Abstract

The form of wage protection is the goal of the worker/laborer in doing the work to earn sufficient income to finance his life with his family, which is a decent living for humanity. During this time workers always neglected their rights in doing the work. Issues discussed in this paper are Is legal protection for workers/laborers in North Halmahera Regency in compliance with Law Number 13 Year 2003 on Manpower and What are the Barriers in Legal Protection for Workers? This research is conducted by using type of juridical Normative legal research. so the source of the Law material is analyzed is the legal material by using the Law and Case Approach. Against the results of the study "a Legal Study on the Protection of Workers/Workers in North Halmahera Regency Based on Law Number 13 Year 2003 on Manpower.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate bank’s health levels by RBBR (Risk-Based Bank Rating) method, that is credit risk, market risk, capital adequacy, good corporate governance, profitability and liquidity risk and profit growth at Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises Banking period 2011-2015. The data used in this research is obtained from financial statement data.The sampling technique used is saturation sampling/census, then the sample was taken from the entire population consists of 4 Indonesian state-owned banks with research period in 2011-2015. Data analysis method in this research is panel data regression analysis by using software Eviews version 9. Based on the results of data processing, shows that credit risk variables (NPL), market risk (NOP), Capital (CAR), GCG, Rentability (NIM), and Liquidity Risk has significant simultaneously influence to profit growth in Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises Banking 2011-2015. The The partial influence of this research shows that credit risk (NPL) has significant negative effect,market risk (PDN) has significant negative effect, capital adequacy (CAR) has significant positive effect, good corporate governance has not significant effect, profitability (NIM) has not significant effect and liquidity risk has significant positive effect toward profit’s growth.

Abstract

This research was a research development with the reference Four-D model by Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel. Subject in this study were eleventh grade students in SMA YPK Medan. Student worksheets validation based on the opinion of the validator from lecturer and mathematics teacher. The practically of student worksheets was analyzed based on: (1) implementation of the used students worksheets in learning process; (2) student’s responses to worksheets developed; and (3) teacher’s responses to worksheets developed. The effectivenees of students worksheets was analyzed based on: (1) a minimum completeness mathematics student’s ability; (2) the ability of teachers to manage learning; and (3) student’s activity in learning process. The result showed that student worksheets used local-culture problem based learning in mathematics learning has been valid, practice and effective.

Abstract

Based on our findings in the field there are still many students who have not understood yet and can not use SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solution) especially in doing Linearity Test where in their mind better make qualitative research than quantitative research because in their mind using SPSS is difficult, because processed resulting from the SPSS output they do not understand, nor do they know the steps to test the Linearity with the SPSS, and few students end up using the SPSS application program to process their research data. So our team of devotion felt called to be able to carry out this community service because they feel responsible for the success of our students in education with utilization of computer technology, besides that I as a lecturer course Research Methods of the last few years should be able to transfer the knowledge that I have so they can complete the final task on time without the help of others services and will be brought later in the world of work. Before the training is done the team first gives a questionnaire to the participants to know their knowledge early about Linearity Test. The design of Ibm to be implemented is 1. Introduction and provision of training materials. 2. Submission of training materials, 3. Provision of Practice with computer, After completion of training the team again distributed the same questionnaire thus can be seen how much improvement their knowledge after the training is given by comparing the questionnaire before and the questionnaire after the training is given. So based on both pre test table and post test we can see the increasing ability of the participants after the training is given that is from correct 15 (14%) to 79(75%) correct answer, significant increase in ability.

Abstract

Law enforcement is the process of realizing legal desires into reality. What is meant by legal wish is the minds of the law making body formulated in the rule of law. When law enforcement in the study of legal sociology is confronted with law enforcement in criminal law studies then law enforcement actually has a different paradigm. Law enforcement can not run in one corridor regardless of law enforcement in the teaching of other legal fields. In designing academic texts a legislation, in particular the law, should keep in mind the ultimate objective of the law. Sometimes a law only focuses on some legal subject or entire legal subject. When there is a specialization of the subject of law then if the ultimate goal is more directed to religion can use the teachings of Catholicism primarily on love.

Abstract

Population in this study refers to the all company except non financial companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016. The technique used in this study is purposive sampling with 7 samples of the companies were selected which in the period of three years, so there were 21 samples data of companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016 are used.This study aims to examine the effect partially between Sustainability Report Disclosure to Return On Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Inventory Turnover (IT) on companies listed in BEI period 2014-2016. Methods of data analysis in this research is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 10.Based on the result of this research shows that partially Sustainability Report Disclosure have no effect on Return On Asset (ROA), Sustainability Report Disclosure have a positive and significant effect on Current Ratio (CR), Sustainability Report Disclosure have have no effect on Debt to Equity Ratio(DER), Sustainability Report Disclosure have have no effect on Inventory Turnover(IT.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and know how the consumer perceptions of service quality at PT. Garuda Indonesia Branch of Bima. This research was conducted at PT. Garuda Indonesia Branch of Bima, The use of method in this research is using Descriptive Research. The time of this research start from March to April 2015, with a total sample of 50 people and sampling method using incidental sampling technique. The results of research known that consumer perceptions of service quality at PT. Garuda Indonesia Branch of Bima seen from the value of t-count in comparison with the t-table value, then obtained t-count is greater than at (t-table 4.463> t-table 1.66) so based on the provisions Hypothesis that states "consumer perceptions of service quality at PT. Garuda Indonesia Branch of Bima is greater than 60% be accepted "

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Good Corporate Governance which is proxy by the institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, and the Audit Committee of the Firm Value with Financial Performance as the Moderate Variable (Case Study on the Insurance Sub Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2016). The population of this research is the insurance sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. Based on the selection of the sample there are 8 company that examined for 4 years with 32 samples. A data analysis method in this research is the regression data panels and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) using Eviews software 9. The result of this research shows that good corporate governance before and after moderated financial performance has significantly to the firm value. It means that, with the improvement of the mechanism of good corporate governance and financial performance will show up investor confidence so were able to increase the firm value.

Abstract

This research uses Structural approach. With this structural approach, the researcher can see the extent to which a literary work has a moral value in the novel to be analyzed. The source of data in this research is Konawe's ritual poem by Iwan Konawe and its contents. The form of data in the form of elements of images in five poems contained in each of five poems by Iwan Konawe. The research process is done by data collection and data analysis. Data obtained by way of reading and recording. The analysis is presented in the description. The result of this research is submitted as a whole that Iwan Konawe poem image, is a poem image contained in five poems Konawe ritus Iwan Konawe work can be used as learning and inspiration in real life.

Abstract

Influence on Performance Competence Master Teacher At SMPN I Lambuya Konawe Through Work Motivation As an intervening variable. The purpose of this study is to describe and test the effect of teacher competence on motivation and performance of teachers. Specifically the purpose of research to explain and examine the role of teachers' motivation to work in mediating the relationship between the competence of the teacher's performance. The design of this research uses explanatory research approach with data collection conducted cross-section through the questionnaire. The population of this study was all government school teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Lambuya Konawe totaling 45 people. The sampling technique is saturated samples (census) in which the entire population as a sample of 45 teachers. Data analysis techniques to answer the problem in this research hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that teacher competence and significant positive effect on work motivation and performance of teachers. Furthermore, teachers work motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance.
