Abstract

In carrying out a construction project, the project should be a solid building and have a long life. Criteria and characteristics of a good building of course. It should be realized that changes may occur in the future and will affect the pattern of the plan it self. The length of time for project completion has a major impact on the increase in overall project costs. has been completed or implemented When viewed from the amount of work completed, the concept of Earned Value is one of the control methods used to control project costs and time in an integrated manner. This method is used to analyze implementation performance and make project completion estimates that provide information on project performance in a reporting period and produce cost and time estimates for the completion of all project work. This project is planned for 204 days or about 29 weeks with a contract value of Rp. 106,671,014,961.00

Abstract

As one of the applied technologies in infrastructure development, Building Information Modeling (BIM) facilitates the construction modeling process by providing information and tools that help the planning, construction and operation processes to be more efficient and effective. This research aims to evaluate the performance of BIM implementation in the project planning stage within PT Yodya Karya (Persero), with the object being the building planning stage for the Presidential Palace of the Indonesian Capital City of Nusantara (IKN), based on regulatory aspects of the procurement of goods and services. The method used in this research is a literature review in the form of Procurement TOR (Work Terms of Reference) data, Design and Built work contracts, as well as planning products such as Basic Design and Detailed Engineering Design (DED). Based on the research that has been carried out, the results can be obtained that there is an increase in digital work efficiency and productivity, to reduce various risks of errors and communications that occur in the field, by providing better design visibility and data management. In addition, the use of BIM at the planning stage can increase budget efficiency, project cycle duration, and work quality by paying attention to requirement stated on contract document.

Abstract

Kecamatan Bogor Tengah Merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kota Bogor dengan luas Wilayah 8,39 km2 dengan 11 desa di dalamnya, dan dilintasi jalan utama Antar Provinsi yang menghubungkan Kota Bogor,dengan Kab. Bogor dan menjadi salah satu akses utama yang di lewati dari arah Jakarta maupun Cianjur dan Sukabumi, maka peningkatan pergerakan yang keluar masuk kawasan ini mempengaruhi kinerja ruas jalan hingga menimbulkan permasalahan.Dengan Adanya Wacana Pembangunan Kawasan Terpadu Transit atau TOD (Transit Oriented Development) di kawasan sekitar Stasiun Bogor dan kawasan penting di sekitarnya yang dimana arus lalu lintas ini harus di perhatikan dikarenakan potensi akan pergerakan dan mobilitas baik kendaraan pribadi,Umum,dan Pejalan kaki ini di perkirakan akan meningkat karena dibangunnya pusat pusat keramaian baru di kawasan ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar jumlah pergerakan serta bangkitan dan tarikan yang ditimbulkan Kawasan Stasiun Bogor Khususnya Kecamatan Bogor tengah yang menjadi basis penelitian ini dan diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diaplikasikan dalam rencana arus lalu lintas yang akan diaplikasikan saat Proses Pembangunan Kawasan TOD dan sesudah proses pembangunan kawasan TOD ini berlangsung, studi seperti pusat pendidikan, perkantoran, rumah sakit, kawasan wisata dan pusat perbelanjaan/perdagangan. Survey traffic counting dilakukan di ruas-ruas jalan utama akses keluar dan masuknya kendaraan dari dan menuju stasiun Bogor yang kemudian diolah berdasarkan metode MKJI 2017. Selanjutnya menggunakan Trip Generation Manual dan menggambarkan besaran bangkitan dan tarikan dalam MAT, kemudian dimodelkan dalam Software SATURN sehingga didapat hasil penelitian yaitu Jumlah bangkitan pada kawasan pendidikan, kesehatan, penginapan, perkantoran, pusat perbelanjaan di Jalan sekitar Kawasan Stasiun Bogor yakni sebesar 36.441 trip/jam sedangkan untuk bangkitan di stasiun Bogor dan Paledang sendiri yakni sebesar 16.764 trip/jam. Sedangkan Jumlah Tarikan dari 15 Jalan di sekitar wilayah Stasiun Bogor & Stasiun Paledang pada saat Hari Kerja adalah 17.199 smp/jam dan saat Hari Libur 15.309 smp/jam. Kata kunci: Bangkitan dan tarikan, MAT, transportasi, TOD (Transit Oriented Development).

Abstract

Highways are a very important transportation infrastructure in helping regional development, so that without a smooth flow of transportation it will have a lot of influence in encouraging the rate of development which tends to increase community growth. Therefore, a comprehensive road monitoring system is needed in order to find out the problems of congestion on the road. The method used in this research is the greenshields and underwood method. The aim of the research is to obtain the volume, speed and density of traffic and obtain a graph of the relationship between volume, speed and traffic density on the Banda Aceh – Medan STA road. 464+700 to STA. 465+200 Kedai Besi Village, Karang Baru District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The research results were obtained for the direction Langsa - Kuala Simpang S-D (Speed-Density), with the highest R² value (R² = 0.198). V-D (Volume-Density), with the highest R² value (R² = 0.988). V-D (Volume-Speed) with the highest R² value (R² = 0.537). Meanwhile, for the direction Kuala Simpang – Langsa S-D (Speed-Density), with the highest R² value (R² = 0, 0.999). V-D (Volume-Density), with the highest R² value (R² = 0.991). V-D (Volume-Speed) with the highest R² value (R² = 0.209). From the research results for the Kuala Simpang - Langsa road, it is more suitable to use the underwood model. Meanwhile, for the Langsa - Kuala Simpang direction, it is more suitable to use the greenshields model. Keywords: Greenshields, Highways, Transportation, Underwood.

Abstract

A highly productive workforce is essential for a construction project to be successful because worker productivity has a significant impact on the final outcome, especially in the construction industry. Wall plastering is an example of a profession that requires hard work. The aim of this research is to calculate the productivity coefficient for plastering work and compare it with the 2022 Indonesian National Standard Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP SNI) in order to measure the efficiency of wall plastering at work sites. This research was carried out by collecting primary data regarding the efficiency of plastering work at the Basic Laboratory Building at Samudra University through field observations and interviews. Productivity factor analysis of wall plastering work shows an average of 47.61 m2 per day for foremen and head craftsmen, 13.88 m2 per day for craftsmen, and 22.72 m2 per day for assistant craftsmen. Apart from that, the foreman and head craftsman produce 66.66 m2 per day, the craftsman produces 6.66 m2 per day, and the assistant craftsman produces 3.33 m2 per day according to SNI AHSP. Thus, the difference in percentages obtained for the foreman and head craftsman respectively is 28.57%, for the craftsman 52.01%, and for the assistant craftsman 85.34%. Abstract

Pada saluran terbuka, aliran uniform (tetap/seragam) akan mengalami perubahan kecepatan dan ketinggian jika terdapat hambatan atau benturan di dalam pengalirannya. Sifat aliran dapat berubah dari uniform menjadi non-uniform atau dari laminer (sejajar) menjadi turbulen (tidak teratur), atau sebaliknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat fenomena perubahan aliran pada saluran terbuka yang ditambahkan hambatan di badan salurannya. Adapun metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara pemodelan fisik dengan flume meter dan pemodelan numerik dengan bantuan software HEC RAS 1D. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa Dari hasil penelitian ini didapat hasil bahwa pada kondisi eksisting tanpa hambatan dengan debit sebesar 0.01 m3/s dan kemiringan saluran 0.01 dihasilkan jenis aliran superkritik dengan tinggi muka air rata- rata 1 cm. Pada percobaan pertama dengan diberikan hambatan dengan bukaan bawah jenis aliran yang terjadi di hulu berdasarkan angka froude pada pemodelan numerik HecRas 1D berubah menjadi aliran subkritik dengan tinggi muka air di hulu rata – rata 3 cm dan di hilir rata – rata 1.5 cm. Untuk kecepatan rata – rata di hulu sebesar 0.1 m/s dan di hilir sebesar 0.26 m/s. Pada percobaan kedua saat diberikan hambatan berupa ambang trapesium didapat tinggi muka air di bagian hulu rata – rata 10 cm dengan kecepatan rata – rata 0.04 m/s, diatas ambang 1 cm dan di bagian hilir rata – rata 1.4 cm dengan kecepatan rata – rata 0.26 m/s, sedangkan jenis aliran berdasarkan angka froude termasuk ke dalam aliran sub kritis

Abstract

Proyek merupakan suatu rangkaian aktivitas terencana yang didalamnya menggunakan uang dan tenaga kerja untuk mendapatkan hasil di masa yang akan datang. Kontraktor akan menghitung Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dengan memperkirakan biaya pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan proyek, namun selama berlangsungnya suatu proyek dikenal juga dengan Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan (RAP) yang merupakan biaya di lapangan sampai proyek selesai. RAB dengan RAP terdapat selisih biaya dari masing-masing jenis kegiatan, begitu pula dengan pembangunan Aula Serbaguna SMP Negeri 11 Langsa, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara RAB dengan RAP pada proyek pembangunan Aula Serbaguna SMP Negeri 11 Langsa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai RAP, selisih antara RAB dan RAP serta selisih item pekerjaan yang menggunakan biaya terbesar antara RAB dan RAP pada proyek pembangunan Aula Serbaguna SMP Negeri 11 Langsa. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah metode kuantitatif yaitu bentuk penelitian dimana hasil penelitian dipresentasikan dalam bentuk hasil penghitungan matematis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai RAP lebih kecil dari RAB dengan nilai RAB sebesar Rp.784.610.750,00 sudah termasuk PPN, sedangkan total Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan sebesar Rp.667.559.973,56. Selisih perbandingan biaya Rencana Anggaran Biaya dengan Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan pada pekerjaan seluruh item pekerjaan yaitu Rp.117.050.776,44 atau sebesar 15%, dimana pekerjaan yang menggunakan biaya terbesar yaitu pekerjaan beton bertulang dlihat dari perhitungan harga bahan sebesar Rp.69.032.403,21. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada rekap kebutuhan material yang dihitung berdasarkan volume Mutual Check (MC) akhir.

Abstract

The Narcotics Rehabilitation Center Building is a much needed facility for every drug addict who needs rehabilitation. For the safety and comfort of building users structural element planning is required to determine the correct dimensions and reinforcement. The planning was carried out in Langsa City, where the SDS and SD1 values were 0,79 and 0,8 so that the seismic category fell into E. The working loads were dead load, live load, and earthquake load. The regulations used are SNI 2487-2019 concerning Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings and Explanations, SNI 1726-2019 concerning Procedures for Earthquake Resistance Planning for Building and Non Building Structures, SNI 1727-2020 concerning Minimum Design Loads and Related Criteria for Buildings and Other Structures, SNI 2052-2017 concerning Concrete Reinforcing Steel. Structural analysis and structural modeling using the ETABS 2018 program. This plan uses 2 types of dilation with an L shaped building. The results and design analysis show that the column dimensions are 65/65 cm for K1, 55/55 cm for K2, and 60/60 cm for K3. The beam dimensions are 50/70 for Main Beam 1. 45/65 cm for Main Beam 2, 40/60 cm for Main Beam 3, and 30/45 cm for Child Beam. Abstract

In the construction of a building, it is necessary to plan a concrete structure that can make us feel safe and comfortable. The concrete structure itself is very close to making a slab and beam, the design and implementation of a slab and beam has many innovations in the manufacturing process. One of the information during the construction of the structure is formwork with a fixed shoring system. Where when the formwork can be removed quickly enough from the usual time, this will cause a reaction on the structure itself and the fix shoring is the part that reduces the impact of the reaction. The purpose of this study was conducted to find out whether the fix shoring system formwork is able to provide safe results according to the building permit. The fix shoring method based on the results of the analysis obtained, the floor slab concrete structure was able to withstand the deflection that occurred on day 2 (2.891 of the maximum deflection of 8.333). Meanwhile, the elastic deflection only met the requirements on day 3 (Mu<Mcr, 8.729 kN/m < 8.700 kN/m). For the concrete structure itself has a size of 40x70 and 30x70. The conclusion is that the overall results comply with the specified permits from the pedestal to the field. It can be stated that the formwork of the fixed shoring system, on the 3rd day, the formwork can be removed without affecting the state of the concrete structure.

Abstract

Research in the concrete industry aims to improve the quality of concrete using advanced technology and techniques. One of the innovations carried out is the use of additional materials in SCC concrete, namely coconut shell ash. This research uses coconut shell ash as an additional material with the proportion of coconut shell ash used being 0%, 5%, 15% and 25% of the cement weight with a maximum aggregate accuracy of 20 mm. The reference used in making the concrete mix is the EFNARC Mix Design with a design compressive strength (f'c) of 20 MPa. The test object is cylindrical with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. The tests carried out were compression tests with treatment for 14 and 28 days. The results of adding coconut shell ash to SCC concrete have an influence on the workability characteristics of concrete in the form of a maximum slump flow value in the SCC0 concrete variation without additional coconut shell ash of 650 mm and a minimum slump flow value found in the unmixed concrete (BN) variation of 330 mm and The results of the v-funnel test experienced a decrease in flow time as the coconut shell ash increased, this was caused by the higher the percentage of coconut shell ash used, the thicker the concrete properties would be. The results of the comparison value of unmixed concrete (BN) and SCC concrete with variations in the addition of coconut shell ash to the compressive strength of concrete at the ages of 14 and 28 days showed a decrease in the compressive strength value of concrete along with increasing the percentage of coconut shell ash used. The highest decrease in the compressive strength value of unmixed concrete (BN) occurred in the SCCA25 variation, 55.50% at 14 days and 61.06% at 28 days.
