach with survey a method. The research was conducted in junior high school to 35 respondents. The population of study was the students in VIII grade of SMPN 7 Karawang, the total of populations is 144 people. According to Suharsimi Arikunto (1998:115) if the population more than 100 people, tha sample can be 10-2-% or more. In order to be more representative of this study, the researcher took the sample by using random sample technique, each element or member of the population has the same opportunity to be elected to become a sample. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been presented, it is concluded that the interest of VIII grade students of SMPN 7 Karawang towards volleyball learning is being considered that the highest frequency is in the moderate category with 22 people or 63% of the population. The VII grade students’ interest about learning volleyball game was categorized as the very high, it was 3 people or 9%, and very low was 3 people or 9%,. For the result, it can be categorized the level of students’ interest with the interest qualification showed the result 67,71% students interest to participate the volleyball learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is for identifying the effect of cooperative learning model towards the learning outcome of basketball chest pass skill on 7th grade students in SMPN I Rengasdengkolk. In order to answer the research questions, the writer utilize quantitative approach with an experiment method. This research is implemented in SMPN I Rengasdengklok and lay hold of VII I class as a research sample which has 43 students as respondents. There are three stages of this research: pre-test, treatment, and post-test. Pre-test is implemented for recognizing the learning outcome of basketball chest pass skill before applying the treatment. After pre-test has been implemented, the researcher applies the treatment to the respondents through cooperative learning method. After the treatment, the researcher gives post-test in order to analyze the effect of cooperative learning model towards the learning outcome of basketball chest pass skill on the respondents. The research is analyzed by T-test. The result of research indicates that cooperative learning model towards the learning outcome of basketball chest pass skill on 7th grade students in SMPN I Rengasdengklok with the result of T-hitung 21,75 is compared with T-table 2,018.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan kekuatan otot tungkai dengan ketepatan Smash permainan bola voli dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler siswa sekolah SMAN 10 Bekasi. Sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode korelasi dengan teknik perhitungan Product Moment. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kekuatan otot tungkai dengan menggunakan instrument tes Vertical Jump, keterampilan ketepatan Smash dengan menggunakan instrumen hasil total skor/ nilai yaitu angka sasaran. Berdasarkan penelitian ini hasil tes kekuatan otot tungkai (X) siswa memiliki kekuatan otot tungkai Baik Sekali 10% (3 siswa), Baik 40% (12 siswa), Cukup37%(11 siswa) ,Kurang 10% (3 siswa), Kurang Sekali 3% (1 siswa) dan ketepatan Smash permaianan bola voli (Y) Baik Sekali 50% (15siswa), Baik 20% (6 siswa), Cukup 23% (7 siswa), Kurang 7% (2 siswa), Kurang Sekali 0% (0 siswa), dengan ditunjukan oleh nilai hasil uji korelasi Product Moment sebesar 0,88 yang diklasifikasikan dengan tabel interpretasi koefisien korelasi 0,80 – 1,000 yang berarti memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dan ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitungsebesar 10,11 dimana taraf kesalahan α = 0,05; db = n – 2 = 30 – 2 = 28 sehingga didapat ttabelsebesar 1,701. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekuatan otot tungkai memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan ketepatan Smash dalam permainan bolavoli.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that in the implementation of extracurricular activities, many students are absent, often lazy, chatting on their own, and do not listen to the trainer's instructions during the training process. This study aims to determine how well the achievement motivation of class X and XI students in participating in extracurricular futsal activities in high school in Cikarang Selatan District, Bekasi Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The population in this study were students who took part in extracurricular futsal activities at high school in Cikarang Selatan District, Bekasi Regency. The instrument in this study used an attitude scale questionnaire, while the sampling technique was purposive sampling. that the subjects of this study were 30 students of class X and XI who took part in extracurricular futsal activities in Cikarang Selatan District Bekasi Regency. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis with percentages. The results of this study indicate the achievement motivation of students in class X and XI futsal sman extracurricular in Cikarang Selatan sub-district, Bekasi district, in detail there are very good categories, namely 25 students by 83.3, good categories as many as 3 students by 10%, enough categories as many as 2 students for 6.7%, in the category of less and very less amounted to 0 students (0.0

Abstract

Abstract The problem in this research is how much the students learning motivation of class XII MANurul Huda. This study was to determine the Blended Learning model that affected student learningmotivation. The subjects in this study were all students of class XII MA Nurul Huda with 38respondents. The retrieval of data on this research using quantitative experimental methods. In thisstudy, the authors used a questionnaire method using data collection techniques with a test using alearning motivation questionnaire. The technique used in data collection in this study was using theOne-group Pretest-Post test Design. The results of this study show that student learning motivationhas increased after using the Blended Learning models which is seen from the pretest average score of184.16 with a posttest score of 212.34 this value shows that the final test has increased from the initialtest score and is strengthened by the average test value. one party is getting the value of Tcount6.010304 with Ttable 2.026, which means that H 0 is rejected and H 1 is accepted.Keywords: Blended Learning, physical fitness and learning motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was carried out with the following objectives, To find out how important warming is in improving one's skills in learning physical sports and health education at SMA Negeri 1 Cilamaya. To answer the formulation of research problems that have been formulated, the author uses the quantitative approach correlation research method. Based on the analysis of the data presented above, the results of research on the relationship between Warming Up and Gymnastics Learning Motivation for SMA Negeri 1 Cilamaya students on the Warming Up variable obtained a maximum score of 149 and a minimum score of 90, the average of 118 standard deviations of 12.58. As for the variable Gymnastics Learning Motivation obtained a maximum of 149 and a minimum score of 90, the average of 118 standard deviations of 12.58. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah laporan tentang Pengetahuan Guru Penjas tentang Model Pembelajaran dengan Motivasi Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Penjas pada Siswa Kelas X Smk Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah. Untuk mendapatkan data, Peneliti menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian: Populasi dan sample. Dan untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan instrument penelitian, dan kuesioner/angket. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bersifat korelasi, yaitu menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel dengan menganalisis data numerik (angka) menggunakan metode statistik melalui pengujian hipotesa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 82. Karena penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling (probability sampling) maka sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket pengetahuan guru penjas dan angket motivasi belajar penjas. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan guru penjas dengan motivasi belajar penjas dengan koefisien korelasi 0,832, lebih besar dari batas penolakan rtabel 1%= 0,220 dengan hasil uji F menunjukan Fhitung = 1,22 lebih kecil dari Ftabel dengan tarif signifikan 5% = 1,45

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of data about the physical fitness of students at SDN 03 Talang Tulungagung. This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of upper-class students at SDN 03 Talang Tulungagung. This research is a descriptive study using a survey method with data collection techniques using a test that is the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI). Subjects in this study were upper-class students at SDN 03 Talang Tulungagung, totaling 56 children consisting of 25 male students and 31 female students. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of a percentage of physical fitness level, which is divided into 5 categories, namely: lack of once, less, enough, good, and very good based on the TKJI classification. The results obtained physical fitness level of upper-class students at SDN 03 Talang Tulungagung, namely 0 children (0%) with a very good category, 9 children (16.07%) with a good category, 43 children (76.79%) with enough categories, 4 participants (7.14%) with fewer categories, and 0 participants (0%) with fewer categories. The highest frequency is in the medium category, which is 43 children (76.79%). Thus the level of physical fitness of upper-class students at SDN 03 Talang Tulungagung is included in the sufficient category.
