Abstract

V_n  didefinisikan sebagai himpunan matriks n×n  dengan sifat penjumlahan silang. Himpunan V_n  membentuk subruang dari ruang vektor R^(n×n)  dengan karakteristik tertentu. Selanjutnya terdapat himpunan matriks co-latin C_n  yang didefinisikan menggunakan matriks latin, yaitu matriks n×n dengan elemen {1,2,…,n}  yang muncul tepat satu kali pada setiap baris dan kolom.  Dalam artikel ini dikaji keterkaitan antara ruang vektor V_n  dan C_n  untuk menjawab permasalahan bagaimana memperoleh matriks dengan sifat penjumlahan silang dengan mudah.

Abstract

Indonesia is facing big challenges: an overabundance of graduates and limited job prospects. In February 2022, the central statistics agency provided a clear picture, more than 13 million people have a bachelor's degree in Indonesia and the number of unemployed is 8.4 million people. Banten Province is ranked first in the unemployment rate in Indonesia, namely 8.53%. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the length of job search for graduates of the Islamic Community Development Program at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. The analytical method used is Multiple Classification Analysis (MCA), this research investigates the influence of variables, such as gender, length of study, GPA, organizational experience, academic achievement, work experience, employment sector, and foreign language proficiency. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between length of study, GPA, work experience, and length of job search. The ANOVA test shows that these three variables have a low significance level (

Abstract

Various studies have explored the fascinating characteristics of modules over discrete valuation domain. One notable finding is that the multiplication module is regarded as indecomposable within a discrete valuation domain. Based on this distinctive property, a categorization of weak and pure multiplication modules over discrete valuation domain is established. A notable property of a discrete valuation ring is its role as the localization of a Dedekind domain. With this connection, there has been a classification of weak multiplication modules over the Dedekind domain. In this article, we examine the characteristics of the discrete valuation domain and the properties of pure multiplication modules over the discrete valuation domain, which collectively contribute to the properties of pure multiplication modules over the Dedekind domain.

Abstract

Research and analysis that are not only based on time (temporal) but also on space (spatial) require tools in the form of software to ensure that the data analysis and processing yield good, fast, and accurate results. One of the software tools that can be used for this purpose is RStudio software. The advantages of RStudio include being open-source software (OSS), which can be used freely without cost, and it has many packages and functions that can facilitate data processing. One of the spatial-based analyses is spatial data analysis. The structure within RStudio allows users to call functions related to spatial data analysis, perform computations with sparse matrices (matrices with many zero values), such as spatial weight matrices, estimation of spatial model parameters, and so on. This research examines the application of RStudio software in estimating the parameters of a first-order Spatial Autoregressive (SAR) model using the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method on the data of the designation of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) in Indonesia. Based on the results of applying RStudio software, a first-order SAR model with a Queen contiguity weight matrix for the categories of Traditional Customs, Rituals, and Celebrations (TCRC) and Performing Arts (PA) with the minimum Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) value and maximum pseudo- value was obtained for predicting the designation data of ICH in Indonesia. The application of RStudio software to the first-order SAR model for the designation data of ICH in Indonesia speeds up and simplifies calculations, making it suitable as a recommendation for relevant agencies such as the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth, and Sports (Disbudparpora).

Abstract

In many countries, traffic problem has increased time by time, it has been caused by the increasing amount of vehicle and the lacking of segment road. For the example, urban traffic problem such as traffic congestion has become a big problem for drivers. This research studied urban traffic modeling using the link transmission model (LTM). The method was proposed is mathematical modeling, including car and bus as the objects of research. The cars and buses data were collected directly by the observers at the intersection that has four links and that are connected each other. The simulation process was obtained for the each link at rush hour period. At the interval 6.30-7.30am the total time spend in the link A, B, C, and D were 45.93h, 28.58h, 37.25h, and 19.91h. At the interval 04.00-05.00pm the total time spend in the link A, B, C, and D were 27.38h, 28.58h, 37.25h, and 19.91h. Based on these results, we might to give an advice to control the duration of  traffic lights that controlled traffic flow in the each link. The red traffic light duration of link A at 6.30-730am must be lower than the others so the vehicles at link A will send much better and the TTS will turn down.

Abstract

Misalkan R adalah suatu ring. Graf pembagi tak nol dari R yang dinotasikan dengan Q(R) merupakan graf sederhana yang himpunan vertex-nya adalah V(Q(R))=R\{0,1,-1} dimana dua vertex berbeda x akan y adjacent jika dan hanya jika xy tak nol atau yx tak nol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sifat-sifat dasar graf pembagi tak nol dari ring suatu ring.  Sifat-sifat tersebut kemudian digunakan untuk menyelidiki syarat keterhubungan graf pembagi tak nol dari suatu ring. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, yaitu dengan menghimpun dan mengkaji ulang berbagai sumber pustaka yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Berdasarkan penyelidikan yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil jika himpunan vertex V(Q(R)) mempunyai elemen invertible, maka Q(R) merupakan graf yang terhubung. Kemudian untuk kasus ring Zn diperoleh graf pembagi tak nol dari ring Zn atau Q(Zn) akan menjadi graf terhubung jika dan hanya jika n bukan diantara {1,2,3,6}. Selain itu, suatu graf Q(R) akan menjadi graf terhubung jika R adalah ring tereduksi dengan V(Q(R))>3.

Abstract

Zika virus (ZIKV) is transmitted by Aedes Aegypti mosquito, which is recognized as a vector for viruses causing dengue fever and chikungunya. This study uses SEIHR‐SEI mathematical model to analyze the dynamics of Zika virus transmission. In this model, human population (host) is classified into five compartments: Susceptible Humans (Sh), Exposed Humans (Eh), Infected Humans (Ih), Hospitalized Humans (Hh) and Recovered Humans (Rh). Meanwhile, the mosquito population (vector) is divide into three compartments: Susceptible Vectors (Sv), Exposed Vectors (Ev), and Infected Vectors (Iv). Stability analysis is conducted using Routh‐Hurwitz criteria for assessing local stability and Lyapunov function for evaluating global stability. Moreover, Basic Reproduction Number (R0), which represents the average number of new infections produced by one infected individual in a susceptible population, is derived by using the Next Generation Matrix (NGM) method. The result shows that the equilibrium point for disease‐free conditions is globally asymptotic stable when R0 < 1, meanwhile the equilibrium point for endemic conditions is stable when R0 > 1. The simulation result using endemic data and sensitivity analysis of three parameters, including contact rate between susceptible humans and infected humans (c), hospitalization rate of infected individuals (τ ), and mosquito control rate (ω), reveals that c and ω exert a more significant effect on changes in R0 compared to τ . Therefore, minimizing contact with infected individuals or implementing vector control is more effective than isolating or hospitalizing infected patients.

Abstract

Grace bakery is a home industry in making bread. The problem experienced by Grace Bakery is that Grace Bakery has not planned to optimize bread production, this has caused losses for Grace Bakery and sales have not been maximized. This research aims to formulate a mathematical model for optimizing bread production using integer goal programming and to obtain optimization results for bread production planning using integer goal programming with the help of the Lingo application. The method used to solve this integer goal programming problem is branch and bound. By using integer goal programming, the branch and bound method and with the help of the Lingo application, the research results show that Grace Bakery must produce 3993 chocolate breads, 1334 cheese breads and 4237 mocha breads every month so that Grace Bakery will earn a maximum income of Rp. 17.280.000. Revenue will reach optimal results if all the bread is sold out and there is no increase in raw materials. Grace bakery can also reduce production costs to Rp. 11.670.092,5 every month.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest nickel producing country in the world in 2022 by contributing 48.48% of the world's total nickel production. Therefore, the Indonesian government pays attention to the development of smelter companies by planning to build around 53 companies in 2024, and 56.60 percent of them are nickel smelters. The potential of the nickel smelter needs attention from various circles, especially academics from various disciplines. One that needs attention is the study of the method of evaluating the economic value of the investment plan in the nickel smelter company. The DCF method, although practical and widely used, still has a drawback, which is that it does not pay attention to the flexibility of managers' decision-making in the middle of the ongoing investment period. As a solution, the real options valuation (ROV) method provides flexibility features in making these decisions. Among the real options methods that are often used is the Black-Scholes formula which is considered the most rigid but more practical real options method. However, this problem can be overcome by implementing the fuzzy number method into the ROV method, making it more flexible. The results of this study show that the fuzzy Black-Scholes ROV method is a practical method, can calculate the risks and projects flexibility, and become a solution when initial information is less available about the characteristics of nickel smelter investment projects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penentuan bilangan rainbow connection pada graf buku, terutama graf buku dengan bentuk segitiga, segi empat, serta segi lima. Graf buku segitiga, disimbolkan sebagai BT_n, dihasilkan dari penggabungan sisi pada graf lingkaran C_3. Graf buku segi empat, disimbolkan sebagai BE_n, dihasilkan dari penggabungan sisi pada graf lingkaran C_4. Sedangkan graf buku segi lima, disimbolkan sebagai BL_n, dihasilkan dari penggabungan sisi pada graf lingkaran C_5. Bilangan rainbow connection pada sebuah graf terhubung G ditulis rc(G), yang didefinisikan sebagai jumlah warna minimum yang dibutuhkan untuk menjadikan graf G menjadi terhubung secara rainbow. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, melalui teknik studi pustaka dan analisis data non-statistik. Adapun hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa bilangan rainbow connection pada Graf Buku Segitiga yaitu 1 jika n=1, 2 jika n=2, dan 3 untuk n≥3. Bilangan rainbow connection pada Graf Buku Segi Empat adalah 2 jika n=1, 3 jika n=2, dan 4 untuk n≥3. Sedangkan bilangan rainbow connection pada Graf Buku Segi Lima yaitu 3 jika n=1, 4 jika n=2, dan 6 untuk n≥3.
