Abstract

Inclusive education is an approach that supports the recognition of diversity, especially in the context of religiosity. The inclusive Islamic education model is relevant in responding to the challenges of diversity in Indonesia, especially in a pluralistic society. This study examines the inclusive Islamic education model based on community organizations by studying the DIAN Interfidei Community in Yogyakarta. This research method uses qualitative data collection techniques: in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The study results indicate that the Dian Interfidei Community developed an inclusive education model through programs prioritizing interfaith dialogue, tolerance, and respect for differences. Islamic education based on community organizations such as that carried out by DIAN Interfidei can be a strategic alternative in promoting the values of inclusivity and tolerance in Indonesia. The implementation at the implementation stage has been by the logical framework, namely encouraging dialogue between religion and politics, encouraging interfaith relations to develop in Indonesia (collaboration with interfaith communities, educational institutions and government institutions), Financing the establishment of interfaith schools (SLI), and Building interfaith awareness through social activities

This study aims to develop the Kampung Kerupuk (Crackers Village) as an economic empowerment model for underprivileged families in Sirnasari Village. The methods used in this program include identifying village potential, providing training in production and business management, marketing assistance, and evaluating the economic impact on the community. The results indicate that empowerment through the cracker business has enhanced community production skills, expanded market access through digital marketing, and encouraged the formation of joint business groups. Additionally, support from stakeholders such as the village government, local SMEs, and cooperatives has contributed to the program's sustainability. With a participatory and community-based approach, the development of Kampung Kerupuk in Sirnasari Village has proven to be an effective solution for increasing the income of underprivileged families and creating a sustainable economic ecosystem

Abstract

Mosque youth in Aceh Besar Regency are a vulnerable group exposed to radicalism on social media, often framed through religious issues. A community engagement program in the form of mentoring for this group can serve as an effort to raise awareness, build understanding, and develop media literacy skills. This initiative targets individuals from Generations X, Y, and Z who have strong religious habituation within the mosque environment, ensuring they are not trapped by hoaxes and radical narratives disguised as religious tendencies. The goal is to prevent their enthusiasm for social media from becoming a medium for brainwashing, cyberbullying, and mobilization towards radical thinking and actions, which could ultimately lead to legal consequences

Abstract

In the new trend of the transformation of women's roles from the 19th century to the present, a number of issues have emerged within religious communities, causing women to face ethical and psychological dilemmas. Therefore, this study aims to describe gender and family welfare; the Islamic perspective on the transformation of women's roles in the era of globalization. This research applies the library research method with a philosophical approach and analyzes the data using an interdisciplinary perspective. The findings of the study are as follows: First, through education and the development of communication technology, both women and men have equal opportunities to access information, which allows for equality between women and men, both inside and outside the household. Second, spiritually, socially, economically, and politically, Islam, through various verses in the Qur'an, has allowed women to become modern individuals by engaging in activities just like other human beings. Third, family empowerment can be achieved by building the principle of Tawhid; making the Qur'an the guide for family life; using the criteria of faith and piety as measures of success; fostering friendly, polite, and gentle behavior within the family; and nurturing a balance between modernity and spirituality in the family. In principle, all families desire modernization, happiness, and faith. In realizing a modern family full of happiness, a woman occupies a key position

Abstract

Qiraat, as a variation of the reading of the Qur'an, has an important role in strengthening Islamic moderation, as well as answering the challenges of the identity of Muslims in the contemporary world. This study aims to examine the contribution of qiraat, a variation of the reading of the Qur'an, in strengthening Islamic moderation and overcoming the challenges of the identity of Muslims in the contemporary world. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a literature study design, in which relevant literature is analyzed descriptively-analystically. Data were obtained from primary sources, such as the text of the Qur'an with various variations of the reading of qiraat, as well as tafsir works that discuss the influence of qiraat on religious understanding. The results of the study show that qiraat not only reflects diversity in the text of the Qur'an, but also becomes a symbol of tolerance and inclusiveness in Islam. In addition, this variation of reading plays an important role in building a moderate Islamic identity by respecting differences in interpretation, avoiding extremism, and strengthening the unity of the community. This study makes an important contribution to the development of contemporary Islamic thought, especially in encouraging acceptance of Muslim groups.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the crisis of knowledge authority in the interpretation of the Qur'an in the digital era, especially due to misinformation spread through social media, presents significant epistemological challenges. This study aims to analyze the impact of this phenomenon on the legitimacy and verification of religious knowledge, by integrating the perspective of the philosophy of science that emphasizes scientific authority in the formation of valid knowledge. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design through the integration of epistemological theory with the dynamics of the spread of interpretations on social media. This study identifies three main aspects: first, the disintermediation of information that reduces the role of scholars and academics in guarding the authority of interpretation knowledge; second, the role of social media algorithms that accelerate the spread of invalid interpretations, including extremist and discriminatory interpretations; and third, efforts to reconstruct epistemology through strengthening scientific verification and digital literacy. This article suggests the importance of reconstructing a more transparent and inclusive interpretation verification system and increasing digital literacy to overcome misinformation, thereby rebuilding the authority of valid religious knowledge. Thus, the philosophy of science provides an important theoretical framework for understanding the crisis of the authority of religious knowledge in the digital world, as well as providing direction for rebuilding public trust in authentic and moderate interpretations.

Abstract

The digital transformation of land administration in Indonesia through the migration from analog certificates to electronic certificates represents an effort to modernize public services. This study analyzes the legal implications of this migration, particularly regarding Ownership Rights, in the context of legal certainty and protection for right holders. Using a descriptive normative legal research method, this paper examines relevant regulations, including the Basic Agrarian Law, Government Regulations on land registration, the Electronic Information and Transactions Law, and the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs/National Land Agency No. 3 of 2023. The analysis is based on the theory of the rule of law grand theory, legal certainty middle theory, and legal protection applied theory. The findings show that e-Certificates have the potential to improve legal certainty through efficiency, protection against physical risks, and enhanced transparency. However, challenges remain, including the validity of legacy data, cybersecurity risks, the digital divide, and the complexity of implementing a digital system under a negative publication framework. Legal protection is shifting from safeguarding physical documents to securing digital data, privacy, and system accessibility. Strengthening regulations, validating data, enhancing cybersecurity, increasing digital literacy, and developing effective dispute resolution mechanisms are essential to fully realize the benefits of e-Certificates

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the initiatives undertaken by Masjid Agung Darul Falah (MADF) in Pacitan to develop a mosque that is inclusive and accommodating for women and the elderly. In communities where religious spaces often marginalize vulnerable groups, mosque-based empowerment models are highly relevant. A mosque should not only serve ritual purposes but also function as a center of social transformation for all members of society. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with mosque administrators and congregants, as well as documentation of community activities. The findings indicate that MADF has implemented inclusive programs such as regular religious classes, Qur'anic literacy training, the Bina Lansia (Bilas) initiative, group health exercises, and daily charity activities managed by female congregants. Youth-oriented programs, including weekly discussions, Ngopi Hijrah sessions, and certified Qur’anic literacy (BTA) training, also play a significant role in engaging young women. These results highlight that participatory approaches and collective awareness are crucial in fostering mosques that are friendly to both women and the elderly. The study recommends that this model be replicated in other regions, supported by policy frameworks and institutional capacity development
