<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to explain optimizing performance productivity through active employee involvement and stress reduction with effective managerial support in the work environment at the company, the research method uses quantitative research and conducts field observations (field research) using the self-administered questionnaires method, namely direct distribution of questionnaires by face-to-face with these respondents using a population of 70 respondents in saturated samples and carried out in March - June 2023 using data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and distributing questionnaires and interviews and literature studies, after that data processing was carried out with processing analysis SPSS statistical data version 26. The results show that there is a significant relationship and influence both partially and simultaneously that the variable active employee involvement and stress reduction has on managerial support for company productivity so that it needs to be developed and managerial attention to increase company productivity in a sustainable manner in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[This article focuses on designing a learning platform for the community to increase knowledge and skills, as well as encourage and motivate the community to develop creative solutions and ideas for the problems they face to increase competitiveness. The application design will use the waterfall method because it has a well-defined structure with clear documentation for each stage. The results of this research provide a proposal for a website-based learning platform where the community can carry out online learning such as training, online courses, and consultations. The need for evaluation and documentation is on this platform so that the desire for online learning can be increased in terms of effectiveness, quality, and service to the community.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to design a mobile-based application called Pawmatch which is used to find partners for ats or dogs. This application can be used by dog or cat owners to bring together pets that are in heat and are not sterilized so they can mate. By utilizing the services in this application, it is hoped that cat or dog owners will have no difficulty in mating their pets while also being able to produce good and suitable cat or dog offspring as desired. Cat or dog owners who want to use this application must register by filling in the owner and pet information which can later be seen in the application as a reference for finding a pet partner that suits the type of animal and the owner's wishes. This application will be connected to The Cat Fanciers' Association (CFA) and Perkumpulan Kinologi Indonesia (PERKIN) to validate cat pedigree certificate numbers and dog stamp certificates entered by pet owners. Apart from that, this application will also implement a Global Positioning System (GPS), so that when a cat or dog owner searches for a partner for their pet, the search results can be adjusted to the location of the cat or dog owner. The design of this application was carried out by applying the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of rural areas through the application of the smart village concept is inseparable from the support of information and communication technology. Kutuh-Bali Village is a village that is able to understand the problems and able to organize its resources to solve existing problems and optimize its potential so that its residents feel comfortable, safe, and become an independent village in Indonesia. Qualitative research description with case study type, aims to determine the optimization of the use of village funds in Kutuh Village Bali to become a smart village with the application of smart governance components. By using multiple sources such as interviews, observations and the use of secondary data sources since 2020. Research result the village fund obtained every year has been managed very well in a harmonious relationship between the perbekel and bendese adat and is used optimally by building a Village Information System (SID) part of the implementation of e-government which is a tool for the village to manage village data such as village administration, correspondence management, and village population data management. and the Siskeudes application as a fraud mitigation in the use of village funds, in accordance with the priorities of village development and based on village development priorities and based on village authority as a form of implementation of the Tri Hitna Karana philosophy.]]>

<![CDATA[Procurement of goods and services (PBJ) is a sector that is prone to corruption in Indonesia. Corruption in PBJ can hamper national development, harm state finances, and reduce public trust in the government. It is hoped that the implementation of GG in PBJ can prevent criminal acts of corruption. The aim of this research is to explore and analyse the application of GG principles in efforts to prevent criminal acts of corruption in the goods and services procurement sector. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using desk studies and literature reviews. The research results show that in the goods and services procurement sector, the application of GG principles is needed to reduce corruption and increase transparency and accountability in budget management and accounting. Procurement of goods and services in local governments must refer to the principles of GG, by implementing transparency, accountability, efficiency, effectiveness, and responsibility. Efforts to reduce corruption and increase the balance of income and expenditure. The application of GG principles in the goods and services procurement sector can reduce corruption and increase the balance of income and expenditure in local governments.]]>

<![CDATA[In this era of highly developed technology and information, work and technology must coexist in achieving maximum results. With existing technology, work can collaborate with each other without knowing place and time so as to optimize the output of work. This also happens in government, which is a medium to serve the community. The government must serve all the needs of its people well and precisely and quickly in the process so that satisfaction from the community can rise. It's just that many in the government, especially the city of Manado, for example, agencies still use data independently so that other agencies or governments cannot access it. The use of technology is only as an application that is specialized for the agency even though the processed data can be used for other agencies related to the data. This causes the wrong use of information technology in terms of bridging between human work and humans themselves. If left unchecked, the actual work that can be collaborated does not occur even though there is already technology in the business process. Therefore, a system and modeling of data management that is appropriate in bridging the applications of each agency is needed so that applications can access the same data without overhauling all applications that have been running in each existing agency. In this research, a semantic-based system concept is developed for a data management system that can be accessed by different agencies and even other government institutions. The system concept will carry ontology modeling as the basis of the system so that data can be conceptualized according to the designation of the data. The purpose of this research is to create a passing system and cross data or documents using semantics for all standalone systems in government agencies so that data is no longer uploaded repeatedly in each existing system.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam menghadapi pertandingan atlet dituntut untuk dapat memiliki kepercayaan diri pada dirinya, sebab hal penting yang mempengaruhi prestasi atlet adalah kepercayaan diri. Kepercayaan diri dibutuhkan sebagai kesiapan mental yang dapat membuat diri menjadi lebih percaya dengan kemampuan diri sendiri baik saat latihan maupun saat bertanding. Dukungan sosial merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting untuk mendukung kepercayaan diri seorang atlet dalam mencapai prestasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kepercayaan diri dalam menghadapi pertandingan pada atlet karate Inkai kota X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi untuk melihat hubungan dari kedua variabel yang diteliti dan proses analisis data menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 27. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 166 responden dan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,335 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001 atau (p) < 0,05 yang menunjukan adanya hubungan diantara kedua variabel dengan arah hubungan negatif yang lemah. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi tersebut, ditemukan bahwa Ha diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan kepercayaan diri.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the dynamics of parental roles in fostering independence in children with autism. The focus of this study is on the experiences and practices of parents regarding their efforts to support the independence of their autistic children. This study employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The research involves two subjects and three informants. The two subjects are parents with autistic children aged 13 and 14 years old. The results of this study indicate that the independence of autistic children can be built through self-acceptance, which forms discipline, consistency, and guidance provided by parents from an early age. Another supporting factor is the deconstruction of the father’s role in the process of raising autistic children. The father’s role is crucial in shaping the discipline and independence of autistic children.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan konsumen Cafe Bajawa Flores NTT di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan melibatkan 115 respponden yang yang terdiri dari konsumen cafe Bajawa. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik non probability sampling dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Penentuan jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software Gpower 0.18.1.0 didapatkan 115 responde, yang dalam proses analisis data statistic menggunakan bantuan software JASP versi 0.18.1.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Pearson’s Correlations diketahui bahwa nilai p-value ssebesar 0,849 dengan jumlah taraf signifikansi <.001 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara store atmosphere dengan kepuasan konsumen, yang menunjukkan semakin besar tingkat store atmosphere maka semakin besar kepuasan konsumen dan sebaliknya. Kemudian pada hasil uji resgresi menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,723 atau sama dengan 72,3%. Dengan begitu menunjukkan bahwa dalam satu tingkat variabel store atmosphere memiliki pengaruh sebesar 72,3% terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen. Sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu Ha (hipotesis alternatif) diterima, bahwa terdapat hubungan antara store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan konsumen Cafe Bajawa Flores NTT di Kota Bekasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Self-control plays a role in deactivating spontaneous responses and reactions through considerations so that upcoming events can be anticipated before a behavior is formed, then guiding oneself towards a positive direction. Smoking behavior in junior high school students can be influenced by self-control as an internal factor. Through a quantitative approach with correlational analysis and linear regression, the aim of this study is to identify the influence of self-control on smoking behavior among junior high school students. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling technique with sample determination using purposive sampling technique, involving 116 male students as respondents. The self-control measurement tool uses the self-control scale and the smoking behavior variable is adapted. The research results show that there is a negative relationship between self-control and smoking behavior among students of State Junior High School X.]]>
