Abstract

Sistem struktur rangka baja bresing konsentris dan eksentris merupakan sistem struktur konstruksi yang termasuk dalam struktur yang tahan terhadap beban gempa. Pada penelitian ini, masing-masing sistem struktur rangka baja bresing konsentris dan eksentris tersebut dianalisis dengan model perletakan yang berbeda-beda mulai dari struktur dengan perletakan sendi, jepit, dan struktur yang menggunakan base isolator. Model struktur juga divariasikan dengan jumlah tingkat yang berbeda yaitu tingkat 3, 4, dan 5, namun dimensi lebar dan panjangnya dibuat sama. Tahap awal yang dilakukan pada penelitian adalah melakukan preliminary design dan pemodelan struktur. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penentuan data gempa riwayat waktu di permukaan. Setelah itu, dilanjutkan dengan penentuan parameter base isolator struktur, dan kemudian melakukan analisis struktur. Hasil analisis struktur menunjukkan kenaikan rata-rata periode struktur rangka bresing konsentris (SRBK) dari perletakan sendi dan jepit masing-masing adalah sebesar 2,20 dan 2,32 kali jika menggunakan perletakan base isolator. Sedangkan kenaikan rata-rata periode struktur rangka bresing eksentris (SRBE) dengan perletakan sendi dan jepit masing-masing adalah sebesar 2,07 dan 2,20 kali jika menggunakan perletakan base isolator. Selain itu, penggunaan base isolator pada struktur SRBK dan SRBE dengan jumlah tingkat dan periode struktur yang lebih tinggi akan membuat struktur akan lebih fleksibel dan belum tentu membuat struktur SRBK dan SRBE tahan gempa, namun dapat mengontrol struktur tersebut sehingga terhindar dari periode struktur dalam kondisi resonansi yang berbahaya.

Abstract

The Jabodetabek commuter rail is an essential supporting public transportation system connecting suburban areas to city-centre workplaces. Determining service coverage is one thing that needs to be considered in a transit service availability system. This research tries to increase the range of services with park-and-ride and ridesourcing facilities at Jabodetabek commuter rail station locations in suburban areas. This is expected to increase interest in using the Jabodetabek commuter rail. For this reason, quantitative performance is needed to state what factors influence the service area coverage of a station in suburban areas, which are analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. Station service coverage is measured by the length of the journey from the place of residence to the starting station for Jabodetabek commuter rail users, with the station of origin of the trip being Tenjo Station and Tigaraksa Station, using the perspective of distance and travel time from the place of residence to the station of origin of the trip. The estimation results show that the radius of station service coverage, namely the travel time from residence to the station of origin of the journey (minutes), has a higher coefficient of determination than the distance from residence to the station of origin of the journey (km). Apart from that, 9 (nine) factors were identified that influenced travel time from residence to the station of origin of the journey (minutes). In contrast, the distance from residence to the journey's origin (km) station was identified as 6 (six) factors. Then, the estimated tolerance value for the station's service range is obtained in the range of 0.5-9.0 km and 5-26 minutes.

Abstract

The calculation of the cost budget by consultants mostly uses Microsoft Excel. This causes opportunities for errors due to inaccuracies in interpretation and calculation in elaborating the complexity of the building to be built. Calculations that still use excel in development projects where it can result in a much larger calculation difference resulting in cost overruns. For this reason, it is necessary to require more effective cost estimation planning. One of the latest project management information systems today is Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM has great potential to share visualize information, visualize construction progress, provide information quickly. Therefore, this research uses BIM 5D (Autodesk Revit software) which functions to estimate the cost budget of a project. The Plan Budget Cost (RAB) figure will not be 100% accurate. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison and difference in volume calculations and RAB using BIM 5D dimensions with calculations of Planning Consultants on Reinforced Concrete Works in the Office and Post Security Depot Supply Point Pertamina Lubricants Tarakan Construction Project. The results of the calculation with BIM 5D method and the Planner Consultant obtained the results of the calculation of the difference where the comparison of the volume of reinforcement is a difference of 3.83% while in concrete work the difference is 4.37%. Meanwhile, the results of the RAB calculation on reinforced concrete work cost difference of 4.10%.

Abstract

Project management is an effort or activity to planning, leadership, organization and control of company resources to achieve predetermined short-term goals as efficiently and effectively as possible. Optimizing costs and time has many methods that can be used, one of which is often used is Time Cost Trade-Off (TCTO. This method aims to find out how much time and costs are needed to complete the project according to the specified targets. The location of this project is at Senaken Market which is on Jalan Yos Sudarso, Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District, Paser Regency, East Kalimantan, for Rp. 5.872.872.924,41 and the work duration is 112 days. Alternatives to prevent delays and shorten working time by increasing labor and working hours. From the results of the analysis, it is more effective to increase the number of workers than to increase working hours. The total cost of adding 3 workers is 0.6% less than the total cost of adding 3 hours of work with a work duration of 75 days, 37 days faster than the normal time duration.

Abstract

Roads are one of the elements that play an important role in determining the development of an area, so it is very important to make a plan for the thickness of the road pavement. In Indonesia, there are generally two methods that are often used to plan the thickness of rigid pavement, namely the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) 1993 and Manual Desain Perkerasan (MDP) 2017 methods. These two methods have several different parameters, where these differences in parameters are adjusted to the regulations that apply in Indonesia. Based on the condition of the existing road which already serves many commercial vehicles, the road can no longer support the load so the road becomes damaged. By looking at the problems that occur, a review is carried out in this planning, such as how to plan the thickness of the rigid pavement based on the AASHTO 1993 method and the MDP 2017 method. How much of the planned budget is needed to plan the thickness of the rigid pavement on the Nuansa Indah Selatan - Cempaka Biru Selatan road, Denpasar City, Bali and compared the two budget plan results to get more economical planning results. After calculating the thickness of the rigid pavement using the ASSHTO 1993 method, we obtained a plate thickness of 36.45 cm, lean concrete of 10 cm, Aggregate Foundation Layer Class A of 15 cm and soil stabilization of 30 cm, and the budget plan required is Rp 8,460,733,187,- whereas with the 2017 MDP method the pavement thickness is 27.5 cm, lean concrete is 10 cm, Aggregate Fondation Layer Class A is 15 cm and soil stabilization is 30 cm with the planned budget required is Rp 6,529,833,757,-. Based on the budget plan results obtained, a good choice to use on this road is to use the 2017 MDP method with a more economical price.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelago state with 17.504 islands and an ocean area is 3,2 million square kilometers. Indonesia has challenges in maintaining maritime defense around its archipelago. Naval bases not only act as command and control centers for sea defense operations but also as providers of berthing facilities for Indonesian Warships (KRI). Navy base operations depend on oceanographic conditions, including tides. This research aims to analyze the tidal characteristics, in the form of harmonic components, tidal types, and tidal forecasting. In the analysis, the least squares method is used which provides high accuracy and precision to the research output. The results showed a Formzahl number 4,997; that the waters at Pondok Dayung have a diurnal tidal type, with the phenomenon of one high tide and one low tide in one day. The mean sea level is 60,07 cm with a tidal ridge is 127,20 cm, where the highest level is 121,96 cm and the lowest level is -5,24 cm.

Abstract

Soft soil is soil with the potential for large consolidation settlements over a long period of time. Soft soil often causes problems for the structures above it due to the relatively low bearing capacity of the subgrade and long-lasting large soil compression. To accelerate the consolidation reduction that occurs, one of the latest steps for soil improvement is the vacuum consolidation method with a combination of prefabricated vertical drain (PVD). This method involves installing a vertical drain into soft soil where a vacuum pump will suck water and air in the soil which has been wrapped in airtight material on top. The vacuum process and application of vertical drain will cause a decrease in consolidation in the soil to occur more quickly. Initial loading with vertical drainage is carried out to induce most of the settlement of the underlying soil layer. The aim of this research is to model the soil improvement process with vacuum and PVD using the 2-dimensional finite element method. The study was carried out by carrying out reverse analysis, based on soil parameter data in North Jakarta which was adjusted to the decline curve over time in the field. Based on the analysis, the results obtained show that with the presence of PVD, the soil permeability in the horizontal direction of the model will increase so that the dissipation of pore water pressure will be faster. Plaxis modeling curves for reduction over time and pore water pressure over time have similar results to measurements in the field.

Abstract

The foundation structure design for the construction of the SIG-2 Building uses a circular pile foundation with a diameter of 0.60 meters and a depth of 15 meters. Verification of the planned bearing capacity was carried out based on data from 2 (two) NSPT test points and continued by comparing the actual carrying capacity based on Static Loading Test (SLT) data. This research aims to compare the planned bearing capacity with the actual bearing capacity during construction, and settlement occurred. Analysis of bearing capacity calculations was carried out based on NSPT data using the Meyerhoff method, while analysis of actual bearing capacity calculations based on SLT data used the Davisson method, Chin method, and Mazurkeiwich method. Based on research conducted at 2 (two) test points, the average bearing capacity of the pile is 185.99 tons, and the average settlement (Sav) is 47.3 millimeters. The allowable settlement is 60 millimeters. The settlement on tested piles is 14,8 mm and 15,8 mm respectively. The results of the bearing capacity analysis based on actual Static Loading Test (SLT) data with a planned load of 200 tons using the Davisson method, Mazurkeiwich method, and Chin method are 179 tons, 185 tons, and 234,9 tons, respectively. Based on the upper structure loading data obtained from the structural planning report, it is concluded that the bearing capacity of the pile group is still safe and able to withstand the planned load on each column of the building structure, assuming the bearing capacity of a single pile of 179 tons, a total of 61 piles with the allowable bearing capacity of all piles of 10,809.81 tons and the building plan load of 9,066.23 tons.

Abstract

The flood that occurred in Tumbang Nusa Village could have occurred due to high rainfall, intensity, or due to incorrect land use in the upstream area. In addition, floods can also be caused by climate change, disruption of the flow of rainwater in rivers, reduction of the surface area that absorbs water due to the construction of many buildings and the occurrence of forest destruction, overflow of the main rivers that pass through residential and urban areas, due to the intensity of rainfall. which is high in the upper reaches of the river which also often causes flooding. Based on the description above, efforts need to be made to anticipate flooding. Flow conditions in the Primary Canal of Kameloh Subdistrict, Palangka Raya City with flood discharge based on Nakayasu Hydrograph Synthetic Unit (HSS) for the Q2 year return period = 150,0 m3/sec and for the Q25 year return period = 221, 24 m3/sec. For forecasts for the next 2 years and 25 years based on simulations using the Hec-Ras application that the channel is still safe from flooding, it's just that several station points have standing water on the left and right due to the low elevation.

Abstract

Equality is something that is often a focus in transportation. Equality in the transportation system includes the availability and accessibility of transportation modes for all levels of society. In big cities, it often happens that facilities are available but do not fully meet the needs of all users, including people with disabilities. Difficulty in accessing transportation facilities and infrastructure for people with disabilities eliminates equal opportunities in using public transportation. The city of Bandung is an example of a metropolitan city with 1,814 people with disabilities in 2021 which is trying to increase the accessibility of public transport for all groups of society, including people with disabilities. In addition, with Law No. 8 of 2016 which states that Persons with Disabilities are anyone who experiences physical, intellectual, mental and/or sensory limitations for a long period of time who, in interacting with the environment, may experience obstacles and difficulties in participating fully. and effectively with other citizens based on equal rights. This research was conducted to identify the problems faced by people with disabilities when using city transportation. The research method used is a qualitative method using NVivo software. The analysis method used is thematic analysis. The findings from this research are that there are phenomena in structural factors including bus stops, schedules, public transportation and sidewalks. The challenges that occur with this structural factor are not using bus stops or terminals, long waiting times, public transport conditions that are not disability friendly, sidewalks being converted, and no sidewalks.
