Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze: The Effectiveness of the Implementation of Women's Economic Development Program at Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population and Family Planning in Southeast Sulawesi Province The method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The data obtained comes from interviews, observations and document studies. The results showed that the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Women's Economic Development Program, the Women's Empowerment Agency, Child Protection, Population and Family Planning in Southeast Sulawesi Province has been implemented in accordance with established procedures, but not yet optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of chicken manure and the area of arable land on the production of red chili farming. This research was conducted in Desa Duriaasi Wonggeduku District of Konawe Regency with 35 respondents. The results showed that the use of chicken manure (X1) and the cultivated land area (X2) had an effect on the yield of red chili farming (Y) where the result of multiple linear regression analysis showed positive value to all observation variables while in partial t test and F test showed significant value <0,05 with coefficient of determination equal to 0,990 or 99,0%.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the financial performance of PT. Blue Bird Tbk, based Ratios Liquidity, Solvency, Activity and Profitability in 2014 until 2016. This study used quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed that: (1) The liquidity ratio to measure the ability of PT Blue Bird Tbk in meeting short-term obligations through indicators Current Ratio and Cash Ratio is in the category of performance "less good", (2) Solvency Ratio to measure the ability of firms to pay long-term liabilities if the company is liquidated, through indicators Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) showed a tendency to decrease year after year. (3) Ratio Activity through indicator Total Assets Turn Over, its shows the tendency The Activity Ratio through the Total Asset Turn Over indicator shows a tendency to be inefficient. (4)Ratios Profitability through indicators Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Asset (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM), it shows the tendency continues to decline from year to year. It can be concluded that all four indicators below the average industry standard, so it can be concluded that the financial performance. PT. Blue Bird Tbk is in the category of "less good".

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approach. Research data in the form of information about process and data result of action obtained from result of observation, test result and discussion. Sources of data were obtained from the approach of learning process skill approach in science lesson. Research subjects consisted of teachers and students of class V SD Negeri 02 Manggilang which amounted to 20 people. The research procedure is done: planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the research In the first cycle obtained the results of the implementation in view of the aspects of teacher meetings I 75%, meeting II 78.5% and student aspects meeting 67.8%, meeting II 75% while the results of implementation in cycle II seen from aspects of teachers 89, 2% and student aspect 92,8%. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers can implement the learning process using the Process Skills approach.

Abstract

The problem of workers is one important thing in running a company because the company in doing activities to get a goods or services required the existence of workers, workers themselves are assets of a company. When companies experience bankruptcy the rights of workers to a company must be clear and also the process of payment of workers' wages, especially in companies that experienced bankruptcy. How legal protection is provided by the government against workers whose company is declared bankrupt. In reviewing the problem using normative juridical methods, consisting of laws, books, and journals on employment and insolvency. The results of this research is that protection starts from the rights and obligations. Workers or laborers as the implementation of development shall be guaranteed its right, regulated its obligations and developed its usefulness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Company Size, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity ratio, Good corporate governance on Company Values in the metal subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2016. The results of the study show that firm size, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, good corporate governance have an effect on and are significant to the value of the company. Partially, the size of the company influences the value of the company, the current ratio affects the value of the company, the debt to equity ratio does not affect the value of the company, does not affect the value of the company.

Abstract

Globalization requires individuals to have competitiveness to survive of change. Individuals also should not forget the moral sides that must be maintained especially for us as the East. Education is the right path to instill both. The application of a curriculum characterized early on, can help one to absorb well the material being taught. However, the provision of a characteristic curriculum is commonly done by schools located in urban areas, which are expensive and earmarked for the haves. This condition does not apply to one school in Garut, which provides quality education to its students, with an international education pattern but affordable and open-minded, intended for children who want to study at the school without looking at the socio-cultural and economic background of their parents. The problem is how the pattern is applied, what is the character education that is applied to the student? Abstract

In reality, in the process of learning mathematics there are deficiencies in the practical context, among others, students are still just listening, watching, taking notes, then doing exercise questions and being passive. In overcoming the problems that occur requires a learning model that can accommodate several aspects to achieve learning goals. Various learning models are applied and still have some weaknesses so that this study has a purpose to present a learning model that covers the weaknesses of the model that has been applied which is useful to improve students' understanding of concepts in mathematics learning. Missouri Explicit Mathematics Instruction (EMMI) explicit model is the result of modification of the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) learning model with Explicit Instruction (EI) learning model. The EMMI learning model emphasizes various interactions between teachers and students, students and students, even with media and learning resources that enable students to learn basic skills and obtain information that can be taught step by step, in addition to collaborative learning the EMMI model also emphasizes student independence. The results showed that the EMMI model results for pretest t count of 4.869 and t table of 1.980 with a significant level of α = 0.05 in the rejection area of ​​H0, it was concluded that the implementation of Explicit Missouri Mathematics Instruction (EMMI) learning model could improve students' understanding of concepts.

Abstract

The mentoring model that supervisors are doing together with the Headmaster in academic supervision is done continuously in educational interaction, positive communication in accordance with the needs of the principal. The accompaniment of this research used the design of PTK cycle model by Kemmis & Taggart. At each cycle there are four components of the activities of the plan, action, monitoring, reflection and evaluation. The results of the evaluation in cycle I was the implementation of supervision by the head of the school into the category has not been good, or a new average of 55% indicator that is met. The results of evaluation in cycle II, indicate that the principal who supervise academic with the method of accompaniment has increased in good category, or an average of 88% indicator is met. The results of school action research indicate that the mentoring model can improve the principal's skill in performing academic supervision.

Abstract

The company strives to always improve service to its customers. To be able to find out customer satisfaction that must be done by a company that is by making improvements to Service Recovery to the accuracy of the delivery schedule and quality improvement of a product. Timeliness of production will affect the delivery of orders that are in accordance with a predetermined schedule so that it can meet customer expectations and they will most likely reorder for the future. The measurement method used by the writer to see customer satisfaction is the hypothesis that the T test method is obtained for timeliness (X1) is 0.12, product quality (X2) is 0.4 and customer satisfaction (Y) is 0.26 while for correlation is for timeliness (X1 ) is 0.43, product quality (X2) is 0.81 and customer satisfaction (Y) is 1 and for coefficient of determination (r²) is 0.82. From the results above stated that between for timeliness (X1), product quality (X2) is very influential and is related to customer satisfaction (Y) so that it will determine whether or not a company runs smoothly.
