Feasibility analysis includes non-financial and financial aspects. As a result of the non-financial aspect, the business development plan is feasible to run based on the feasibility score for each non-financial aspect above 50 percent. The analysis of the financial aspect results obtained an NPV value of IDR 220.345.204, an IRR of 80,42 percent, a Net B/C of 6,44, and a Payback Period of 2,85 years; the business development plan is financially feasible because it passes the eligibility criteria. Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the risk of moringa (Moringa oleifera L.) production in rainy and dry seasons at PT Moringa Organic Indonesia, Blora. The research method used is a case study method, using secondary data and time-series data and interviews with the company. The analytical tools used are coefficient variation (CV) and lower limit (L). The results show that the sources of production risk at PT Moringa Organic Indonesia consist of external and internal production risks, external production risks consist of weeds, disease, and seasons, while internal production risks are human resource risks. The calculation result of risk level of Moringa production for rainy season and dry season show the risk level of production in dry season has a high risk because it has a coefficient variation value greater than the rainy season. The lower limit of production (L) was obtained in the dry season, based on the lower limit values of the two seasons, indicating that the losses were lower than dry season during the rainy season.

Abstract

Lebong Tengah District is a brown sugar producing center in Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. The production process and marketing channels are factors that determine the price and quality of brown sugar reaching consumers. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of income and added value of sap obtained by brown sugar craftsmen. The research was conducted in the village of Danau Liang, Central Lebong District, Lebong Regency. The research was conducted using a survey method. The research population is brown sugar craftsmen who also act as sap seekers from the palm trees they have in the research area. Determination of the number of samples was carried out using the formula proposed by Nazir (1988) so that the number of samples was determined to be 45 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that for every one-time production process (PP) the income obtained by brown sugar craftsmen is Rp. 320,333.33 with production costs incurred of Rp.249,348.78 so the income earned by brown sugar craftsmen is Rp. 70,984.55. The added value obtained from processing 100.20 liters of sap with the price of raw sap of Rp. 1,800.00 to become 21 kg of brown sugar is Rp. 712.00/Kg. In terms of processing sap into brown sugar, it is very important to pay attention to the costs incurred for the production process by further optimizing production costs and maximizing brown sugar production, the craftsmen will get greater profits from this brown sugar processing..

Abstract

In 2009 dewa carambola was inaugurated as an icon of Depok City. This is because Depok City contributes quite a lot of carambola production in West Java Province. Sawangan sub-district was chosen as the research location because it is one of the centers for carambola production in Depok City. The occurrence of land-use change, the price of production inputs is increasingly high, and PDO (Plant Disturbing Organisms) are problems in the farming activities of the dewa carambola in Sawangan District. This study aimed to determine carambola farming characteristics and income analysis in the Sawangan District. Respondents were determined purposively with 30 farmers using the Slovin formula. In this study, the characteristics of the farm are described descriptively, and the analysis of farm income uses the R/C ratio analysis. The analysis results show that the total cost per hectare per year of carambola farming in Sawangan District is IDR 29,147,430,444. The result is the sum of the cash costs of IDR 20,644,741,935 per hectare per year and the calculated costs of IDR 8,502,688,508 per hectare per year. The highest cash costs incurred were wages for non-family labor (TKLK) of IDR 7,288,709,677/ha/yr. Meanwhile, the highest calculated cost is the TKDK fee of 65.90%, or around IDR 5,668,548,387 per hectare per year. Meanwhile, the income for carambola farming in Sawangan sub-district for cash costs is IDR 13,125,677,419 per hectare and the value of income for total costs is IDR 4,622,988,911 per hectare. The analysis results of the R/C ratio of cash costs are 1.63 and the R/C ratio of total costs is 1.15. So it can be said that carambola farming in Sawangan District is efficient or feasible to cultivate.

Abstract

The Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic is still becoming a very difficult period for all affected countries thus far because of its multi-sector negative impact on life. Moyu Store Purwokerto is one of the MSMEs assisted by the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman under the tutelage of the Tunas Bima program which is engaged in digital marketing with one of its products, the J'Square brewed ginger powder drink. At the beginning of its operation, Moyu Store Purwokerto had difficulty determining its product’s selling price. Price is one of the most important components of the marketing mix in determining the success of a marketing strategy as a newcomer. Therefore, this study aims to: (1) Calculate the selling price per unit of J'Square brewed ginger powder drink products, (2) Calculate the cost of production of the J'Square brewed ginger powder drink, (3) Analyzing the effect of the selling price of the J'Square brewed ginger powder drink and the actual selling price of the product on the profit of Moyu Store Purwokerto. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the analysis show that the value of HPP and selling price in the calculation using the full costing approach gives a higher value than variable costing. However, the actual selling price is below the resulting variation in the selling price calculation.

Abstract

As a young generation with high potential skills, students play an essential role in shaping the future. However, many of them make it up and undervalue the agricultural sector. In response to these, this study aims to analyze the student perceptions of the future of farmers in Indonesia. The results showed that factors influencing the analysis of student's perception of the farmers have a significant positive relationship, namely between the variables of students’ perception and profession as a farmer. The Product Moment Correlation test showed that the r count (Pearson Correlation) reached 0.667, meaning that the relationship between the two variables was large or strong.
